The first time we walked in the door of Waterford at Plano we felt like family. The staff is very caring and they listened well as we discussed the needs of our loved ones. We have felt very comfortable entrusting them to their care. We have been so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of meals and the caring nature of the entire staff. It is easy to notice how happy and friendly the residents are too. As needs changed for us, the staff of Waterford recognized the need to move from Independent Living to Assisted Living and accommodated the move in a timely fashion. The attention they receive in Assisted Living has been very good. Waterford at Plano has been a very good decision for our loved ones.

I recently visited a family friend at the Waterford at Plano. I was very impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the staff. My friend is very happy at her home there. She enjoys the activities provided. The facility was clean and cheerful, and if the need arises in the future, I would definitely consider the Waterford for my mom.

I’ve been coming to The Wellington for years now helping host events for the residents. Over that time, I have seen the level of care and commitment given to the residents through a multitude of events- from Covid, to freezes and floods in the area. The residents know they are in great hands. A recent renovation really brings the community to life!
