My friend was in memory care unit and didn't really participate in activities. Her son handled the cost so uncertain about what the expenses were. I would recommend the facility.

What I like the most about Lumina Las Vegas is the excellent accommodations, caring staff, wonderful facility.

My father-in-law loves the camaraderie of the community. We picked this community because of the meals & dining, cleanliness, and care services

Lovely facility. Public ares, the rooms, everything is clean and well maintained. To paraphrase, it is the place “where everyone knows your name.” From the smiling concierge as you first arrive, to the Nurse and Med Tech, to the aides and kitchen staff, each person knew your name. Just a great atmosphere. I recommend it highly.

Highly recommend this facility for Assisted Living care. Toured multiple care facilities in Frederick County, and Village Crossing was first rate. The nursing staff and care plans were solid.. Outstanding amenities, resident activities, and the apartments were beautifully appointed.

Really like the two meals a day plan. They are very friendly residents at meals. Asked to sit with different tables at first meals here. Made lot of friends. Very few activities of interest..Treeo is now Willows of Raleigh---new owner

Since day one Artisan has been outstanding. Great staff, great services and wonderful care ! Food is very good and wide variety of menu options. Always a quick response to the needs of the residents. I would recommend Artisan to anyone who is looking for their services.

All the staff have been and are wonderful. Each person has gone out of their way to treat out mother as family and have cared for her in amazing fashion.

It was my x-husband that was there. He passed in November so it was a short time he was there. It was a beautiful facility and my daughter had a great relationship with everyone there. She went almost every day. I would recommend your facility to anyone that would ask. Great people, great place and very clean.

Artisan is a great community with a lot to offer. So much going on, lots of freedom and flexibility to tailor the day to each individual resident. The care and family like atmosphere is a blessing. On site therapy, doctors and transportation to what isn't on site. The dining room has restaurant style gourmet food selections and is open all day! They have daily happy hour, walking club, book clubs and so much more. Great place!

Covid was still a thing when my dad was a resident there, so activities were minimal. But for the time, great place to be and we would recommend The Sheridan at Green Oaks community to other families

Echo Lake community is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The staff and residents welcomed our mom during her respite stay. We were very pleased with the staff involvement and professionalism. We have chosen to make this my mom‘s new home in the near future and are confident she will adjust well with our support and the support of the staff. Echo Lake also has wonderful activities for residents.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Sheridan at Green Oaks and the whole experience at the facility was great for him. Based on our experience, we would recommend The Sheridan at Green Oaks to others.

On our tour we were very pleased with all the help and information provided. We ending up choosing Hunters Woods after visiting 5 other places. Our questions were answered quickly. We discussed our room requirements and the preferred amenities, and we were matched with several suitable floor plans. Several residents commented to us how pleased they were, and encouraged us to move in. We made the right choice.

The team at Lumina is unique. They are a senior memory care facility and so their residents are all challenged. The staff is so caring and engaged- they meet and greet each resident as individuals and their attention is excellent. Truly a new, evolved concept with excellent staff and facilities.

My loved one is currently a resident at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge and the overall experience has been very good so far. It is a lovely brand new facility with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Hunters Woods at Trails Edge to others.

I think all 7 categories meet the mark, but they should, since this an upscale facility and more costly than others. The staff is terrific. My wife has difficult Lewy body dementia and the facility does well. I'm happy with it.

We recently moved my ninety-one year old father into Lumina Las Vegas and have been very happy with his care there. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. My father is having some trouble adjusting to not being in his own home and they have been amazingly patient with him. As with any move anywhere, they and he are still getting to know each other, but I can't emphasize enough how sweet everyone is and how professional they are. My siblings and I are also ecstatic to have found a place that has a barber on site and someone to help him with his podiatry needs. Thank you Lumina!

It is very modern, fresh looking facility. Has a hotel like feel. The apartments here are much nicer than other communities I toured. The food at the community is really good. But for people who eat plain basic food, the menu is limited. The meals are like dining out, which is not who my Mom is. The staff members are great.
