We really liked how the West Shores community really felt like a family atmosphere and we would recommend them to other families looking for a community for themselves or their loved ones.

Summit Place gets 5 stars all around. My mother has been happier here than she has been at any other facility she has stayed at.

My mother gets top notch care at Whitley Place. The staff here really care for her. We are so blessed by all the wonderful people that care for her here.

My relatives who live there are doing just fine. Our family all speaks quite highly of the place and really enjoy it there. Everybody seems friendly and happy. I like the apartments, and I feel like when my time comes, I could take a look there myself. I feel we're getting a pretty fair deal, and definitely getting a lot more for our money than at other places in the area.

The staff here always has the resident's best interests at heart and goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy!

The Waterford is a clean safe organized place to live for seniors! It’s well appointed with great services like trash pick up at your door, beauty shop in the building and even church services that are well attended! Good food, nice that doctors come to this home and love that it doesn’t have a weird smell. It is a nice home!

Wow what a place. It seems they have something for everyone. They even have a trip going to Kickapoo Casino. The Activities Director, I think her name is [names removed] has all kinds of great activities for the residents. Bingo, happy hour some game called horse racing and that looked fun and a bunch of other stuff. Anyways if your parents or grandparents need a place to call home this is it. Total independence, their own apartment. Great Place!!

Our mom has been a resident at the Waterford for 11 years. She’s not as active as she used to be but continues to be satisfied in her environment. The staff and caregivers are kind and attentive. We have been very please in the years she has been there. They are our family.

My friend is very happy here! The staff is great. Facility is pretty clean. She has a large room, bathroom is pretty big with a nice size shower. They do have a hard time getting medications to her on time sometimes. But I think that may be due to some short staffing issues. The staff is really nice and good to my friend. Very friendly. My friend prefers organic food and fixes her own most of the time, but their food seems ok. She's not able to participate in the activities for health reasons, but they do have a great variety. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I’m so thankful for the staff at The Waterford. I've been in awe of the caring & considerate employees. I’ve had other family who were in various other residences in & around San Antonio. NONE can compare. I’ve seen so many things at places that I’d want to pull my loved one out, but with their needs, I couldn’t. The Waterford is different. From the moment you walk in, you are respected & listened to as a caregiver. Their social offerings are so well planned & executed. I’ve never experienced this at other communities. It’s often engaging for me too! This staff is truly remarkable. Every need is met whether physically or emotionally. I’m there so often I now know so many residents. They’re happy with the home created for them. I felt unhappy visiting loved ones at other communities- here I’m happy from the moment I walk in. I love them so much. They feel like family, & as a caregiver, I SO appreciate that. I know without a doubt my family members are in the best place possible.

My daughter found the Waterford at Thousand Oaks because it’s five minutes from her home. It has been the perfect place for me to enjoy my retirement The staff are All kind and loving towards everyone of us. You are called by your first name every time one of them passes you in the hall or anywhere else on the property. Lots of fun activities are scheduled daily by our wonderful activities I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Mom could not be happier, everybody is extremely helpful. The facility and grounds are amazingly beautiful and well kept up. Overall could not be a better place for our loved one.

The Waterford at Thousand oaks being a provider is a beautiful independent living establishment. From a gated entryway to the chandeliers in the community area. My clients here enjoy the activities,food and accommodating rooms The Waterford has to offer.

All of the staff is so kind to my Mom. From the Chef’s work to prepare yummy food to the Activities Director making sure there is always something fun to do! I appreciate all they do to include my Mom. She has been here 5 months now and really loves it!!

I think the value for the money is great. I have friends whose parents are in similar facilities and they pay twice as much as we do here. So far things are working out very well and she seems way happier here than when she was living by herself. We would definitely recommend The Lodge at White Bear to others.

I am a provider, and I visit this facility often. The staff is amazing with the residents, they are always going above and beyond for the residents needs. If you’re looking for a place for a loved one definitely keep the Waterford in mind and a tour!

We have been very happy with the community and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families. From what we have seen of the meals and dining service that all seems to be great. We toured many other communities and even though sometimes The Wellington repeats some of the same activities they had the most we had seen. We live out of state so when we call to check on our loved one the nurses station always answers and finds our loved one so we can check in with them.

We're pretty happy with River Bend. I would highly recommend them to other families. It's a very clean facility, and I like their activities and their staff.

Perfect, my dad moved in to his new apartment the end of June. Everything has worked out beautifully! Dad is very happy with his room & everyone is so very nice. He has made new friends & is very pleased with his care. I would recommend Château for anyone who needs a nice, clean, well run assisted living facility.
