The people were awsome, and the place looked wonderful. This was one of my top options, for my loved one.

The staff, especially the director [name removed], is extremely helpful and they all will go out of their way to do whatever they can to accommodate it is whatever you need. I have really appreciated [name removed] and her staff tremendously. I would recommend The Waterford on Cooper HIGHLY to other families.

I have enjoyed all meals here at the Waterford! Our Chef really takes the time to decide what meals will be served and there is always a variety! Our food is always fresh, I never feel like I am getting cheap/reheated food. If you are looking for a place to send your loved ones to be taken care of, look no further than The Waterford at Plymouth.

Yes we love our new home. Meeting new people. Everyone is so friendly. And at the same time you have all the privacy you want. Lots of respect. Lots activities to do and have fun. The meals are delicious and on time. Real nice and cool with this heat that’s going on right now. Great swimming pool. I also enjoy the lounging area get to just hang around meet and talk to people. Really love my new home. My husband and I love just being spoiled.

This community and the staff saved my mom's life! She moved into assisted living after an accident, feeling depressed and sad to leave her own home. The staff members are kind, patient, and supportive. They helped her to remember her best self. With their help, she "graduated" to independent living. The other residents are welcoming and so much fun! They invited her to join them for meals and activities. The apartments are up to date and clean and the facility is well cared for. This community can provide as much or little support as desired. As an adult daughter who lives out of town, I feel comfortable knowing my mom is safe and well cared for.

Unfortunately our loved one did not end up getting to move in because he passed away. The staff here were very gracious. They held his room for us and did not charge us during that time. It is a very caring, Christian atmosphere that feels very peaceful.

We toured with The Mansions of Alpharetta and really liked what we saw. The residents in memory care seemed to be lower level than my loved one was so I just did not think that she was going to fit in. She needs a lot of activities to stay engaged.

They were great people, everyone was super helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. They had tons of activities offered for the residents to do - but we could not get him to go to anything. Overall we were pleased and would highly recommend Independence Village of East Lansing.

Good community. We needed something immediately and they didn't have availability that we needed.

Mom adjusted fairly quickly and has made some friends quickly. The staff is great at pairing up the residents for success in this area. The staff is courteous and very responsive to our requests for Mom's care.

Recently we had to make the tough decision that our mother can no longer safely live in her home by herself. The transition into a senior living facility was worrisome to all of us. “[name removed]” welcomed us with open arms on our tour. She took the time to answer our many questions we had, and was extremely patient with us. The staff seemed extremely friendly. Mom once even said on the tour “everyone is so nice here”. The food Looked top notch comparing the other places we visited… that looked like cafeteria style. Our family feels at ease knowing she’s in a place she’s happy with and safe.

My loved one, is pretty satisfied with the level of activities. The staff is very friendly. I like the way that they paired, my loved one with two others-, in which they are like minded. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied.

My mom was at Aspen Grove for almost 2 years. She received wonderful care.

Getting her into The Waterford at Virginia Beach was extremely helpful. Everyone was very easy to work with; everything I asked for they did. They were extremely friendly and it was a perfect experience.

We had a great tour experience with The Rose of Round Rock. The reason we did not choose this facility was just because of the location of the room that they were going to put her in. They also wanted her to bring minimal things of her own and we wanted her to bring whatever she wanted so that she could feel at home. It just did not work out for our needs.

This place is a palace! And while that is my opinion, it is not just my opinion. A Place for Mom, a national organization that helps people find senior and assisted living arrangements voted The Waterford as the best in senior living for the last 2 years in a row! I have a one bedroom apartment, which is about 675 square feet that has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and an absolutely huge walk in closet. Along with my apartment, I receive three hot meals a day, and the food is good, really good! I investigated a number of other assisted living facilities in the area and this was by far and away the least expensive and the nicest. I won't mention what I pay, but I consider it a really good deal and quite affordable. You are allowed to bring your pets with you as I have with my 1-year-old Shiba Inu female, Mika, but they charge a [fee removed] one time pet fee. They will waive that fee if your pet is either a service animal or an emotional support animal. However, your pet has to be certified as a service animal or an emotional support animal. However, your pet has to be certified as a service animal or an emotional support animal before you move in. If you certify your pet afterwards, they will still charge you the [fee removed] pet fee because your pet did not qualify as either an ESA or a PSA before you signed your contract. All of the staff and workers here are just incredible people, here are just incredible people, friendly and helpful, and they really seem to care about the residents. A special shout out to [name removed], the sales director, who really bent over backwards to help me move in here by deferring some of the fees until the next two months and arranging for me to receive furniture from a resident who is downsizing from a one bedroom apartment to a studio apartment. She is ordering new furniture. Thank you [name removed]! [name removed], the maintenance man, has been very helpful to me, providing cables to help me hook up my TV and fixing a leak in my sink. But everybody is just so helpful, wonderful and fantastic! All of them, no exceptions. I'm sure that part of this is because there has been virtually no turnover at all in the staff in years, and everybody knows their job and does it so well. I could go on and on, singing their praises and saying how much I enjoy living here. There's some really good activities, the fitness area, the rotunda where we have a songwriter and picker's circle every Wednesday afternoon (and as a former working musician, I especially enjoy this), the organized activities, transportation to run errands and go to your doctor's office, etc. So look no further, this is it! Talk to [name removed], and she will work with you to meet your needs and help you in any way that she can. I am so happy here! I wish I had done this a couple of years ago.
