Food service not great at this time but changes are reported to be in process . Needs improvement: meals mediocre and usually not served warm, in our present experience. Hopeful though. Staff is generally above average! & there is transportation.

Looks good at first but goes downhill from there. The rooms were dark and the overall feel was like a nursing home. There are better options in Omaha.

This facility has gone down hill over the past 3 years. They are cutting corners where ever they can. They actually run out of food during lunch and dinner. You can sit for over an hour to place your order for a meal. The basic foods are not cooked properly. The facility manager have changed 3 times in the last 4 years. The staff is not very friendly. There is little communication with the residents.

The Harrison is not a facility for the elderly whom have memory issue's. Whether it's simply short term or the beginning stages of dementia. Nor do I believe they can handle a true emergency with regards to their nursing personnel.

The Waterford is a very nice place. Apartments are spacious and well maintained. Our dad was evaluated and admitted to this type B assisted living based on the need for 2 person transfer. Once he was moved in the administration told us he was taking up too much of the staff time and we needed to hire personal care. This is a type b facility but the ratio of care givers to occupants is too low. There are only 3 CNA's for 90 people based on what a CNA told me. She said we needed to petition for them to hire more staff.

It had a memory loss area and we went in there and it was so dark and dreary! I was concerned about this because I have memory loss. There was no way in God's green Earth I would live there!

This is a memory care place. I was not impressed with the director, she seemed distant. She took me into one of the facilities that she thought would be a good fit. They were serving lunch and the food did not look at all appealing. They were having baked potatoes that were baked and over baked, they had that yellowish brown look. It looked like they had the people so drugged up that they were just zoning around. Hospital feel. She showed me the room, there were two residents to a room with no type of privacy between the two residents - one big room, no curtains, nothing.

I did not like it. That's just personal preference. It seemed dingy. It had nothing to do with décor. I did not factor décor in any of my decision making. I don't know how old it was. It's in a nice setting. The assisted living and independent all in the same facility. We didn't really like the community area. We felt they were too independent. We needed more services that they could provide.

Make sure they have the proper phone numbers in case of emergency

No chain of command. Its was always go talk to this person and oh that's someone else's responsibility. Short staffed. Often at night with 1 aide in the entire building. Constantly charging my mom more for care she wasn't receiving. Dining room was a fight every meal to find a seat when people would save seating for others. There was never anyone to resolve the dining issue. My mom ate snacks in her room to avoid the shouting. Sales person would tell you they could provide the care my mom needed but they did not. I moved her out after 1 month. At the time of my greatest need for my moms care that place was a horrible decision on my part. It looks nice but that was it

The company has a problem with keeping employees. The don't communicate well with the family about changes with their loved ones.

Be mindful what the admin staff tells you they are able to do and accommodate because in reality, this place is built well for those that are Independent or very little assistance needed. If one is looking for more care for their loved one, you won't find it here. Even though there are different levels of care spoken of and 24 hour nursing, the reality is not what was advertised.

They really need to improve in most of the areas above. It appears that little attention and focus is being dedicated to those in the memory care department.

We understand they were in the middle of a remodel. However, the tour lasted all of maybe 25 mins. from the time we were introduced to the time we walked out the door. My father and I were left feeling like we were quickly herded through and rushed out. There was no report building, getting any background information to get a better picture of who my dad was. Especially when we asked if they offered independent living. [Name Removed] was pleasant along with the staff we encountered. The question and answer session was done in the hallway, and the room that was shown to us was being used as the temporary nurses station. So it was difficult to get a good feel for its size. This experience left me feeling like my dad would be shoved in a room somewhere and only checked on if he made enough noise to get someone’s attention. We were both unimpressed.

My mom lived at this facility. The care was okay but the finance part was awful. They increased the cost after she was in there for a month talking about a "technology fee." My mother couldn't even use the phone. IT's been 5 months since she died and we are still trying to get a refund. We are getting the run around. If you have LT insurance I would go else where. You will need a monthly invoice which they don't supply automatically and other fees pop up at random times. The staff turn over wasn't as high as other places but still high, but the biggest complaint is the scam on charges which you are told your rental fee is all inclusive then they want to add random fees that your loved one doesn't even need or use. I would not recommend this facility.

Overall care. Pills were not being taken. My mom spit out after they left. She slept in chair or couch every night. Never changed her into her PJs. Couldn't get her to go to dining area at dinner so left food in room which of course ended up on floor but was not cleaned up so had a ton of ants

We moved them out. Go somewhere else. They were great before actually moving in. Communication was very slim, could not get a hold of the right person at any time, maintenance wasn't just slow the didn't do anything. It's just very unorganized all around. I would not recommend anybody go there.

I would not recommend it to anybody else. They advertise as being assisted-living but to get any assistance you have to pay way too much. What they offer for the $[removed]it cost to be there is no better than her living on her own. It was close to my home and when I toured the facility it looked to be up to my standards

So my experience with rosemont……. The lady who gave me the tour is very kind the one nurse I met was sooooo sweet , the place however put a lump in my throat gave me the creepiest vibes not warm and loving not homey more scary horror stories hospital vibes. One elderly man looked in good health the others looked drugged out of there minds and just gone , most of the rest of the staff were behind the counter not engaging in any residence . This place made me sob it was gloomy , sad , and extremely uncomfortable. The smell wasn’t pleasant. I immediately knew this was NOT the place for my loved one. We toured 7 places that day , not all were a fit for me but this one was the most memorable in sadness and smell and every feeling that was not right. If I could rate the two ladies I met I’d definitely rate them 10’s if I could rate the rest of the staff I’d give them just on what I saw a 2 out of 10 if I could rate the facility in a whole I’d give it a 0 out of 10 .

They are very helpful during the tour. Once you sign the contract, it is a different story - not helpful. My mom passed away a month after she got there and 3 months later, we are still waiting on her refund. The billing person - [name removed] is always "out of the office", "busy" or "in a meeting". The Director finally talked with me after requesting a call several times. No return call from the corporate office either.
