I have been living at Brookview Meadows since [date removed], have enjoyed living here. Staff is great and resident very friendly and want to include new people.

It's a wonderful place with amazing staff and I highly recommend it. Leadership is fabulous which sets the tone for all the staff.

We felt my mother was very well taken care of. The ladies that looked after her were nothing short of amazing. The facility was pretty and clean. Very much appreciated all that was done for her in her 2 years.

I have had a very pleasant experience since I first contacted Brookview Meadows, to living here. for the past few months. I made a good choice.

It's obvious how much the staff at Holidays Middleton care for the residents on a personal level. I don't know all the staff, but the 2 that I encounter somewhat regularly are of whom I speak.

Words can not convey the experience I have had with Courtyards at Lake Granbury. Not one staff member ever makes family or residents feel any other way than loved, belonging, and home. It’s hard to please a full building of multigenerational people, but the food and activities not only meet that mark, but exceed it. The care staff, both memory care and assisted living, from the top down are out of this world; many have longevity , allowing them get to really know each resident on a personal level. Maintenance is always quick to help any way they can with the most positive outlook, which shines through with the incredible housekeeping staff. The bus driver is an absolute rockstar, and both receptionist are the hamds down the sweetest and most helpful. Sales makes it a mission to understand what your needs are and what expectations you have, and we are so grateful for the patience and love shown from them. Kudos to this staff, Sonida is lucky to have them on their team!

I highly recommend Summit Point to others. My loved one is currently a resident at this facility and things have been great. We have experienced nothing but professionalism in all aspects.

The one thing you didn't ask about that I thought was outstanding is the communication with the facility. Their communication was superior to just read anything I've ever seen. They were wonderful.

We moved our 78 year old mom into the Summit Place following the Easter weekend in April. No doubt there have been some settling in moments, but overall she is doing well. The Summit Place has been very receptive to our requests. I will mention that there does not seem to be enough employees working during the evening hours. Our mom wants to take care of other residents during these times. We have had a couple of medication issues, but nothing serious. I would recommend maintaining prescriptions at your current pharmacy for the first few months after transitioning to the Summit Place. We are still trying to get a good feel for mom‘s shower days, laundry days, and room cleaning days. We were under the impression that these days of the week would be specific, but when visiting it does not appear so. Overall, though, when we visit, which is often, the residents of the Summit Place seem to be happy! Disclosure: Our mom has dementia and will in the future transition to the memory care side.

I've been visiting the Jefferson since 2018 to See clients I provide companionship offer. Over the years, regardless of what's changed, I've consistently seen warmth, respect, and a happy + healthy community I'd love to be a part of.

communication was a factor in not getting a 5. It was difficult to get a hold of key managers at times. Information didnt flow well from admin to the care staff. Not sure if it was circumstantial or a regular issue. Eventually we all seemed to get on the same chapter if not the same page. nicely maintained; Dads room was cleaned regularly Everyone was friendly even when clearly stressed or busy Everyone was attentive and did their best to keep Dad comfortable and happy. The primary care takers were amazing and seemed to genuinely care about all the residents. All the residents seem to enjoy their meals and snacks. It appeared to be healthy and plentiful. in the memory care unit, the residents have opportunities to participate in activities downstairs if appropriate for their condition. There were puzzles, books and games avail. Cottonwood Village was as affordable as other places that were more run down and clearly even more short-staffed. My only complaint was that it took an extraordinary amount of time to receive our moveout refund when my dad passed away. I couldn't close out his estate until the final refund was issued and there was no way to contact the corporate office to check the status. Despite some communication issues, I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village to anyone seeking a safe and kind place for their loved one.

Having to put your Mom or Dad in a place to be cared for is always a difficult situation. We have been in a few facilities before Aventine at The Etta and I have to say this place is far above our past experiences. The facility is clean and does not "stink". It is open and airy and sits in the middle of a grove of trees. The staff here is truly wonderful. They really care about my mom. If your family has to choose this option for your parent, Aventine at The Etta is a good choice.

Absolutely love the place. It is very clean. It is very pretty. The quality of care is excellent. The food is excellent and they have tons of wonderful activities for everyone. This place has saved my mom's life. [name removed] is absolutely wonderful to work with as well as [name removed].
