We are so impressed with how clean they are able to keep the community with the amount of people they have there. We are so thrilled that our loved one is there, it took her a little while to adjust but they worked with her. She feels very safe and comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable and the value is all inclusive.

This community is providing what I need at this point and the services could be better. they have an agency called all care that they use and have recommended. I am in a situation right now and I may be looking to move somewhere else due to my frustration. They need more maintenance people. They need more vegetable with meals also. I feel like they should add another agency so that you can choose between the two services. the bus should also be updater do be handicapped accessible.

This was a wonderful community and I loved the tour.

We have been really happy with our experience here. The staff are caring for my loved one well, and you can see they care about the residents as well. Some of the activities offered are outings, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from.

My husband and I have lived almost one year - we have been very satisfied. Food is 99% delicious. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. Activity director [name removed] is busy keeping us busy. We think we have made a good choice.

My father moved in this week. The staff at The Waterford have been kind, supportive, and amazingly helpful! I can't give [name removed] and The Waterford enough praise - this could have been a stressful experience, but The Waterford made the experience smooth and easy. Thank you!

West Shores has been a wonderful transition from independent living to assisted living for my mother. The community and staff have been friendly. Accommodating and professional. They have worked with my mother's many health issues and with me - who visits daily and my sister who visits bi-weekly. They keep us updated and informed. Everyone is caring, concerned, and yet, allow for the independence that my mom craves. Help is there when she needs it. AND she is allowed to do as she pleases when she doesn't need extra attention.

Everyone here is so nice. I love everyone here. THEY ARE ALL SO NICE. All that work here are wonderful, thanks for being so good. They go far and above their duties.

We liked the facility during the tour. I have been back since the tour and it seems like things have gone downhill since I did a tour.

This is a wonderful place to live. The entire staff and all employees are caring and do what we need to make our stay here enjoyable. If you can't live in your home, this is the place to live.

This community I rate as excellent in care. The employees are all (everyone!) caring and loving to each of us. The only lack we had was in the food service area - and that is being addressed as we write this review. The apartments are spacious and well kept as well as the lawn and outside areas - and nice for all of us!

Came to visit at my aunt. Employees are so kind. Upon entering, pleased with how clean and orderly everything looked. Residents look very happy. My aunt seems so happy. Would definitely recommend.

I moved here recently and the first thing I noticed was how nice the staff was. They were all so patient and kind. They gave me the compassion I needed!

I have lived at The Wellington at Arapaho since [date removed]. It has been a real home to me. My wife was still with me when we moved in, she passed about 4 years ago. The staff here has treated me like family and I cannot say anything bad about any of them. [name removed] has been especially helpful.

The Waterford has gone above and beyond. During the whole pandemic, they never stopped doing their best for the residents. Then came the freeze and they gave even more of themselves to make sure everyone was safe and fed. You can see how much they care for everyone that walks through those doors. The people that work here are the very best.

The Good Tree community is an outstanding assisted living community! We enjoy partnering with such loving individuals that want nothing but the best for their residents. The facility is always so clean and staff is very welcoming and professional. Everyone is a joy to work with and we value our relationships in providing the absolute best care for our patients. I would highly recommend Good Tree to any of our family members wanting the absolute best for their loved ones.

Despite the struggles of the pandemic, I believe the community has handled it very well. We are all cared for and I have met several wonderful people here.
