For overall I give them a 5. They went over and beyond to take care of our mother. Her room was always clean. The employees are very friendly, they receive a 5 as well as the quality of care, the meals and dining services and activities. They raised the price up this year, otherwise a very nice place.

I would say our experience was a 5 in all categories. Everything about the Waterford was amazing!!! I highly recommend it. Honestly every single thing about the Waterford was perfect for my aunt!!

Our two-bedroom apartment is well-designed and spacious. The nurses and other staff are friendly and attentive. Any problem that arises is taken care of quickly and effectively. Meals are usually quite good, and on special days (Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day, etc.) they are exceptional! There is a variety of activities for those who wish to participate. Since my wife and I are still mobile, we especially appreciate the weekly bus trips to eat out and visit museums and special sights such as Petit Jean Mountain, the Grant County Museum, Oaklawn Casino, Bathhouse Row, and others. We have been here for a year and a half, and we hope to be able to spend many more years enjoying the people and facilities at West Shores.

Amazing facility. Friendly atmosphere. Very delightful people. Knew what they were talking about. The show room they had set up was absolutely beautiful to envision what it would look like. Facility has nice activity areas as well as spacious rooms.

The staff at Residence of Chardon are the best. They are kind and genuinely care for each resident. My mom has only been in the facility for about three weeks and everyone is helping to make the transition as smooth as possible. I’m so thankful!

The staff is so nice. They have a lot of activities and the meals are good. They have medical staff 24/7. My aunt really enjoys the other residents. The rooms are spacious they have studio, one and 2 bedrooms

The Waterford is beautiful! This community provides me with social intellectual, and enriching activities. Meals are excellent and provide options For me. Therapy dept. is the best!

The food needs work...I attend a meeting with entire community and they were all upset on quality of food. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our experience has been very good with the Château.

The staff was amazing...from the front desk to the engineer who fixed the TV... to the beautician who offered to do her nails...I felt like they really wanted to help ME!!!...by taking good care of my mom...my main concern was about her eating ... the meals are included but she's not mobile enough to get to the dining area... So what do they do???!!!.. bring her meals to the room... That sold me!!!... When we entered the apartment she was in awe of how nice everything was... She's already had 2 respite stays... Thank you soooooooo much for the peace of mind you all provide!!!

My mom has Alzheimer’s and I was looking for a place that actually cared and would take good care of her. She lives in Virginia and I live in California, so I definitely need to trust The facility and their staff!! The Waterford at Virginia Beach has definitely been a wonderful experience. I made a very good choice for my mom and she loves it there as well. The directors have been awesome and keep me posted on all events that my mom is experiencing. I’m so grateful for them and I feel blessed to have found just the right place for my mom. It’s beautiful, Clean and everyone is as kind as Family !

I have had a wonderful experience so far, and believe my experience will be good, for as long as I don't bother and bother.

We have lived at West Shores for about a year. Its more like a small town than a senior living center. Every one knows your name and the staff is very friendly. The food is plentiful and tasty (chef is from a major hotel here). There are daily activities and trips several times weekly. The grounds are nice with plenty of white tailed deer and rabbits to watch. Come see for yourself!

I came after hours yesterday to check on pricing for my brother and even though it is out of the price range the community was lovely. I met with the Executive Director and she was so kind and gave me all sorts of resources and asked a lot of questions about my brother. No other place did that. The lobby was beautiful and the music was so relaxing. I didn’t want to leave.

I moved my Mother in about 2 weeks ago. The community is beautiful, very open and bright. They have lots of fun activities for everyone to do, including music entertainment often. The food is great, and the salad bar is so good with a variety of sides. The move in process with the Sales Director and the Executive Director, went so smooth and easy, they have been a blessing of happiness and joy. The entire dining staff seems to be very pleasant and happy! The apartment is very clean, as is the whole facility as well. The entire place is great! I highly recommend Waterford.

I am very pleased with the care given.

I went to the Waterford of Baytown and everyone was super sweet. It’s such a beautiful place. The lobby is so welcoming. The office staff was super nice . It’s the best senior living I have been to . I will definitely recommend it to my love ones.

Here 2 months. Most things are above my expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Staff is very friendly, cheerful and caring and the residents all seem happy and well looked after.

Enjoying meeting new friends and my life here. Will be enjoying new activities soon, also, The staff had been great! My friends want to come also to see my place etc.
