My mother is very happy there! I think it is a great place! I would recommend but it is expensive.

Modena Reserve at Kensington is a great facility providing good care for my loved one. The staff is on top of everything. Especially the director. She is available, assists and makes sure things run smoothly. Thank you A Place for Mom as this is 7 minutes from my home and I had no idea it was there! I am very happy and you all made this possible. I can't thank you enough

The move-in was easy. I was under serious time constraints having to move my dad from a skilled nursing facility in Roanoke (paid for by Medicare) to an assisted living facility in Williamsburg. Edgeworth worked with me, sped up the process, and made my dad comfortable right away. My dad's rapidly deteriorating condition made it impossible for him to enjoy activities and crafts, but he was able for two weeks to walk to the dining room for meals. He enjoyed the music provided by a man in the dining room. I would recommend Edgeworth to anyone.

We have had a positive experience at Modena so far. They have been responsive when we have asked for certain things for my mom. We selected this community because the facility is only three years old. It's beautiful, clean and the staff are pleasant. The residents that live there seem to be very happy as well.

For the overall value for cost it is s pricey but worth the outstanding service and care. The staff and employees really care. The food is very good. The site feels like a modern hotel. They have all levels of care

Highly recommend and recommend the health cost addition so the price never rises. We picked this community because it is friendly warm but firstly for round the clock nursing.

My loved one was previously a resident at Daylesford Crossing and everything was wonderful for her at this facility! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff was excellent! The meals, care services, activities and value for cost were great. I would absolutely recommend Daylesford Crossing to others!

My loved one really enjoys living at Modena Reserve at Kensington. The staff made the move in process very easy. Our contacts were available whenever we needed assistance. For instance, they recommended a notary for us and served as witnesses when we had to have some legal forms signed. The maintenance person also installed the TV (not easy!) and a helped with few other things as well. The facility is lovely - we think it looks more like a sophisticated hotel. It's in an urban area, so if you want lots of hiking trails, it's probably not the best choice. But the area around the facility has been beautifully landscaped, with a fountain and nice outdoor seating areas as well. My loved one's view is wonderful - right out on the fountain with plants and greenery around. They offer many activities for the residents in many categories- exercise, movies, live music. What we hadn't seen at other facilities is that the Modena also capitalizes on the unique experience and capabilities of their residents (former judges, professors, etc) who give lectures and lead discussions on interesting current or historical events. I think that was a key reason we chose Modena for my loved one. My loved one really enjoys living here. She says that the food is excellent and the people are very friendly. It's not inexpensive, but there's a lot of value for the money. We're very happy that my loved one lives here! We would definitely recommend Modena Reserve at Kensington to others!

We toured Hunters Woods at Trails Edge during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. Everyone at this facility was friendly and it was very clean. The staff was great and the atmosphere was happy. Our tour guide was personable.

Our family had an in person tour with Hunters Woods and even though it was not the place for our loved one, we felt the tour experience and the community was very nice.

I would rate each category with a 5. My mom is so well cared for and loved by the staff at Modena. She is happy, always dressed well and clean. I can't praise Modena enough for all they do for my mom! My siblings and I are so thankful A Place For Mom recommended this wonderful facility. My mom is in the memory care part of the facility so my opinions are from that area. The staff treat the clients like they are family. We've had caregivers tell us how much they love our mom. They take time to answer any questions or concerns we may have. They have special celebrations for all holidays, a salon for hair and nails (my mom loves getting manicures!), they go on outings. Residents do crafts, cooking and baking, singing, dancing, and lots of socializing. There is always something going on for residents to do if they wish. The resident rooms are beautiful. They are fully cleaned weekly; trash is emptied daily. We are always notified if my mom is running low on personal items so we can get things before she runs out. Families can visit 24/7 or call at any time. I forgot to mention they email a monthly newsletter to families with a monthly calendar of activities. Families can rest assured their loved one is being well cared for and loved. I'm a retired nurse and will say that Modena is one of the best facilities I have ever seen!

My friend is 80. She moved in last Dec. It is like a family to her, everyone is wonderful and very attentive. She has felt very secure and comfortable. She has worked with physical therapists who are on the property. She loves them. She is on the list to go to a thrift store and out to a restaurant outing in a week or so. She is so excited. When she had to go in hospital for a week, they took care of her little dog. They are super kind to her, know her habits and routine. All the staff pitches in to do every role when needed. The food is great but she sometimes feels as if the portions are too small. She's very skinny! That's the only complaint. They are an active community. The residence itself is beautiful and only 3-4 years old. It's just lovely. Importantly, it is not clique-ish at all.

We are very happy. Reserve at Lake Austin is an excellent facility and has great staff. It is a very elegant and well organized facility. The dining rooms are small and intimate, and the other public spaces are very well designed and beautifully furnished. The rooms are very well planned with large windows and generous spaces that work well with normal furniture that one might bring from their previous home. The staff seems very proactive and the communication is excellent. Anytime my sister and I have a concern, we call the front desk and it gets resolved quickly. The residents have watches that they can use to call, but also to communicate with staff, so they have more sophisticated technology then other places. They have relationships with local gerontologist and we have been very pleased with the communication and coordination between my mother's doctor and the nurse at the facility.

It's a brand new facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities but could be better about getting the Independent Living residents involved. Food is always good, but service could be more timely.

Came highly recommended by neighbors, food is great, apartment has high ceilings, lots of light, it's own patio and washer/dryer. The newest, nicest and one of closest we visited. I would recommend to others.

The activities offered for the residents are great! Still trying to figure out the personal care and getting into a routine. The meals are great. Mom is still acclimating herself

The facility has a modern vibe and is kept very clean. The apartment sizes are fine. My one bedroom seems quite large, they have different sizes for different needs as well. Amenities are quite good. I especially like the theatre. I would recommend Treeo Senior Living Raleigh to others and actually already have!

It was very nice but not the most expensive. closer to my home than the others. Also, liked that it also has independent living, so my mom can interact with all kinds of people. Really positive experience so far. The facility is beautiful. Food is very good. And the care has been good. They're responsive to feedback.

Artisan at Hudson is a community I would recommend to friends for their loved ones. I think they could do better with the activities and communications of the activities. The meals are like eating at a restaurant.

5 stars for all questions! Plush Mills is a small facility. Everyone seems to know each other, this being staff included. The dining room with tables for 4 encourages meeting new people without being overwhelmed. They also offer a great variety of activities. I would recommend Plush Mills to others and already have.
