space awkward; no one in mem sppt progr (empty.); limited activities and ammenities

I have been disappointed with the care my mother has received. She went three weeks before her laundry was done. They are not experienced with Dementia. Administration does not respond to phone calls and messages. There is a strong odor of mold. This facility needs to improve in every area

No staff just looking to make a buck residents just sit in same place day after day I’m wondering just how they are being taken care of with no staff meals are god awful place smells of mold I always leave with a headache

The facility took a turn for the worse. Staff is focused on themselves and not centered on the residents. That's what we are paying for. They can gripe on their own time and out of public ear. Administration is not a responsive as they should be. They had a power outage and sent an email to family. I responded with concerns about my family needing cpap and power for the recliner they slept in. No response. I told them we were moving out and asked for next steps. No response to email and two letters. When staff asked if we were moving they told me I had to sign a form. Sign a form? I have been asking what I need to do. I don't give a hoot about some form. When I spoke with billing about a question for a current statement they told me they needed 30 days notice to move out. So disappointing.

The cost for this place was absurd and not worth it. I had a sit down with the management here about the conditions of the facility. It was the filthiest place and they didn't care about even trying to maintain anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I AM A RESIDENT AND GETTING VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THIS PLACE!! LIMITED STAFF, LIMITED SERVICWESA, ELEVATOR NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN 24 HOUR, NO HOT WATER ON ONE WHOLE WING, MEDS NOT ALWAYS DELIVERED, MORE PSYCHIATRIC RESIDENTS BE ING ADMITTED-WITH LIMITED STAFF AND EXTERIOR DOORS THAT DO NOT LOCK. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HERE FROM ADMINISTRATION!! NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE PROBLEMS

this place is terrible!! poorly staffed, in fact only 2 staff on site for over 60 residents, some unable to communicate and some needing lots of assistance. residents families putting notes on dorrs to ask staff to assist resident, change their bed, get their laundry done in a timely manner, check on them etc. beds don't get changed regularly, medication delivery is erratic and staff seems to change constantly "they quit"

Don't like it here anymore. The appearance and cleanliness of our 'home' has gone to hell...Smells like a nursing home. Mgmt has isolated themselves from the rest of us as though we're not worth their time. They make assumptions about people instead of trying to get both sides of a situation, and they bully employees instead of trying to nurture them to make them feel like they are part of the team. We're just a bunch of old people not worth caring about.

Our family had an in person tour and based on the experience we would not put any friend or family there. The community was dark, dingy and depressing.

We are removing our relative from this facility after 2 years. Has had a dramatic downward slide in the last few months. Unsafe for seniors.

This place may seem great but underneath their facade of being a good facility are people in charge that have no interest in the wellelderly living there. They let my grandmom become severely dehydrated to the point of kidney failure and she almost died. They have aids, a nurse or two, and multiple staff who let her get so sick over possibly a 2 week period. The head nurse [name removed] will behave as though she is so caring, but nothing could be farther from the truth. I could go on..... do not send your loved ones to this facility. They are not in the business for caring, they are just in business.

I was not impressed with this community, it is old, run down and the rooms were very dark and drab. Even the furniture in the rooms was old and worn out. It was like an old VA Barrick. I will say that the staff helping me with my tour did a good job showing me around and they were able my answers questions. I would not move my dad here.

I was not impressed with this overall property and thought that it was an awful place for those poor residents to be living. The only positive thing about that place is [Removed]. He is the gentleman who gave my loved one and I the tour and he was wonderful to work with. The building was older and the other employees that I had seen where just sitting down on there phones. The facility smelled like urine and the residents just seemed out of it. I would never want my mother in a place like this one.

Person at desk was confused when we showed up for our scheduled tour and had to go looking for someone. Unattractive inside and out. No nice outside areas. Inside seemed cramped. Lighting poor inside, and color scheme dark. Activity schedule not as extensive as elsewhere. Limited menu. Looked like a bad high-school kitchen. Food spilled on floor when we passed through dining area was only partially cleaned up when we came back through. Stale odors in rooms we were shown. Will definitely not move my Mom into such an unattractive facility.

I have to say that when I first walked in and met the staff I was blown away. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The management even explained how I could save care cost which was a blessing for us! As a way to save in care, my loved one was quickly recommended for hospice care. I was shocked that this was brought up on our first meeting but figured they were the experts. When my loved one moved in, he/she immediately started a rapid decline. I felt that medication was pushed instead of good old fashioned care. I am very sad to say that my loved one died shortly after coming to what seemed to be a nice place. After meeting and talking to other families and staff, I discovered that they are many people on hospice and they have experienced many deaths. I understand that is going to happen, but question if my loved one's interests were truly being considered. Looking back, I wish I would not have made my decision based on cost or lack there of.

My brother and sister and I went and my sister had heard some good things about them but when we went they weren't very organized and it kind of had a smell to it, almost medicinal, maybe from cleaning up urine. It was very dark and also, we saw the staff there interact with some of the patients and it wasn't the best. We knew we could cross it off our list.

This is the worst place I ever lived was without heat for months and had babies in the apartment had to by a heater its roach infested and nice infested also move and was told 30 days after would get my security and now they dont want to give any security back they also charge to throw garbage out and dont have a working disposal you have to go down stairs outside in the yard to throw garbage and I was on the 21st floor people steal your mail has well even tho they have security and cameras they now wnat to keep my 1100 for me throwing garbage in they dumpster prior to moving out do not move here I do not recommend it and the apartment is not what they show in the pictures

As a resident, you don’t get services you pay for. Read cont. they charge you for services they don’t give. If you say anything they’re working on it.FOR HOW LONG?

Management is horrific! Staffing is awful! Activities are pitiful! Building needs major upgrades! All the vents have mold in them! The Poor residents especially on the 3rd floor just sit in the same spot with nothing to do with there heads lying on the dinning room tables sitting in urine and feces all day long! Not to mention the functioning residents on the 3rd floor just pace the hallway all day long crying and screaming looking for their loved ones to go home!

Do not put a family member in spring oak , care is not good, concerns go unaddressed.
