We really liked it and plan to pay a refundable deposit on one of the villas we toured. Meanwhile, they will send my husband a virtual tour via email for my mother-in-law to view and decide for herself. Everyone was friendly and professional. I hope my mother-in law will like it as much as I did.

This care and service at this community is exactly what you'd want for your elder loved one. They care for each individual resident and go the extra mile to make sure that he/she feels at home. We just attended a great outdoor event that included brisket and live music -- right in the parking lot of the community! [name removed] knocked it out of the park on that one!

My mom has dementia & has declined very quickly over the last few months, necessitating emergent placement for her own safety. After taking the time to review our options, my siblings & I chose to move her to The Waterford in Wisconsin Rapids because of the high level of engagement with the residents, & all of the amenities & options to keep her socialized & as mentally/physically active as possible. Their staff, from the maintenance man, cleaning staff, & care givers to their leadership team have been incredible. Both the Director & Executive Director have provided hands-on care for my mom, even coming in during the middle of the night to calm her, learn what works best in how to gain her trust & communicate with her, & have partnered with the direct care team to educate them on the individualized care that she needs. They're goal to help her thrive, while maintaining her dignity as she continues to progress through this horrible disease, is clearly evident. They have been a Godsend!

I chose Georgetown Place because it beat all of the others we looked at. It is clean, well manicured, staff were very friendly and still are to this day. I find the staff is the best part, they are willing to help anytime anywhere, they are very efficient. The apartment size that I have is just fine for what I need. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

Independent living was fine, but I wasn't too pleased with the assisted living. They just didn't have enough staff. I know that's something that happens everywhere in assisted living. And perhaps my friend just needed more care than they were able to provide. But they tried, and the staff they did have were great.

The facility was immaculate, modern and bright. The apartments were lovely, airy, well set up, and loved the full kitchen. The tenants were friendly and welcoming, raved about the Wellington. What sold the community was [name removed], warm accommodating, understanding, great sense of humor, wonderful rapport with all residents. She is wellington's greatest asset.

The tour was amazing. The young lady who gave us the tour [name removed] answered all the questions we had before we could ask them. The warmth, compassion and friendliness was felt from start to finish. The staff and other residents were so welcoming. My mom will be there as soon as a apartment becomes available.

I had a great experience with Corbin and the whole team they are the best. I have toured many places and love them.

My mom loves the place. It has been a godsend. They have absolutely the best staff ever. They go out of their way to make every person feel special. They encourage each person's strengths, and they help with the things each person struggles with. I couldn't tear my mom away from there if I wanted to. It has become her community. She went there because she was lonely and needed socialization, and she has absolutely thrived being there. Overall she is thrilled with the food. They offer so many fantastic activities - a great variety, well organized - so many that I have to schedule time to talk to Mom around all they have going on. It has absolutely been worth every penny.

I couldn't be happier that my mother in law is living at Amberleigh. The staff is very attentive, caring, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and bright. The food is delicious.

The Wellington at Springfield gives such a wonderful “Home” feeling. The staff are friendly, the activities are fun, and the food is phenomenal. I’ll be sure to send my mom here along with myself when that time come!

Anthology was really inclusive, and the staff was wonderful. Everyone was really nice. My loved ones are still in touch with some of the staff there, which is really sweet. Overall the food was good, although there were some ups and downs. All in all, it was a very nice place with a more modern/sleek look and feel, and very clean. It didn't seem to be as social of a community as others we've experienced, but that could have been due to Covid times. My loved ones miss some of the activities there, for instance they had a great movie theater with the newest movies coming out very quickly. It was just a nice community with very nice accommodations and very nice staff.

[name removed] was so gracious even arranging a private dining room for our taste test of the food which, by the way, was delicious. [name removed], the Activities Director, shared her on-going calendar of events plus we even met the bus driver. My friend is quite impressed with the staff, but was hoping for a washer/dryer and more closets in any units she would consider based on budget. The facility is comfortable including all the residents being so very friendly.

The staff members are a 10 plus here, everyone has just been super. We have only been here since March and yet we would strongly recommend this community to anybody. It is maintenance free living.

Everyone, and I mean everyone is friendly, accommodating, and helpful! They make you feel welcomed and confident that we made the right choice of living facility for my mother.

Moving my parents from Atlanta area to Buffalo had many challenges. My first job was to find a place for them to stay. My dad needed an independent, senior living facility and help taking care of mom. Mom did not really need assisted living, but she might. One place I looked at was ideally located for my brother and I. It was just off our commuting paths. Location ended up being the only real good thing about it. In that place, if both parents were living together in the same apartment, they also needed to have the same level of care. I do not think any reasonably priced senior living facility provides the ability to mix independent and assisted living in the same unit. However, Amberleigh does provide tiered assisted living services. My parents would not have to over pay to have services only one of them needed. Another big plus at Amberleigh is that the second resident in their apartments only pay a modest up charge, the rent is not doubled like it is in other facilities.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and it was exceptional we loved the tour it was amazing. However besides this community we were looking at three others, and the others were about 5-10 minutes away from us and this was closer to 30-35 which isn't the most convenient. However it was our 2nd choice.

My mother presently lives at Wellington. It has been a wonderful experience for her. My mother for the most part has forgotten how to speak the English language and regressed to her native language which is Portuguese. The staff has done a wonderful job communicating with my mother and making her feel welcomed and safe. She also has a strick diet and again the staff does a great job meeting hers needs. I thank you all in behalf of my mother and for myself for I thank you for the piece of mind knowing she is well taking cared of.
