They really are settling into this community. They are doing well here. The people are really nice and helpful. They keep it clean and kept up. It has a nice courtyard area for Veterans day they had a barbeque out there. The food is good for the most part but it's not bad. They have lots of daily activities they enjoy like the music and the socials and they have an exercise class too. On Wednesdays they have a happy hour that people get up and dance my parents enjoy watching them. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

While touring properties for my loved one, getting to this particular location has very bad traffic. It is a very congested area so it was not very convenient to go to and from the facility. The community is fine however, with great staff and nice atmosphere.

My Dad was here and it was enjoyable for him. This place was really nice. He was only there for a couple of days but he was very happy and when we picked him up, he had a great big smile on his face. He can be pretty picky, but he didn’t have a single complaint about his stay. The facility is cheerful and it doesn’t make you feel like you just walked out of a 50s school building, it doesn’t feel institutionalized. He was happy with the meals and didn’t complain at all; there was a lot of flexibility as to when he could grab food and would even take some of his first meals around noon. They have a Vet’s meeting there and he’s a Veteran and that was just wonderful for him. My Mom used to organize meetings with friends and small parties and when she passed away, it was difficult for him so it was really nice that he was able to do something that felt natural and comfortable for him. Now he knows a few people there and we want to be able to get him in for happy hours there so he can socialize. It really lived up to the reviews. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them.

The Jefferson has a very friendly staff and the people there are pretty nice. The manager knew me by name even though I had only talked with them a couple of times. Anything they can do to help, they do. If there’s something wrong with her apartment then the maintenance will come and fix it right away. The food is good, a little too fancy for me, and my mom has trouble eating it, but they give her a nice three course meal and they’ll help her eat because she has choking issues. They’ll help her get to and from the dining room so she’s able to pick out what she likes. They have a menu about a week and a half ahead of time so she can just pick and choose what she wants and already knows what she’ll be getting. They have a lot of activities like cards, paintings, crocheting, bingo, and a bus will come around to take them out shopping. They’ll have the football games playing with some ice cream too! The only problem I’ve found is that they only have 1 small elevator so there can be a bit of a wait for that around meal times but I think everyone has gotten used to it. There’s a big atrium with glass so the sunlight comes in, the middle of the building has a big entry way and it seems like quite a bit of a walk from one place to the next, but overall it just seems like a really nice place. They even have a third party healthcare system so if a resident needs different kinds of skilled nursing, bathing, dressing, meds, anything like that, they have it in the facility so anyone can take advantage of it. I would recommend them.

My parents-in-law lived at The Waterford for about a year, and it was very nice. I liked that everything was in the main building, and that residents can stay in the same room as their needs increase; no need to move to different units of care. I also liked that they had underground parking and more security than some of the other communities I’ve seen. It’s a newer facility with a lot of activities, but it was quite expensive, and my loved ones needed to move somewhere cheaper. If you can afford it though, this community is great.

5-star living standard making the rooms expensive. This location is above my price range.

Rose arbor and Wildflower lodge has been a very positive experience so far for my parents. The staff always seems quite nice and friendly, the food is excellent, and they have enough activities to keep the residents busy such as Yoga, cards, and arts and crafts among others. We also find that Rose Arbor has more security measures put in place that some other communities that we toured, which is very important to us. It’s a relief to know that my parents are safe there. We would recommend this community to others.

The Waterford at Ironbridge was a very nice community. [Removed] was just great, she was the person who showed us around and answered all of our questions. The only reason we did not choose this community was that they did not have a big enough room available. They offered an efficiency apartment until a larger apartment became available, but she had a dog and we didn't know how long she would have to wait for it.

Older facility, but totally remodeled. Staff very helpful and nice. Food OK but very repetitive. Not good with actually holding scheduled events (chair exercise, crafts, etc.) in the Assisted Living part. Good value. I recommend.

Options for Senior America are providing 24/7 care for my dad. They are doing a fantastic job of the care they are providing him. There have been a few times they were late. But 90% of the time they are on time. They are supposed to help him with his physical therapy exercises that the doctor wants him to do. They provide light housekeeping and cooking. They help coax him to eat meals and get up and move around. They take him with them to do the grocery shopping and he really enjoys that. When my dad goes to the hospital I engage them to stay with him at the hospital. They are providing him with good companionship and treat him like a king. I am very happy with them and the service they provide. I would recommend them to others.

We had a nice tour of this community, it is a good facility. Everyone we met was very kind, and helpful. The staff answered our questions, and were a pleasure. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything looked great. The experience went very well overall.

I really like this community but I am now thinking it's a little more expensive than what I can afford. I am very happy here I love my apartment it has quite enough space for me. I do quite a few of the activities that they offer. The food is here is very good. The staff is very friendly and nice always happy to help. I would recommend this community if you could afford it.

This looked like a nice place when we visited. The person that took us on tour was nice. They did let us know they were not able to handle mom's care needs.

I had a lovely tour of this community. I really enjoyed the staff, they were great. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community was neat, and tidy from what we were shown. The only issue I had is that I do not feel the room we were shown, was the right fit for me. It was a very nice experience, but I did find another community that met my needs better.

We were really impressed with this community we had visited a few of them and they weren't as nice as this one. The community is more upscale and very clean. The staff is wonderful very nice and pleasant. My brother is doing activities and getting along with the other residents for the most part. He is the youngest of all the residents. He is liking the food however they don't have a special menu for diabetic people such as my brother which I was surprised at. The location is perfect very close to our family. I would recommend this community to anyone.

We toured a couple of communities and this one offered something that no others did A Pool! Dad loves to swim so that was the biggest factor in our decision. He loves living here he is starting to socialize with the other residents. The staff is so friendly and nice here very helpful when needed. The community and grounds are lovely very clean and well maintained it has a country setting feel to the grounds. He really likes the food. We would recommend the community to anyone.

Our loved one stayed at The Woodlands of Hamilton for a brief respite stay. We chose this community because it was very clean and had a pleasant smell throughout the facility. The staff was very warm and inviting. I did not dine there with my mom and she did not say anything about the meals that they served. I think she enjoyed the food. There were activities provided for the residents to engage in. Since her stay there was so brief we were unable to decorate or bring in her bed, so it was not as comfortable as it could have been. We were satisfied that they took good care of her in our absence. I would recommend this community to others.

The place is well kept and looked recently remodeled. However, they seemed short staffed, because I had the opportunity to speak to one of the residents, who didn't seem satisfied with the attention she needed. However, [Removed] was very professional,and even gave me some brochures of other services that could be useful to my situation.

We didn't tour very many communities but we liked this one. I found it too be very similar to other ones as far as services and amenities. The staff was friendly and nice. The community looked clean and well kept. The location ended up being a deciding factor and we chose something a little closer.
