This was a BEAUTIFUL facility but I don't think it's the right fit for my Mom. [Removed] was lovely!

We toured this community for care. We liked the staff and the list of the menu of healthy meals. The activities would have been good and we felt like this had a nice atmosphere for the cost of the care. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I like the care for my husband. The community is very nice and I like that they staff are keeping me informed. The community is unstaffed at times. The community is very clean. We are happy with the way the community offers good meals with a nice variety.The activites are helpful for his needs. We would recommend this community for other families for a nice place for a loved one.

I like the care that my grandfather was getting here.We were happy that he liked the meals and they offer him a great variety to choose from. They offered him activities that were enjoyed. We liked to know he was active in the community with the other residents. We would recommend this community for families look for good care and good value.

I know people who live at Plush Mills and they've been very satisfied with their experience there. One of them for a several years and one who moved in last year. They've especially liked the staff, the food, and their neighbors. They've made really good friends there and said the people who work there go out of their way for you.

They keep them busy at this community and have many things for the residents to do. My loved ones enjoy the nursing staff and all that they do. This community is a wonderful place and parents happy here.

Sometimes my loved one has to wait a while for things to be updated or taken care of but overall the place is very nice. It is expensive but with the feeling and the experience that she is getting it is worth it.

I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the whole team during this time of crisis. With a loved one in Memory Care, it is especially trying to not have physical contact for a long period of time. The directors and staff have done everything they can for us to maintain contact. I commend them for their efforts. [name removed]

I helped move my parents into the Independent Living side last fall. My parents are very happy and rave how friendly everyone is there. The place is new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a hotel then a retirement community. The only downside is that the restaurant service is extremely slow so the wait to get served has been their only ongoing complaint.

I though Edgeworth Park at New Town was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. It was a very good your, but we found another community that fit my father's needs a little better.

Overall very good attention to detail and to [name removed] needs. Very firm when needed by very fair in taking care of her hygiene needs. Staff is very responsive and support of making the best of the situation and making [name removed]feel at home as best as possible.

I really like the common areas and great apartments. They do not deliver food from the kitchen to the apartments.

All the staff are very kind, present themselves well, everyone knows my loved by name and greet him with a smile. The meal choices and different menus for special situations and very good. The meals are very good. The wait service always efficient and kind and helpful. My loved one may sometimes partake in Happy Hour but has not in any other actives but each time I come they have a group class of some sort or a singer or guitar player. The facilities are kept exceptionally well. Location is great across from Stop & Shop and CVS, down the street from Walmart and restaurants. Urgent Care across street. Easy access off of Rte 495.

Overall a good experience so far. Food is great, plenty of activities and apartment is more than ample. The in house staff is great. Only issue we've had is in dealing with the business office on a refund due otherwise I would have given the Artisan a 5.

Good overall experience and staff, activities, food and apartment size. Safe, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff always available to help. It is expensive.

I would recommend to others. But I would prepare a little more than I did. In memory care, probably don't want to have a lot of heirlooms or items you never want to lose. Because they did get lost :( and the staff can only keep up with as much as they can. Super friendly and caring staff! Dad is very happy in memory care

(Writing for my friend who was the one considering a move) I am not a very social person, and most of the social spaces and shared activities were not as important to me as getting a good feel for the space I'll be living in, since that's where I'll be spending most of my time. Although we were able to visit one unit, the emphasis in the tour was more on what was happening outside the unit. I realize that with so many (72?) different floor plans, you don't have a copy available of all of them for everyone who visits, but it would have been really helpful if I could have seen a few representative samples of the configuration I am most interested in as far as number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Not having those available really impacted my willingness to consider living there. The unit I saw was smaller than I would want, and I didn't see much storage space. The person we met with was very gracious, though.

Nice facility, on-site PCP and other healthcare services. Food is good. Some, but not all, staff are attentive and friendly. Lots of activities.

The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Room sizes are good compared to other facilities I've seen. Amenities offered seem good.

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. What they can improve on would be to put more effort and structure into their operations. The food is inconsistent, a lot is fried or drenched in butter so not very appealing. They just fired the chef so hopefully the quality with someone new will improve. Anyone (non food prep) working at HWTE can walk into the kitchen (health code violation) and the wait staff often just sit around not paying attention to their tables. The activities are also sub par not much effort goes into planning. The calendar is basically on repeat each month. No outings to concerts or plays... I could go on. The money that we pay is comparable if not higher than other communities which have better food and more robust activities. Things at Hunters Woods at Trails Edge need to be tightened up.
