The lady who gave the tour was great and gave a good pitch. I did feel the facility was dark and I was not a big fan of the feeling. It was during covid though and they were on lock down so it was hard to get a good picture.

We chose Parc at Duluth because of the size of the apartments and the overall appeal of the facility itself. They have tons of activities provided for the residents. It has been a pleasant experience so far and we would absolutely recommend them.

Georgetowne Place has a very friendly staff. The residents are wonderful, and we are truly a family and help each other out. I now teach a bible study here, and it's growing immensely. People know you by name. And they know me by my dog. I'm the youngest one here, and I do not feel out of place. The building is 40 years old though, and while they do their best to keep it up, I've had some issues. When I turn on my shower it takes me 15 minutes to get hot water. I also had a problem with wet dry wall behind the washer/dryer and furnace. And it took a period of about two months to get that fixed. So I've had some major angst with my apartment, but they did reduce my rent because of it. But comparing it to other facilities in the area, they are probably the biggest bargain. And I can't beat the community. Before I got here, I had mobility limitations and could only walk with a walker to the end of my driveway. Since moving in and working with their PT department, two months later I can walk a mile a day unassisted, and that's just phenomenal. That speaks well to the assistance Georgetowne Place provides.

Our family had an in person tour and the people were very nice, but the rooms were really small. Only a twin bed could fit which we did not care for, hardly any other furniture could get inside the room. Also with the cost they have different stages of pricing for the different health levels.

It is a smaller community which we like, they are able to provide more one on one attention and get to know our loved one easier and figure out the things she likes and doesn't like. Also the communication is much better then our loved ones previous community, they have fulfilled our request.

Our mom lived in Vintage Gardens Assisted Living for almost 2 years. The entire staff was always helpful and caring and our family felt Mom was truly loved by everyone there. The facility was bright and inviting. We were pleased with our experience there.

I think my family member likes it there. Everybody is very friendly, kind, and considerate. They've been very accommodating. She doesn't need a lot of help in independent living, but I think they would be ready to help if she did need something. And I think the cost is reasonable for independent living.

Our first impression was just how nice the community is overall, our loved one apartment is very nice with granite counter tops, full kitchen and a washer and dryer inside the unity. There are also a lot of activities for the residents to take part in.

The sales manager who we dealt with on our initial tour was very friendly. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our loved ones transition.

The community is a nice size it is not to large of a place, it is kept clean and well laid out. Aesthetically it is pleased to look at, and we have recommend this community to others. The activities are still pretty limited due to some restrictions.

We chose Crown Pointe because after checking out other facilities, they had the best value for the money and the salesman did a great job, we were impressed after our tour. The room sizes are very adequate, we were very happy with that. In memory care [name removed] takes great care of the department and seems to know everyone by name and is on top of things. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The food quality and how it is presented is just not good, the entire meals and dining service is not appealing. This community is not good for residents who want independent living and who can fully function on their own. It is strictly for those who needed extra assistance and memory care. The kitchens in the apartments are very small, and I only have a high sized refrigerator that works only half the time.

This tour was fine and the community was great. It was just not the right place that we were looking for.

Our family had an in person tour and the place was nice, the tour was fine but just not suitable for our loved ones needs. We also got locked inside the directors office which was kidn of a negative.

So far our family is liking everything about The Waterford, our mother is really loving the meals and dining service and since she hasn't been there long she hasn't been able to participate in the activities but we see plenty going on. The cleanliness is pretty good but we have had some trouble with the maintenance team showing up. The value for cost is very good.

We did not get much experience with the activities or the meals and dining service but the location and the price was something that really stood out to our family

It's been a good experience. Staffing has been an issue due to Covid. They've had some challenges with the director, just a lack of communication upfront. But I think most of the staff is very supportive. Repeatedly, they've lost clothes in the laundry process. But all in all, it's been really good experience.

Our family had an in person tour and our first impression right away was that it is old and needs some updating. The rooms were dark and kind of old but they did have a full sized refrigerator and a little bit more of a usable kitchen then other communities we saw.

They are so compassionate. We are always coming in to see our mom and every time it is so clean and nice.

I was able to have an in person and The Etta is not very interesting it did not really stand out to me. I looked at their sister community which was much more impressive.
