I came here to look for a place for my dad. He recently fell and was hospitalized but he's been living independently since my mom died in 2020. The idea of moving into a "facility" was not good for him. From the time that we walked in the building we were very hopeful. The building was beautiful and every person we encountered, staff and residents, were over-the-top friendly. The room was more than adequate, so much space. We had lunch and it was delicious. Plus, there are several men there so he will have great company. We are so excited to know my dad will have great neighbors and someone keeping an eye on him.

The Remington at Valley Ranch actually was not my loved ones first choice as far as offerings and the way it looked, but he chose the facility because of the close location to family and the value for the money. Since moving in and getting settled, he says that he feels that this was the right choice and it is a good fit for him. I would recommend The Remington to others.

Benton House of St. Johns is a beautiful, brand new facility. I really enjoyed working with their sales director. She has a nursing background and was just very knowledgeable about everything. the only reason we did not go with this facility is because my loved one is diabetic and they were not able to handle the insulin needs.

Mom has been very pleased! Everything is clean and fresh. The employees treat everyone like family and are always helpful. She really likes her apartment. The facility offers 'age in place' with contract aides or nurses. I would absolutely recommend The Remington at Valley Ranch to other families.

The Waterford is fine for my love one, and there is no complaints. We picked this community, because of the value and nice staff. Out of all the places we visited it seemed homier than the others and you get three meals a day.
