My mom is a resident of this facility and loves it. I am always amazed at what the event coordinator puts together for the residents and sometimes their guests. The Fiesta Party was AWESOME!!! It was so much fun watching the residents in the parade with their decorated canes, walkers & even their SHOES!!! SO FUN. THANK you Cindy for making The Waterford so special. I am grateful my mom has found her new forever home. She is so happy there. Sometimes when we offer to pick her up to spend time with us, she says, "well, let me see what Cindy has planned!" - this makes my heart happy because I KNOW she is happy.

This seems to be an excellent option for us. Clean and friendly. Good choice for independent living.

Great community, good service.

The Remington has been home for me. My home within a city. I mean when I come out of my apartment anytime I want, I can do a host of things and feel safe doing it. There are warm, kind, helpful, energetic people who are looking for a piece of happiness, joy, and activity during this time of their life. What a wonderful enrichment in life to share with one another being part of a senior community.

The Remington is a great community. Peaceful atmosphere. Excellent service.

I love living here. There is always something to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents were very friendly when I moved in. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Our mother has been at Wellington for 13 years and it has been a wonderful experience for her. The facilities are safe and comfortable and the staff is friendly and caring. Mom has many friends at Wellington and enjoys all the social activities. When she has had medical emergencies, the staff responded quickly and called for the needed emergency personnel. The amenities are excellent and include transportation for shopping and doctors appointments, housekeeping, and a great dining room.

I have visited this community on a few occasions and every time I get to witness how the staff interact with the residents. It is great to see how our senior population is treated at North Bend the staff look like they are having a wonderful time.

I would tell others that they are extremely nice and professional. The community helped me all the way through with my loved one. I appreciate everything they did. The best thing about the community is the friendliness of all the staff.

We loved The Waterford. The facility if absolutely beautiful and they have a lot to offer. It was bigger though so a little overwhelming for my mom.

They were just slowly opening back up from Covid. They took the proper precautions and hadn't had any Covid cases. I felt good knowing they did what they could to keep people safe, and evidently it was working. My loved one liked the food there and thought the other residents were very nice people. The manager was very helpful with things when we were trying to get get him set up and moved in. They provided housekeeping. We didn't have any issues really. We would have loved to have kept him there, but due to declining health, we had to move him to a place where they could provide more care.

After living at The Wellington at Richardson, TX for two years, I feel fortunate to be here. The staff excels at meeting my special needs.

Activities and events are good.

I have been living at Wellington for the last 10 years. I have enjoyed everything here, and the staff is very caring. They took care of my mother as well.

I lived at the Wellington for some years, and I decided then that I should try another community. That was SHORT LIVED. Realizing that the Wellington was superior in many ways, but most importantly their care and love that the staff and management gave me made me return and now I'M HOME AGAIN.

One thing you can tell right off the bat is that the staff there genuinely care for their residents. They have a beautiful community inside and out! I can't believe how much fun the residents have living at The Wellington. I, actually, dined with them and the food is restaurant quality. So yummy! Definitely do yourself a favor and check them out. They are usually full but it's worth a shot!

Our families experience has been great so far, The Waterford at Plano community is excellent. We know our loved one is enjoying her stay and we would recommend this community to other family and friends.

The staff was very welcoming and great at answering questions. My loved one has lived there for several months now, and they still are extremely helpful on a daily basis. She loves it there. The food is very good, very fresh with great flavor. Whenever there's any kind of mess or spill, they're quick to clean it up. Whenever there's an issue in her apartment, they're quick to resolve it. And the commons paces are always well taken care of. They also made the move-in transition very easy.
