So far we've been very happy.
It's been a few months, and it's a strange time to move in with Covid going on. But they really do seem to take an interest in our loved one and in trying to get her acclimated with the other residents. I've been pleased with her time there so far. The facility is nice and kept up well. Everything is in good shape and clean, and everybody has seemed to be very helpful. The few requests we've made, they were right on it. I have no qualms about our choice at all. I'm very pleased.

A Place for Mom found us the best place ever.
You can't find anywhere better, except of course if you could be at home. The cost is very high, but the quality of care is awesome. The staff have been great, and they show genuine care for my loved one. She's a picky eater, but she likes the food and has been eating more and better since she moved in. They offer lots of activities, way more than she wants to get out and do. So there's lots to choose from.

It's a good place to be. My parents enjoyed it there, and I wish they could have stayed. But they had to move due to increased health needs. The people there are wonderful. And it's a nice, clean place.

The facility very nice, updated, modern, clean and bright, airy. Mom looking for walk in closet. The studio oin the small side but has the closet space. The 2 bedroom was huge, small closets. Excellent food. All staff friendly. Other residents VERY welcoming and nice. [name removed] and [name removed] seem very responsive which eases my mind since this is my moms first choice. We hope to make it work for us when she is ready to move.

Rose Arbor feels very homey, and the staff are very friendly they always are greeting us when we come to visit. So far our loved ones have not complained about the meals and dining, and they started to open everything back up once the staff and residents were vaccinated. They also recently started to let families come to visit once they were fully vaccinated, they are still be very cautious but reasonable. Our only complaint we had which has now been resolved was the transition from independent living to assisted living was a little difficult. We did not know what was included and not included in the price, it was just a little confusing.

A wonderful place in Monfort Heights / Green Township
It's just an amazing place. Every box is checked off for my loved one. The first week she was there she cried, but now several months later, she loves it there. She's on the independent living side, and it's been a blessing. She's never looked back. The staff are sweet and express their gratitude for a resident like her. And I've become friends with some of the other residents living in the building as well. We talk, and I bring them little treats. They've been really accepting in taking my loved one under their wing. It's been a great experience.
