I am looking ahead to what comes next in my life following my husband's recent death. Moving to a nearby independent living facility, with little upkeep responsibility is important to me. My tour was excellent, my questions were answered, and the person conducting my visit was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had to move my mother in the develping stages of dementia. The staff has been sensitive to her needs and helpful. Mother has been to a number of facilities and honestly I wish we would have moved her over to The Waterford sooner when she needed Assisted Living. The facility is clean and inviting. The memory care untit seems to be very managable for the staff. There are activities also for those who are more mobile and the food is good.

Crown Pointe is a great place! They have very caring staff who take excellent care of the residents. The building is spacious, with a great open atrium, always buzzing with activities and entertainment. I love the location, nestled in a neighborhood, in the center of town, a quick drive to the interstate, and lots of stores.

We have had a great experience with the team at the Waterford over the past 5 years! They were amazing through Covid and very compassionate when we lost my Dad. My Mom is very happy with the activities, her friends and the food service.

We are so happy to have my mother-in-law [name removed] at Waterford. We were actually there today and had lunch with her. The food is wonderful and is such a clean healthy environment for her to live in. My husband used to worry about his mother every night, but now we should know that she’s safe and happy. He can sleep so much more comfortably, knowing that she is living in such a wonderful place! The staff treat her like she’s family.

My father has been at the Waterford going on his second month. He is having a hard time personally adjusting but the Waterford staff has made such great efforts to make his transition a good experience. The staff has been kind and understanding to his declining mental skills. They have worked to keep the facility and his personal space clean. He has enjoyed his meals and the service staff. It is a relief to know he is getting what he needs. He has chosen to ignore events currently going onsite but we see hopeful he will soon join in.

We moved my dad into the Waterford about a year and a half ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Once he took a tour, he was Convinced this was his new home. He has come to love this community and so has our family. They are so friendly and so kind. I’m thankful that there’s a group of people that love my dad almost as much as we do. We can tell that they genuinely consider him family.

Waterford at iron Bridge is by far the best place for independent living. My father enjoys the place and the people are what really make this place wonderful. First class facility, first class service and first class people! Enjoy.

I think mom like the activities more than anything. She never got out of her chair when she was living at home. Except for the usual. Having my mom stay at the Mansion, really gave me a piece of mind. The care and the activities that they gave her, left a smile on her face when I watched from afar. I just wish I had gotten her in there sooner.

I love the friendly staff and all the people here I love all the actives too you don’t just have to stay in your apartment you can do all kinds of actives and meet people my favorite actives are bunco, broomball , volleyball and bingo also yoga and Mexican train . The more actives you do the more you get to know your neighbors take it from me [name removed] it’s a fun place to live

It has been a very enjoyable 1st year, and I would recommend to others.

We had a recent tour of this beautiful community. Admission Director was kind & knowledgeable. She gave us a nice gift for touring. We shared this with our mom & she loved it. Such a nice idea. This facility was very clean & all the residents looked very happy.

The meals are improving and what we like the most about LaurelHurst and LaurelWoods is that our loved ones have made several friends. They also have amazing doctors there! And are right across the street from St. Luke's.

I have peace of mind knowing my 89 year old Dad (born, raised, worked & retired in WY) has been living at The Waterford of Mesquite TX, for almost 2 years now. He has found friends and a home away from home. I feel blessed to have him close and assistance with his needs so he can stay independent. Thanks for everything! I highly recommend sharing time with your loved ones here!

Dad continues to enjoy his time at Waterford, and especially with all the new friends he has made. The food has greatly improved since first moving in two years ago. Dad’s family greatly appreciates the safety aspect of Waterford with the emergency call button around his neck to someone always available to call 911 or provide that assistance in the middle of the night. We love Waterford but most of all it’s a great value for all the services they provide. Thank you and God Bless the staff

The Waterford at Creekside review is an excellent facility. They have been kind and caring towards my mother. They have been upgrading the facilities over the last few months.

This community makes you feel at home immediately. The Waterford of Mesquite is welcoming and carefully designed. But the true advantage is its stellar staff! They greet each resident. And the smiles are heartfelt and genuine.

We couldn't be happier with dad being there in memory care. The staff treat us like family. Ever need dad needs is met with kindness a professional care. He is happy there!!! Thank you so much for leading us there in such a difficult time. The staff and facility make it so easy to get through the process. They guide you thru it. Give you a book to understand dementia. The memory care dad is in are so respectful of his condition. They are definitely on top of his health. He is 92 yrs old and and the keep him motivated. He has physical therapy every week and does so good. Dad thinks his physical therapist is his friend. And looks forward to seeing him. The facility has taken all the stress from us and we know he is being taken care of. The activities are good and they pull everyone together. I am so appreciative.

Staff has been great. Some leave, & some come back & miss others that had left but still very good overall. Facility has been getting up grades & renovated rooms are awesome. The hallway rug needs replaced. Probably waiting for the other work to be done. All in all we appreciate the Staff & Director very very much. They go out of their way for us and the other residents.
