I have lived here for many years. I especially like the workers here and Waterford. So kind and fun. The ambience here is wonderful, it is wonderful it is so special being with other residents.

I moved my loved one into memory care and decided to move into assisted living. I have enjoyed the team and the activities. I know I couldn't leave my loved one and everyone has been nice to me even when i get emotional. We are very happy here.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about West Shores. We found the center during a time of great crisis for our family and my disabled father. The Sales Director went out of her way to help our family in so many ways. She listened to all my concerns and helped me understand ALL of my Dad's options. She offered us hope and was there to listen when we needed it most. And this was even before we had made a decision on where my father would be moving! Needless to say, we chose West Shores. The environment there is so uplifting and lovely. The nurses are so wonderful, authentic and caring. One of them even gave ME a hug when I needed it most. My Dad, raves about the food there and how nice everyone is to him. And he absolutely loves the transportation options available to get him to his doctor appointments. They have many impressive awards for their standard of care, but nothing can really capture the feeling of love and belonging you and your loved one will feel when you are there.

The staff are truly the nicest people in the world. They spent a lot of time with me and were so kind and thoughtful, they really bent over backwards to me. The only reason I did not choose them was because what they to offer was a studio apartment on the 2nd floor and I was looking for a little bigger place on the first floor since I do have some mobility issues. It broke my heart to have to tell them I chose another facility because of how great they were with me.

Our family absolutely loves The Waterford at Thousand Oaks, we love all the employees they have been so friendly and helpful so far. The meals are great, and it has an overall homey warm and welcoming feeling to it and not a nursing home feeling.

[names removed] were exceptional in answering my questions over the phone and then providing me and my father a very in depth tour and overview of the facility and the services provided. I can't say enough about how welcoming, patient and caring they were in addressing everything that we asked of them. They really represent Amberleigh exceptionally well.

Our family was able to have an in person tour experience and the staff members were very friendly and all of the residents seemed really happy. However, at the moment the community was not gated and that was something we were looking for.

The community is in the downtown Satna Barbara area, and I have enjoyed the business of being in the city after living in rural areas for most of my life. I like the hustle and bustle going on around me, but others may not. That depends on personal preference. The staff are very congenial, and the food is very good. It tastes good and is presented well. They also have a lot of activities, with many choices.

The staff members are always telling us how well our loved one eats, so we have to assume the meals are pretty good. The Waterford is very affordable for what we needed and we will continue to recommend to others.

My grandmother was so loved and cared for at North Pointe

MY mom was so loved and she loves North Pointe. They were so helpful during the first round of covid. And the staff took such great are of my mom till the end of her life.

MY son is autistic and had been at North Pointe for several years now and the staff and other residents have helped him come out of his shell. He is so much more social now and he loves the staff and all the other residents.
