The staff were very welcoming on the tour for my mother. Every place we went the staff had welcoming smiles and were open to answering questions. The staff in the dining room offered to give her lunch or something to drink while on tour! Great to see everyone working together for a great experience.

I recently came for a tour for my father. We were put on the waitlist and can’t wait to move him in as soon as something opens up the residents are well cared for, and the staff are so friendly. We toured several communities in the area and nothing compares.

Mom has been in memory care since [date removed].We have been very pleased with her care. The staff has been outstanding. The caregivers have been taking great care of her her. They always treat her with love and respect. Mom is always clean dry depends and content and happy. They know Mom's likes and dislikes and take care of her accordingly. They have activists and outings.

I was greeted right when I walked in by the staff. The facility had awesome activities all day long for the residents. The lunch was delicious. The staff seemed happy and were so nice to the residents. The facility is very clean. A wonderful place

We have delicious healthy food. I like variety. The staff is personable, friendly and helpful. Our programs include celebrating all holidays, which include our families. Some of my favorite activities include.. daily exercise, playing bingo, arts and crafts and going on the outings on the bus. Our campus is also a great place for our walking club. So happy my family moved me here. I have made so many friends.

Clean environment and residents are happy. Staff is also warming and smiling and will to help. Management is also complimentary to staff and anyone who enters building. Staff includes residents in all activities and they celebrate all the time. I would tell anyone who is looking for a place for their family.

We chose Waterford assistive living for our mom as her next step to home because everything Waterford does from the beginning tour to moving a resident in is all done with personal and compassionate connections. We were unsure of mom's next steps several weeks ago after our first tour of Waterford and even after she was in the hospital and a skilled nursing facility, the sales director continued to reach out to us simply to check in on mom and her health. This kindness and putting mom's needs first were demonstrated at the beginning of our experience with Waterford and have continued every step of the way as mom continues to transition into this new home setting. We have felt personable, compassionate, and individualized care daily and we thank the sales director, nursing director, nurses, aides, and all of the staff who make mom feel home! She is being cared for as an individual with dignity, emotionally, physically, and medically - something we all can only hope for as we age.

Had a wonderful time while I was at the community. I helped a friend with an activity that she was doing at the building. I had a great time. The resident told me so many funny stories about vacations that they took.

I have 2 friends that I played cards with that live at this community. We are welcome anytime to play cards and stay for activities. Really enjoy myself when I visit the community. Looking forward to my next visit.

I visited a neighbor of mine. I don't now how long he has lived at The Wellington at Springfield. I was impressed with his apartment and how beautiful it was. The dining room was very nice and I got a chance to sample the food. Very good.

Had a wonderful visit while at the community. They were having Family Thanksgiving dinner and it looked fantastic. All of the staff was involved. The residents really enjoyed themselves. Great Job to everyone.

When you get to know the support staff you meet a number of people who have been in the industry for many years - many have been at Willow Grove for a very long time. My experience has been that good companies take care of their employees who stay around and take good care of the residents.

We recently chose The Waterford at Levis Commons for our mom and our experience has been outstanding. The Sales Director was exceptional. He was warm, knowledgeable, and patient, making the entire process smooth and reassuring. My mom’s apartment truly feels like home, with a clean modern layout and thoughtful details that help her feel settled and secure. The staff has been incredibly friendly and caring, consistently showing genuine compassion in their interactions. We couldn’t be happier with the level of support and the welcoming environment they provide. Highly recommend!

It is was a nice visit and the staff was nice and everything was clean. The person i visited seemed very happy and liked the facility and had good words for the staff he had interacted with during the day.

This is such a wonderful place. I'm so glad my mom is here. They treat everyone here like it is there own family. They are so caring and loving at the Addison. The food is good, there are tons of activities. Just a great place.

Visited one of my relatives that lives at The Waterford and was very impressed with the staff and number of activities they provide for the residents. Not only do they have fun at The Waterford but when I saw the calendar for December, I was blown away by the number of outings they also have scheduled for their residents. Great place to live!

I went to visit my friend [name removed] that lives at The Waterford and she showed me around this beautiful facility. The dining room is so open and spacious. Her room looks like it came out of Better Homes and Gardens. I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a new home.

I recently visited this community what a lovely place. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The residents all looked well cared for and there was a lot of activity going on. The community was very clean.

The appearance of the facility is welcoming (staff is awesome) Great concept with the cottage use.
