My mom did not want to move from her home but she was unable to care for herself on her own. But now she loves being here. She has her own apartment. But has care and assistance. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Always smiling and sometimes singing. They have great activities and a hair salon onsite. She is stronger and more active than she has been in years! Thanks to [name removed] and all of the staff. Especially at the front desk.

My mom has been at this facility for almost 3 years. Nothing but great care since their transitions to Waterford. Staff are friendly, engagement activities are plentiful, and mom is always smiling when I arrive. Best facility of the 3 she has lived in by far.

We placed Mom in The Wellington of Conroe for Respite care after surgery, hospitalization and rehabilitation facility. The care and comfort that Mom received was amazing. The kindness that they showed Mom as well and Dad and all the family was so appreciated. The leadership team was wonderful and so nice to work with. I would highly recommend this Assisted Living facility.

The staff at The Wellington are consistently ahead of the ball and always communicative regarding my fathers health and well being. They are the best set of eyes possible to make our lives a little easier and pleasant.

My friend lives Waterford and I love visiting her and joining her for activities and meals. Every one is so nice and the place is beautiful. I'm so impressed with the place that I will be moving in soon. Can't wait.

Moving into The Waterford at Corpus Christi is a blessing! I could not be happier with the choice my son made for me. The atmosphere here is truly special starting with the people. The management and staff are helpful and pleasant. They treat us all like family and take care of things in a firmly manner. The facility is wonderful I love my room, big enough to feel comfortable and cozy. The food is good and there always something enjoyable in the menu, I love the actitives and the outings.

The Waterford offers a friendly atmosphere. The caregivers are excellent and conscientious. The maintenance team is responsive to all my apartment needs. Dietary staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer great options for medical transportation. The front desk staff is always receptive to assisting with any questions I have. The added bonus was the new friendships I developed when I moved in.

Seemed a very happy active place. Wish everything was included in the rent. The rooms were smaller than another site by almost 150sq feet which is a lot but so much outside the room may make that okay. The updates happening next year will be wonderful.

The Waterford at Corpus Christi is an absolutely wonderful place to call home! I always look forward to at acting my day here because breakfast is my favorite meals and its always delicious beyond the food the activity program is incredible! I love all the activities and the happy hour. Our activity director deserves a special recognition. She puts her heart into planning everything for us and truly makes this community feel like family! Thank you for everything you do!

The Waterford at Corpus Christi has given me a vibrant, welcoming and because place to live for the last3 years! I highly recommended it to anyone looking for an assisted living community!

This is an attractive facility and fairly new to out neighborhood. It was clean and appears to be well maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Many of staff members have worked there for years. There was calmness and friendliness among the residents which reflected around the facility.

Everything is great except I tried to get in after hours and no one would come let me in for 20 minutes. This has happened before

The room was pretty. The facility was nice. The staff was polite. They offered lots of things to do. It had a sweet little library. The dining room looked lovely.

I am a single male resident and needed a place where I could be comfortable with certain amenities. I appreciate having my meals made for me, quite well prepared, and housekeeping, exceptional maintenance attention, and many entertainment options. But, the best thing to me is the flexibility to come and go as I please. I tell people it suits my needs, but it is much more than that. Great company in the residents and a great staff.

When my daughter has to move to Mississippi I decided to follow her. So she and her three daughters went to four different senior place and together they decided this was the best place for grandma. What I arrived I agreed it was love a first sight. Everybody was very friendly and excepted me immediately. The cleaning lady helped me get rid of my 102 boxes. The maintenance man asked if he could any tv. The lady at the front desk gave me a pen. I feel. The directors asked if needed anything now that I'm in and settled the above are still ask for help. I enjoy all the activities cause to director is awesome.

I recently have taken a tour at the Chateau. My husband & I came in together for the tour. During it a couple different residents stopped us and let us know how much they loved living here. They proceeded to give us helpful insights on staff and the facility. We look forward to someday moving in.

I love the energy in the building Everyone seems to be having a wonderful time. I think they were having a cooking class it smelled good in the building. They had nice music playing, they answered all my questions very nice place

People sitting on the porch visiting and enjoying the weather and conversation. Inside was warm and friendly as well having cheese and crackers and laughter. Staff was friendly and engaged. Building was very nice and kept.

Looks like they have fun at The Waterford all the time! I've seen them play Bingo, cards, trivia and even going out on field trips! The staff is so supportive and loving. I can't image wanting to live anywhere else.

My dad has found another family at The Waterford. He has many friends and enjoying his "golden" years to the fullest. So glad he found a place he can call home!
