Personnel are very caring and strive to please and make each resident feel at home.

Having 3 family members (mother, sister and Uncle) residing at Brookview since 2009 I can't say enough about how excellent the staff and facility has been. They have so many in house activities for residents and their family's along with excursions to shopping, dining and entertainment outside of the residence. The staff has always been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. It is reassuring to know your loved ones are in a safe clean community.

*I have really enjoyed the interactions w/ both residents and staff. Staff has been great. They appropriately extend themselves to be helpful to residents. *After the pandemic, staff has been very conscientious to keep residents safe. Management has done a super job in helping the dull-time & part-time staff acclimate to the new situation. *In my 4 years at the Lodge at White Bear, I have been pleased every day that I am here. Staff is very attentive. *Care services by Recover Care (RC), the major outside agency here, have been responsive to resident needs. My only concern with RC, as expressed to my by other residents, has been the occasional non-availability during working hours. The hair dresser is great! The availability of therapy services has been a real benefit to some residents. *I recommend the Lodge to people I know.

My mother receives good care there. She is happy there. We are happy we chose there. My mom likes the food for the most part. The room sizes and the layout of the community works well. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. My mom is 96 and every day she says she is so happy she moved to The Harrison.

I think it is a very caring place. I think they do a good job taking care of the residents. They are cost-effective. My parents like the food. The room sizes are good. My mom is in Memory Care and my dad is in Assisted Living. The layout of the community is good. They have an outdoor space for the residents. Prior to the Covid-19, lockdown my dad would go on a long walk every day.

I have lived here almost fifteen years and feel very secure and content.

Nice friendly place. We love being here! We have looked at a lot of other places, this is definitely the better one. Anything we've asked, they have been there.

I came from 4 months in the hospital and rehab and my wife is dying. The staff has been very supportive to me. West Shores has been the best place for me. There is nothing negative to say, all positive!! My time here has helped me heal, physically and spiritually. I would not want to be anywhere else.

I brought my Mom to tour Cedar Bluff recently, the property was in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly. My Mother feels she is not ready to move, but when she makes the decision, Cedar Bluff is on the top of the list.

My aunt [name removed] moved into West Shores, in or November of last year. Since that time, she is truly enjoying her apartment and the staff. She is very happy with the facility and all that it provides. She really enjoys the food, and the assistance the staff provides in getting her to doctor appointments, help keeping her apartment clean, and a variety of other services like laundry, and recreational activities. I know she’s in good hands.

This staff is so kind and loving. I am looking forward to calling West Shores home one day. I toured in January 2020, but wasn't ready to move yet.

This place really feels like home. The staff play an important role of making the community feel like a family. The rooms are great in size and affordable. There are many engaging activities and opportunities for socialization. I really like the location because it allows a lot of cool wild life to come through making a day outside more enjoyable. I would recommend this community to anyone!

As a physician in Fort Wayne, I greatly appreciate the care given at Georgetowne Place. Thanks to all the staff, the residents are cared for greatly.

This community offers so many amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Their building is beautiful and clean. I would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Absolutely beautiful community. I toured there twice. All the team members I met were very friendly and helpful. The sales representative answered all the questions I had about the move-in process. I look for ward to moving my mom in there.

I love being here. I have never regretted my decision to move to The Waterford.
