I give them all a 5. Friendly and knowledgeable staff members. I liked this facility the best while looking, mostly because of the staff and it was also very clean.

The food alone is enough to recommend The Jefferson, but taking everything else into consideration, I'm quite impressed.

My mom is 102 years old and has been at the ETTA for just over two months now. The staff have been valuable partners in transitioning my mother from her home to memory care. Throughout this difficult transition, the staff have been flexible, compassionate, available and receptive to family involvement, and proactive in identifying needs and offering solutions or helpful resources.

I would say it is a great place to consider and they should check it out. Price and location were factors for us. I would recommend. My mother has been there 60 days now and is adjusting better than anticipated.

My Mom is very happy at the Waterford. The quality of the food is just okay and frequently what is served varies from the printed menu, according to my Mom.[Name removed] offered many helpful suggestions about managing the move-in, and we were very appreciative of her help. I definitely would recommend the facility to someone that is looking for a senior living option.

My mother has been at Holiday Middleton for almost two months now. Every time I ask how she likes living there, she says that everything is wonderful--the people are nice, the food and activities are great, her cat is happy there, and she feels AT HOME. When I am there, I feel a true warmth and caring from the staff. They are very helpful and ready to answer any questions we have. Even though my mom has severe short term memory loss, she is being assisted and prompted throughout the day by Comfort Keeper staff, who are located right in the building. Bottom line: my mother seems to thriving at Holiday Middleton!

My mother, absolutely LOVES living at the Wellington at North Bend Crossing. She has now been there, going on a year, and has made so many friends, and participated in so many activities. In fact, a few months ago, she was named "resident of the month"! I have a copy of the Wellington newsletter with her article, she was very proud, and so was I.

It's a very impressive facility. Open and airy and bright. The staff is great, from the top down, everyone is friendly and helpful and approachable. Housekeeping is average. Communication with the family is excellent. Move-in process was smooth with no issues. Yes, meals are good quality. I would definitely recommend the facility. They've got a very caring staff and the residents here seem much happier than what I've seen elsewhere.

When my sister needed a new home, I was at a loss as to where to turn. Called “A Place for Mom”. They were so helpful and certainly pointed me in the right direction! She is so happy in her new place and I appreciate this organization’s help! I highly recommend it!

The staff is warm and knows everyone. All of the residents I have met are friendly and seem content. My mom wanted to move in the day we made our tour!

We picked this community because of the atmosphere, cost of placement, and caring, supportive staff. I would recommend to others.

Everyone I have had contact with is so friendly and helpful. Makes you feel so welcome. Definitely puts me at ease having my Dad there. I know he is in good company/care. Everything is clean. The hallways smell so good. Shows they take pride in that place.

The facility seems immaculately clean each time I visit. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in process was easy and seamless. I have only eaten there once. Frankly, the food could have been warmer though the quality was good. I would suggest more info regarding staff training and vetting. I would recommend this facility without reservation.

mom has been at THE ETTA memory care facility for six months now. I have nothing but praise for this place and I’ve seen the caretakers be so kind and sweet with not only my mom, but with all of the residents there. I’ve gotten to know several of the caretakers fairly well over the last six months and I’m in awe of how much they care for the people that they are taking care of. Taking care of somebody who has a memory problem is at best difficult, And they seem to go above and beyond all the time. hopefully, you’ll never be in a position to have to find a facility for memory care for somebody you love, but if you do, I would place it at the top of the list.

My mother wants to tip staff for doing their job,yet doesn't have the money for that type behavior, I'd say verify that staff is to refuse gratuities at all times. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

The staff at The Etta is fantastic!! They’re always available to help us. They respond to every email/text and go above and beyond for my Mom. The nursing staff [name removed] are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. [name removed], always greets you with a warm hello. [name removed] makes sure that every day my Mom stays active. [name removed] and [name removed] are always in good spirits and helpful to all the residence The Etta is filled with kind and loving people. The Executive Director at The Etta at Shavano Park is [name removed]. [name removed] always answers his phone or calls you back if you leave him a msg. He always does his best to get you an answer or attend to any problems you may be having. Every Friday [name removed] writes a wonderful email with what went on that week and attaches beautify pictures of the residents. That’s something I always look forward to. We’re very happy with The Etta but most importantly my Mom is very loves it there.

Nice place. Just not having to try and shop and haul it in and try and cook something decent, just being able to get 3 meals a day is a real blessing. Getting to where little things are becoming big things.

The staff at Riverbend are all extremely caring and efficient at providing care to their residents. On many unannounced visits, we always found the facility to be a warm and caring place for my aunt. The staff always went out of their way to provide help with any request or question we had. We highly recommend Riverbend to anyone who may need their services.
