Spring Hills

The people at Spring Hill were all wonderful, they helped us every step of the way with my mother. The doctor which works with the facility is fantastic and has my mother feeling better than she ever has in a long time.

The whole experience has been wonderful. The anxieties I had with placing my husband have all been relieved. I never dreamed things would go so well. He is happy and I am happy.

We did really like Spring Hills. We have had other experiences and it's been the best! I couldn't find anything that could be done better. The patient care people were really excellent, it seemed like they really cared, it was more than just a job. They had a lot of activities and something going on all the time. The residents would sit around and talk during the day. Laurie does a great job running the community. They do accept VA benefits, which is nice.

Brought mom in for a tour. Beth was awesome so knowledgeable and caring with no pressure approach. The 24 hr. Nursing staff is a great amenity. We really liked the layout of the 1 bedrooms and the fact that mom could sit right outside of the room is amazing, not many other places we visited had this luxury. Stayed for lunch the menu here is AMAZING! Mom can go to the dining room almost whenever she want and has so many selections. The menu was like a standard restaurant and with the same quality as you would get at one as well. The chef was very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in food service and with seniors. The building was very clean, bright and we'll decorated. There were also a few activities going and the residents really seemed to be enjoying their time there.

We were pleased with the layout of the building and their obvious concern for their patients. Laura Angulo was extremely helpful.

I was very pleased with the facility overall. One of the things that really surprised me is how much she is out and around and getting involved, and being social. I've been very impressed with the food they do a good job giving a variety. It doesn't have the nursing home feel it's comfy and like having your own little apartment. Everybody's really nice and they love her there.

I really can't say enough about how glad we are we found this place. It's been so comforting for Mom, and provides so much peace of mind for us knowing that she is being looked after by such caring and compassionate people. From the moment we first walked in to tour they made us feel welcome, everyone stopped to greet us, and we could see that they all knew all the residents on a personal level. I was also glad to see how understanding and compassionate they were when interacting with their memory care residents. They've done a great job of keeping Mom active and social, and not just letting her stay in bed and withdraw. Really the only complaint I have is that I think their restrooms in the public areas could be cleaned slightly more often.

My mother is so happy at Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living. It looks like a cheerful small boutique hotel. The staff has been wonderful: kind, caring and upbeat. My mother enjoys the restaurant-style dining for all meals, daily exercise classes and numerous other activities. I sleep better at night knowing my mother is happy and well cared for at Spring Hills.

Have my auntie living here, and love it so much!! The nurses are so helpful and kind. She raves about the food. I am so thankful to have found this place for her.

We feel very good about putting our Father in the memory care unit. He is going to have the quality of life that we wish we could have given at home. The staff is awesome. The Facility is bright and friendly.

Loved the rooms, the patio and walking areas,and the atmosphere. The studios were a perfect size and the one bedrooms had a great layout. Most impressive was that all had a door to the outside where they had a small patio and a large courtyard crossed with paths and dotted with gazebos. An absolute fabulous activities calendar and wonderful staff. Very impressed with Beth and the caring and knowledge she showed my family. The experience working with behavioral issues and the willingness to cater a lifestyle for my mother was especially reassuring. Spoke with a couple of residents who were friendly, happy, and genuinely enjoying themselves as well as recommended Spring Hills for our families choice. I believe my mother would thoroughly enjoy herself here.Thank you so much! The flowers were a blessed touch that really brightened my day and our home.

I just think they could get some more staff in the dining room in the evenings because my aunt complains that it takes a little longer for them to get fed. I like it if she does and she says she's really happy there. It is difficult for her to participate in the activities but she does enjoy watching other people do them.

I give Spring Hills all "A"'s. I am so happy and feel as if Mother is going to feel safe and at home

We looked at several other communities and felt like Spring Hills was the best suited for our situation and our loved one. The food is great and they provide a menu that has alternate meals to choose from. They had availability and we were able to move in fast. The community is very fine and we feel we made the right choice for our loved one.

Excellent location. Meets all criteria except for geographic location close to the family. Loved the activity program and overall energy at the facility. Loved the restaurant style serve and food options.

Director was terrific and really said some things that helped him with the idea of letting her go into a care facility. This one was also very good but the price may be too much.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Aura of Hotel environment. Clean and orderly and well organized. Food menu featured a variety of excellent choices and luncheon served was tasty as well as delicious. Tour Guide very knowledgeable & Helpful. Deserves a 2nd look!

Outstanding. This facility provides patient care with a high standard of living with style. The service providers are experts in the area of gerontology. Definitely a place for my mom! I Would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

They're very friendly and accommodating. The care has been very good. And the facility itself is wonderful as well.
