We looked all over Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas for the right place for a good friend. Not only was Villa Santa Barbara affordable, it checked all the other boxes. It’s a beautiful building and incredibly well managed. The staff if always thoughtful and helpful. My friend has enjoyed her new home, new friends and she loves the food. She’s also able to keep an active lifestyle and walk to downtown and shops due to its convenient location. I can’t recommend them enough!

Nice place to live. Would like more single bedroom rooms. I am on a waiting list. It takes some getting used to. The staff are very nice. Good food! Would like more turkey burgers and pumpkin pie.

My dad is now adjusting well to the Waterford and enjoys the staff and other residents. Value for cost is wonderful compared to other local facilities. I am thankful my dad chose. The Waterford knowing he is safe and taken care of

From the first meeting until my wife became a resident I have been helped every step of the way. Everyone has been extremely helpful. The facility is the best that we visited and very bright lots of windows the staff is observant and quick to spot any potential problems. Exercise is promoted by the staff and physical trainer. The nurses are knowledgeable.

They try to make you feel at home. I think they make a reasonable effort at what they do. The therapy department is outstanding. Wish we could stay here for any post-survey PT. Outstanding department heads. [name removed] has been extremely helpful as the director of nursing.

My mother in law recently with this facility. She loved living there. [name removed] and nursing staff were great with working with her to help with comfort and needs at the end of her life. Everyone made everything easy so we could just be there for mom.

I only lived at the Chateau for a couple months. I only moved due to needing a nursing home. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and prices were accommodating. The facility is very pretty.

Loved the clean, bright, spacious apartments and common areas. Apartments have outside balconies with great views all around the property. It was awesome to see the people living there so happy and welcoming. Staff throughout the building seemed very friendly and answered all of my questions.

The staff at The Amberleigh are amazing, very personable, they really make you feel like your family treat the resident as if they’re family if it wasn’t for the staff my Mom would be gone she love the staff the food not so much

Very good community for residence There’s lots of programs Come with activities, card games, bingo, also music therapy. Nurses and aides work very well with residents staff is very pleasant to one & another

Fantastic experience! During the tour through the assisted living area, I was introduced to many staff members through the building who appeared caring towards the other residents and engaging in activities. The residents deemed to be having fun, and at ease.

My Experience was Amazing.! Staff was very Nice & Polite. Very Professional & Helpful. Residents were nice & had a smile on their faces. Very friendly staff nice & clean for the most part. The Receptionist greeted me with a smile.
