I think the staff really has it all together here. They are easy to talk to and listen to my needs.The food is also really good. I like the potatoes and gravy and the chicken cordon bleu is great. I love my room and i was able to bring my two cats with me. Overall, I am very satisfied. For the longest time I didn't know that some of the staff members that helped me were managers because they all help take care of no matter what their position is.

I recently did a tour of Cedar Bluff. [name removed] made me feel so valued. She asked me questions about my mom that made me stop and remember all the incredible accomplishments my Mom has done in her lifetime. The tour lasted about an hour, but time flew talking to [name removed]. She knew every residents name that we walked past, and I even got to meet other team members from the Community. I love that this is NOT A FACILITY, it’s a community where people come to live. Although this is one of the toughest decisions I’ve ever had to make, I look forward to having my mom live at Cedar Bluff.

Everyone at The Waterford has been so accommodating. I am grateful for the extraordinary care they have given my husband under difficult circumstances. I have been respected and cared for as well. I am thankful!

I chose The Wellington (independent living) for my father when I relocated him from Nebraska to Texas. After looking at two other places in my area, I was most impressed with The Wellington management and staff as well as the facility itself, and have not been disappointed. Feels like family.

My mom is so happy here at Marquis! The staff treats her like family. COVID has been tough but NONE of the residents has been positive! Their plan was carefully determined and shared with us. Its been difficult but they have facilitated zoom calls, window visits, drive-bys and have exceeded our expectations at this time. I cannot thank the staff enough for providing a safe, loving, and fun environment for my mom!

My mom sometimes needs extra help, and the staff (especially [name removed]) is always there for her. I appreciate their help. Many of the residents look out for my mother as well. Their important things make The Waterford more like a community. Thank you.

Beautiful community

The Waterford at Ironbridge is the best place to be. I looked at other places, none are as good. All the help cares and loves you. The renters called their rooms home. The food is good. The lighting is bright and cheerful. The virus has been kept away. The help is working very hard to keep everything wiped down. Management is the best you can find. God bless them all!!!

We felt like we got a good value compared to other communities we looked at. Our loved one really needed to be in a skilled nursing facility and unfortunately at time they were not, she was there for weeks and fell a couple of times. They were understaffed, but they did the absolute best they could. The manager there is awesome we really like her. She is very loving and good caring person. The activities were great, they had an English tea for all the women there, they would dress up with hats and decorate the place for them to have tea. The did have outings, church services and games. The activities director was wonderful. It is an older building but it was recently renovated, and they really did a good job turning it around. Its very clean, and the food is fabulous. Its not institutional everything looks fresh. It has wings that go off to a central area. The rooms have a half bath, and you can decorate it any way you want to. They are very flexible, the staff wants you to feel right at home. They have a cute outside area that you can garden in. We would recommend this community to anyone.

I would tell my friends to go for it. I am very pleased with this community. There are several activities in the independent living. Some of the activities include movie night, bingo, and game nights organized by the community.

We chose this community because of the location. My mother in law is in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is very large. The food is very good and fresh, they have a variety and they are accommodating if you want something else than what is on the menu. The way they have taken care of the residents during covid has been my favorite part about the Amberleigh so far, they make sure everyone is safe and happy which I think is very important. I would recommend this community.

I would tell my friends they really need to look into it. They're very caring and the ladies that work during the day really care. The staff during the day, you can tell you it is really a passion for them. They are willing to provide updates to me on my loved one.

Our family has been very satisfied overall with The Waterford, which has been home to my parents for the past 3 years. We have been pleased with how they handled the COVID-19 situation. The sanitation that takes place each day around the facility has clearly made a difference. The precautions and safety measures taken all meet or exceed local guidelines. The staff at The Waterford is very caring and compassionate. They absolutely make you feel (and my parents feel) like you are part of their family. We know we made the right decision for my parents. They are very happy and involved in a variety of activities. We can't thank [name removed] and the staff at The Waterford enough for all they do for the residents and their families. They have truly made this experience special. Thanks for all the support!

As my mother's health declined and she needed a greater level of care. We moved to W.S. We could not be happier. We know she is safe, receiving great care and she loves it there. I also appreciate the updates from staff and their concern for having a comfortable and safe environment for their residents.

The Waterford has not just been a beautiful residence for my father to call home, but the people who live and work there have become his family. The staff treat him as though he were their own family member, with such care and respect. They are such a help to me, by telling me what they see or calling me if he seems a bit confused. My father is very happy and enjoys activities and the socializing. He praises The Waterford and has never said a negative thing in the 4 years he has lived there. I am so, so grateful to the staff and thankful that we moved him in when we did. During Covid, I have been extremely pleased with all the safety measures they have put in place, but also the quick and thorough communication with not just the residents but also the family. As a nurse myself, I feel they have done an excellent job of managing a very hard situation. I’ve known my father was in very good hands This has given me such peace of mind during the span of time that I could not be in the building myself. I cannot really express enough the gift that The Waterford has been to my father and also to me!

When my Father and I decided it was time to find a place for him to relax and not worry and most of all for me to not worry if he fell or if he’s eaten and so on. I live almost 2hrs away... We went to several places in Springfield MO . Out of all of them The Waterford was the only one that stood out to me. Not only is it affordable and so clean but has everything my dad needs and most of all I have reassurance knowing he’s being cared for and loved. Yes I said Loved ... The staff is AMAZING, [name removed] is so wonderful to keep me posted and [name removed] is such a sweet heart anytime or anything I need she’s ready and happy to help me. When I could go in and visit everyone had smiles and always said hello. It really felt warm and welcoming. [name removed] is another amazing guy ! Making sure things work no matter what dad needs he’s there fast and fixes it for him! Dad isn’t into the activities so I can’t really comment on that other then I know they have such cute ideas I’ve seen them do ! To let you know as well and I won’t mention names but to compare the Waterford to any others would just be impossible. Long story short the other places were just disgusting to lack of staff to poor conditions inside and out.. Every time I have visited and I used to go 3times a week, the Waterford is always clean ; organized and so friendly. They check on dad for me and I ask them to go in and bug him to join in on some fun lol. Which they got him a few times and I got some great pics from them ?? Now that we are on this Covid virus and so unsure on what it can do or how fast it can spread . Seeing the news and how other facilities have been infected from lack of knowledge to understaffing I can honestly say as you read above how much they all have done and gone through to keep all the residents safe . From the beginning to now even tho they have had two scares ; they are going above and beyond protecting everyone. I can not express how much that means to me even tho it has been soo hard not hug my dad or hang out with him like I used to. I would not have it any other way ! To know he’s safe and they care that much to sacrifice and work hard to keep everyone protected by cleaning, watching and limiting who goes in and out. I couldnt be anymore proud of them and so blessed my father is there ! Communication and updated emails are sent to me on everything that’s going on. I feel like apart of the team. My biggest fear about this virus is my father dying alone if he ever got it bad enough. Having the staffs love and hard work eases that fear because I know they are doing everything they can to learn and protect and continue keeping everyone safe . No matter how hard or uncomfortable it is for them to say no or not letting people come and go . I can’t imagine how hard that would be . To have to separate loved ones for their safety and health . That right there shows how much they care . I tell them every chance I get how much I appreciate them and their dedication! Thank you !
