Everyone at The Waterford is so friendly and positive. This has been a wonderful community for my mother. Everyone is so helpful. They have been extraordinary in keeping the residents safe during the pandemic. I often brag about this community to my friends and family!

Great place.

I have been here for 1 year, my children came and toured this community and others. But chose this community due to access to outside. 1) (back door) where my grandchildren can come in without going thru the community. 2) Love the attitude of the personnel. 3) Many activities for us. 4) Have a selection for our meals. 5) The bands who come to play for our residents.

From the 1st encounter when I toured the community, I knew this place would be my Dad's new home. Even one was, so pleasant and the property is beautiful and so well maintained. He has now been here for over a year and we are all so happy he is here. This will definitely be his forever home. Special recognition to [name removed] at the front desk she is always so happy and helpful.

We are very happy at the Waterford. My mom started as independent living, she is now on Assisted living. The staff has been very helpful, they move her to a room that was exactly like her previous room. They went over and above to make her feel comfortable. They always get back to me right away when I call about anything.

When choosing a care facility for someone you love, it can be difficult in so many ways. Emotion plays a huge role. Rosemont was in my two top choices from doing stories at their facility during my career as a reporter. As I finalized my choice for my mother’s well being, the staff was wonderful. My mother’s disease has been a slow goodbye, with more than a decade passing, seeing friends and staff come and go, my opinion of the facility has remained strong. Everyone knows my mom and I know they care deeply for her. The facility is well maintained and mom has always loved the food. One last thing are the activities; as mom declined, now nearing 98, she is still entertained by music and inclusion in activities. The talented staff and volunteers keep her happy. I can only call Rosemont a blessing to our family.

I have POA for my elderly Mom and Sister. I initially found a facility near my ranch in Central Texas. My Mother's health deteriorated to the point that I needed a new facility closer to my home in Kingwood and that was better prepared to meet each of their needs. There were many that we evaluated approximately 10 years ago but we felt best about Rosemont with the hope that it would be the final move. It was for my Mom who truly enjoyed the tender loving care of her final days including the very special 100 year celebration that she shared with her facility neighbors and "wonderful care-givers". Rosemont made the transition for my sister seamless and continues to work with her as changes materialize. I had a 40+ year career with 2 very large public accounting firms. I had the opportunity to work with many very organized and highly professional clients. Rosemont has continued that experience. [name removed] is one of the most caring and totally committed to her profession (not job) that I have ever worked with. I look forward to seeing her and her dedicated staff for many years until one of my brothers assumes the POA.

We selected the Waterford College Station for my mother because of the leadership of [name removed]. We could tell that she would be easy to work with and responsive to needs and requests. We have not been disappointed. She truly wants what is best for the residents and their families. She has high expectations of the staff, has brought in high quality food service, and has been remodeling the facility. I feel my mother is getting a great quality of care. The activities director [name removed] also does an amazing job.

I was so impressed with the leadership, [name removed] in particular. She showed so much compassion for her residents. She is definitely an advocate for her people. I highly recommend The Waterford at College Station.

I recently toured the community looking for options for my mother who is currently in rehab. I had the pleasure of visiting with [name removed], one of the Directors at the community. [name removed] was such a pleasure to speak with and had so much knowledge regarding the level of care for my mom. You could tell that [name removed] truly cared. I know this is the place I want my mom to be when rehab is complete. The apartments were so nice and recently renovated. The staff were all pleasant and interacted as we walked through the community. Definitely a wonderful community and I look forward to my mom being here.

In total honesty, the only place to live in love and care would be heaven! The complete care given all of us is beyond description. The total staff is - I don't know the words and there's not enough paper. Honestly, gentle care, knowledgeable - again heaven could be better. Gee, I love living here!

The staff at West Shores have done an excellent job. My mother has been there for almost 1 yr. Probably have spoken to 3/4 of your staff. Caring, respectful you could not ask for better. They love or like their jobs. I'm sure some more than others... Anyway, could not ask for a better team. Thank you West Shores.

Staff are so nice and helpful, so loving and caring. My mom is very happy here.

Personnel are very caring and strive to please and make each resident feel at home.

Having 3 family members (mother, sister and Uncle) residing at Brookview since 2009 I can't say enough about how excellent the staff and facility has been. They have so many in house activities for residents and their family's along with excursions to shopping, dining and entertainment outside of the residence. The staff has always been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. It is reassuring to know your loved ones are in a safe clean community.

Thank You for caring for my mother, [name removed]. I know it can be challenging at times so I want you to know how much I appreciate all of your efforts.

*I have really enjoyed the interactions w/ both residents and staff. Staff has been great. They appropriately extend themselves to be helpful to residents. *After the pandemic, staff has been very conscientious to keep residents safe. Management has done a super job in helping the dull-time & part-time staff acclimate to the new situation. *In my 4 years at the Lodge at White Bear, I have been pleased every day that I am here. Staff is very attentive. *Care services by Recover Care (RC), the major outside agency here, have been responsive to resident needs. My only concern with RC, as expressed to my by other residents, has been the occasional non-availability during working hours. The hair dresser is great! The availability of therapy services has been a real benefit to some residents. *I recommend the Lodge to people I know.

My mother receives good care there. She is happy there. We are happy we chose there. My mom likes the food for the most part. The room sizes and the layout of the community works well. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. My mom is 96 and every day she says she is so happy she moved to The Harrison.
