What sticks out most about The Mansion at Gwinnett Park is the friendliness of the staff. All of the help is really there for me when I need them and I appreciate that. I also really like all of the activities that they have. They keep the residents up and doing stuff and encourage them to get involved in what is going on rather than just sitting in their rooms. I would and already have recommended The Mansions to others that I know.

I would tell others looking into The Waterford at Virginia Beach that it is a very clean and secure facility. Wide open hallways and other spaces. The staff are helpful and even pitched in to cook when the kitchen staff walked out . I would totally recommend The Waterford to others.

The Oaks at Plainfield is beautifully updated! The staff is very engaged and so friendly. The residents are so welcoming and very happy! The apartments are spacious, have a washer/dryer and a very nice kitchenette. What a great place to call home!

The food is pretty good. We picked this community because, the location is close to my other siblings, and they had more men at the facility. it would be nice if they had, more enclosed outdoor space. The staff is willing to do anything that you need, and they have helped my loved one to adjust. Overall, I would recommend this community to others.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. It is a very clean, new and modern facility. It is a little on the expensive side though. I would absolutely recommend The Mansions at Sandy Springs to others looking for their loved ones.

Very impressed with staff at The Lodge. Well priced with excellent amenities. Outdated, although it sounded like they have plan for remodel. Smelled like cigarette smoke, but were going smoke free Aug 1, 2022. Small apartments with mini kitchen, 3 meals/day included in rent.

My loved one was only here for a few days but it was a positive experience, they were really good to us. We toured a few other places and The Wellington at Springfield just seemed to be really nice and staff were super friendly and accommodating.

I am very pleased and happy with staff, residents. Anything I've asked for they have done. Everyone is so friendly. Move in process was great!

Food is getting better but staff not good. The cook and staff are good to us when the electric went out. It is good to have [name removed] and [name removed].

The activities are good and the people are friendly, but the food is not so good. My mother is also paying several thousand dollars extra every month for advanced medical assistance but she actually uses none of it.

It was a great overall experience. You could tell the people there really cared about the residents and about what they do. They continue to check in with me.

I adore this community. It is so uplifting and comfortable to come in and see all the residents enjoying quiet time - live music. Food is great. The staff is always so sweet and inviting. It's a great place and any family would be happy having a loved one here.

This is a beautiful facility with a great staff. The residents are happy and well taken care of. It's always a pleasure to visit here.

Love the refresh of the facility. Mom moved in in 2015. Celebrating the holidays makes Willow Grove feel like home. Parties, gatherings, good food, and family time means everything.

I toured this community and it was nice! Tour guide was very friendly. Clean atmosphere and staff was nice.

Right when we came for the first tour the staff really stood out to us, they are super friendly and seemed to genuinely care for the residents. During the tour a few different residents came up to introduce themselves and talk about how much they like The Oaks - you can tell just how happy, comfortable and at ease the residents are. Our loved one seems to really be enjoying the meals and dining service which is great. Our loved one is socializing which is another great thing - they have bingo, arts and crafts and physical therapy. The value for the money is excellent and we would recommend The Oaks at Plainfield to other families.

I had another loved one at Holiday Oakwood Hills and they really enjoyed it; however, it was to independent living for my dad.

We picked this community over other places because, It seemed like a family oriented community and I loved {names removed]. My advice to other families is to, make a couple appointments to go visit the community.
