I have been impressed with Elmcroft's services and dining experience. We chose to move my father here and we couldn't be more happier with our decision.

My father has been at Elmcroft of Victoria for over 2 years. I can honestly say we couldn't be happier. Anytime we go to the Executive Director, [name removed], she is right on top of it and resolves any concerns or issues we may have. We definitely tell everyone how happy we are with their care and services.

Toured this community for my parents after looking at the others in town. By far, we are impressed with the friendliness of the staff and residents. If I was old enough, I would be moving in. All inclusive pricing is fabulous and makes budgeting sooooo much easier. My parents are excited about moving in and that they get to keep their fur kid, [name removed]. Great job Elmcroft.

Elmcroft is a beautiful place for Seniors to live. The surroundings are lovely, They have many wonderful classes and things to keep everyone busy and engaged. They have ample help available for the residents and encourage everyone to enjoy their day by starting them out with a wonderful breakfast, delicous lunch and great dinner as well. I was seeking a place for my husband who was suffering from Alzheimer's. Elmcroft offers an excellent Alzheimer's area, safe and enjoyable for the residents. I am hoping my sister and I can enjoy the various amenities of Elmcroft when the time comes for us to downsize and enjoy life a bit more.

Staff very friendly. They are attentive to our family member and talk about him and the things going on . He is kept clean ,both the room and his personal being. Has a physical therapist work with him each week. We are pleased with his care.

My mother lives at Elmcroft of Victoria, she was nervous to leave her home in the beginning, but the staff here have been more than wonderful with helping her transition and I can honestly say that it's nice having my mother happy again. Residents all look happy and the staff as well. They host monthly family nights that is themed and we have a blast!!

Our tour was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean. If you are looking for a smaller facility, this would be the one to choose. It is on a very quiet street with a church across from it. [Name removed], the sales director, made us feel right at home.

Sodalis is beautiful and very clean. My sisters loves the meals there and is very happy with her space, especially her access to the backyard and garden with pergola to enjoy the outdoors. The staff is so friendly and pleasant (always smiling). The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming always.

[Name removed] was truly amazing and informative. She went over and beyond in welcoming us on our tour. The facility itself is very clean, nice bright colors adorn the walls and hallways. The rooms are sufficient in size. Security is a high priority in this home. Waiting on siblings to comment on a final decision.

Very nice place. Highest medical capability. Clean, well maintained, especially good food planning and service. A bargain, too. We selected this place for my father-in-law.

It was very informative. They answered all questions and concerns I felt at ease and not pressured at all.

Your memory care staff is phenomenal. Their interaction with patients is loving and caring. The patients always have activities when I show up, PT's are not just sitting there staring at walls. Staff is very loving and caring. I would put my mom here if she had Alzheimer's.

We toured this place for our mother. She was the one to make the decision and after walking around she was sold! The residents seemed to be very happy and very "engaged in the day". My mother asked a couple of the residents how they liked living there and no one had anything bad to say. They were very complimentary of the staff, the rooms and the activities. Now she makes it a point to let new people know how much she loves living there.

This place has been a miracle for my parents! My siblings and I have looked all over Temple and surrounding areas and realized quickly that Elmcroft is the place to be. The place is clean, spacious and has great staff. They have a nurse there daily and she is very knowledgeable about all of the people that live there. The people that give the medications is friendly and makes sure they are giving the medications correctly. They have been a Godsend with reaching out to the doctor in my absence to get things needed for my parents. This place is the place to be if you are looking for loving, compassionate people that care about the elderly.

The staff seem very friendly and sincerely care about their residents. The community seemed very comfortable and the residents appeared to be happy. [Name removed] was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I hope my loved one will like it as well.

[Name removed] went above and beyond. Please give her an award or incentive she truly deserves it. She sat with me and discussed things beyond her scope and provided a wealth of information. Valuable asset!!

Compared to other facilities Elmcroft is very clean. The staff seems to really care about their residents. When I have needed to raise a concern the staff worked on it right away and were very professional about it. I feel much better knowing my dad is at this facility than where he used to be.
