Summer Vista is very nice on the outside. When you walk inside it is very grand and feels like a resort. We were looking for a place that had more of a homey atmosphere. The facility is also very large and would require a lot of walking which would not have worked for my loved one. They also do not offer a veterans discount here and it is very expensive.

It is across the board amazing! It's like mom is on a cruise every day for the rest of her life! She is 91 and she eats with several other ladies that are 89-90 -she feels like she is in college! The food is incredible-high end restaurant quality or she can have a hot dog if she wants. She loves the painting, aerobics, water aerobics, chapel, happy hour, the in house salon - it is all great. My mom is so busy I have to call ahead of time to see if she is free! Blessed! Staff are very kind! Since she no longer drives the last 2 years, she has lost her independence and missed socialization. This has given her so much joy. I have highly recommended Seagrass Village to others I know.

If I selected a place for myself, then I would select Canterfield of Oak Ridge.

We toured with The Colonnade at Carrollwood and it was a wonderful experience. We toured about 4 places and they all came in pretty comparable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the facility itself was so clean. We were able to see some of the activities posted as well and they looked great. For us it just came down to the location and convenience for family.

I looked at many other places but when I went to visit Creekside on Whipps Mill Road, I saw just how clean it was and there was no odor. The value for the money here is also the best that I saw compared to others in the area. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking.

We had a great tour experience with Harbison Shores. The lady who was showing us around was awesome and we liked everything that we were shown. Unfortunately the location was just not going to work out for our family.

They were excellent across the board. We needed care quickly, and they sent someone out to evaluate our loved one right away. The facility was clean. Everybody was so nice and very professional. They were lovely and went out of their way to help, and they took really good care of him. They communicated very well with me regarding how he was doing. Their cost was in line or a little less than other places. They made everything so easy. And they were quite compassionate when he passed away. He had only been there a couple of weeks, and they held their own memorial service for him and invited our family.

This was a nice community. This was further from family than we wanted.

I think Trinity Hills of Knoxville has been great. When I call with questions, they never hesitate to answer me to the best of their abilities. They're very friendly. When we're there to visit, they always check in to see if we need anything and say hello. I see them providing good care. The nursing staff are great with my loved one, and they show that same genuine level of care to the other residents - even when they're not aware anyone is watching. And that speaks volume to me. The staff do an awesome job. I can't voice my appreciation for them enough. The lady who did the evaluation during the admission process was very knowledgeable. What they said Trinity Hills would do has happened, and that has continued through since my loved one has been here. It's a great value, and I think they earn every penny.

It feels like I'm living in a resort community without having the expense of a resort community. I'm excited to get involved with the activities more. With my apartment, I've had some issues with the air conditioning. Otherwise I would rate it a 5/5. And the staff have ben responsive to any concerns/requests.

We chose Sanders Glen because of the fact that the staff were very courteous and helpful as I was trying to make my decision but were never pushy. The size of the room was also very nice especially for the price. We just felt that this was going to be the best fit for us and it has turned out to be just that. Overall I think Sanders Glen is a great place and we would highly recommend them to others.

The Beacon was the perfect choice for my dad. Everyone was kind and accommodating; within a week the staff knew him by name and sight. They encouraged him to get involved in their activities and always made sure his medications were given accurately. The room was kept clean and the facility was always clean and inviting!

The community was willing to work with us for our loved one. My loved one never made it to the community as our loved one ended up getting sick. They worked with us on the finances of the room and were very understanding due to our situation. I would recommend the community to others, as they were very accommodating towards the family.

I toured The Langford of Collierville and it was a beautiful facility. The rooms were spacious and the staff seemed friendly. The community was very clean & brand new. We ultimately chose another community because my mother-in-law didn't qualify for The Langford after her assessment. The level of care she needed was too far advanced for what they had to offer.
