The engagement in this community is second to none. The tenure of the team is the reason we chose this community for my mom. We love it here.

All the staff very nice and community was very clean. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We also liked the activity’s that are provided. I would recommend this community to others as well.

Obviously they have staffing issues, but the people that interacted with my sister were very dedicated. It was very clean and the room was spacious. It was a good value. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The Sales Director has been most helpful in getting me enrolled and settled in the new surroundings. Her pleasant smile and good words go a long way! West Shores has been nothing but good to me and family when they comes to visit me.

I was concerned and feeling guilty about having to place my mom somewhere, but i knew she needed more care than i could give her. I was failing, she deserved more. The Waterford was one of the first places i looked at seriously. It is an amazing place. The residents and staff are very wonderful. They have all welcomed my mom with open arms. Having activities and constant socialization has already made a positive change in her memory and hyperfixation issues. She loved it immediately. After a few weeks there, she is so happy. I dont feel guilty about leaving her there and she enjoys her days. The staff checks on her when she isnt out socializing a lot, and she feels very special there. What a godsend for our family.

We picked this community, because of the location and price.They have very friendly staff....they keep the community very clean and communicate well with me on my loved ones updates.

I was greeted by the staff in a very welcoming way. I immediately felt like this was a warm, friend community.

I had my aunt at another facility in Perrysburg for 5 months that was very nice. I had, had my husband’s grandmother there and it was wonderful. However things where different and I was worried it was no longer a good fit for my aunt. I meet with the staff at Waterford at Levis commands and felt this was the place my aunt needed to be. We moved her in and she has bloomed. There is a lot of social evens and other activities for the client’s. My aunt loves it there! Should have looked here first when she moved back to Perrysburg. Live and learn!

Aspen Grove cared for my aunt, father and mother over 7 years. It was nice to work many of the same staff over that time. The front desk staff was always helpful. Care staff was genuinely interested in their unique needs.

Nice people and I like the family atmosphere. I enjoy visiting and seeing the decorations at different seasons and Holidays for the residents to enjoy. The food also smells and looks very appetizing.

Everyone is so nice and polite. It is a lot like home.

I have been a resident here for several years in [date removed] and have enjoyed it. I have made many wonderful relationships. FUll amenities included in the price of rent. Lots of activities and entertainment, meals, church and more.

Living here is a pleasant place to live in. Food is good and I am well please with it. Lots of activities to go to have and good time; overall, I am pleased. Everyone is friendly and have time for me.

Our students interviewed some residents. They gained valuable information and life skills. We appreciate the friendly staff and loved visiting with the residents.

Care staff takes great care of my family member. She has nothing, but good things to say. They keep everyone super busy.

The building is attractive and well laid out. I enjoy being busy and like to walk. I enjoy greeting new residents. The people here are friendly. I like the outings, the daily exercise class and playing bocce ball.

The Waterford is a wonderful place to live. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The amenities cover everything our family members need. And the place is beautiful. I would highly recommend The Waterford Mesquite.

They are helpful whenever there is a question or request. You can tell that the staff truly loves their job and what they do. They try to to engage the resident in the daily activities. My loved one loves being there. We even participated in their Halloween party. There have even been suggestions given for extended care which was very helpful. They protect their residents by going on lockdown when there is a COVID-19 outbreak in order for it not to spread. I am very thankful for that.
