They worked with me really well on the respite stay and overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them to others families looking.

I would tell others that they have been really willing to work with me when I was working on getting both my parents in here. If my dad does not come out of his room for a day or two, they encourage him to to come out and participate in activities. I would recommend to others looking.

I just love the caregivers here at Elmcroft, they are so sweet and respectful. The staff have been very helpful and they are just very friendly and great to the residents. The food is ok and the chefs are doing the best with what they have, but I do think it could use improvement with the variety. Overall, I would recommend.

Sodalis College Station opened in June during covid. Since that happened, I was able to visit it before it opened. I was very impressed with the staff and the full tour of the memory care side. Everything is brand new and very pretty. The courtyard was very inviting and open, she loves to sit outside so it was perfect. My mother in law when we moved her in she was not eating much and they went out of their way to try and find things that she would enjoy to eat that were not normally on their menu and we really appreciated that. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents and they always posted the pictures of what they were doing online. We also got to see the schedule of things that they had planned, everyone always looks so happy. The staff were always great with communication and always kept me updated. I would highly recommend to others looking.

The staff members there are very nice, and due to covid the food was being delivered to their rooms but our loved one seemed enjoyed the meals. We would recommend the Elmcroft of Carrollwood community to others.

I think this is a good place for your loved one. The room sizes are good and they do offer different sizes. They always had activities going on when I visited the community. I would recommend this community to others. They were very good with communication and checked on the residence often.

Our experience with Elmcroft Of Pensacola would be a 10 plus, the staff members at this community are great. They had things going on all the time. We can't over emphasize how much they felt like family, they make you feel wonderful. We think they went well above what we were expecting. We did eat some meals and it was excellent, we were surprised at the quality of the food. Our loved one always commented how good the food was

When we were able to go and visit this community is was kept pretty clean, and the value is much better then the previous community our loved one was at. Our loved one is receiving hospice and we are very happy with her care. The friendliness of the sale marketer and the director really stood out to us, they were very nice as well as the inclusive cost.

This community could not have been more helpful or attentive to our needs and concerns. They heavily assisted in getting our mom moved and settled quickly and safely under COVID guidelines. The rooms and building are beautiful and we look forward to seeing more of the inside when the state and community feel we can do so safely. I am so thankful I moved my mom from and independent living facility to Sodalis Stone Oak about a month before the lockdown of assisted living centers. It has been a great comfort to have her in a caring facitlity that can help her with all her needs, keep her in a safer enviroment and let her be with her best friend. I can reach the nursing staff at anytime. The communication between the facility manager & the health and wellness director to the families is frequent and I can reach them quickly with my own questions and concerns. I have counted on the opinion of the wellness director on many occassions. [names removed] see my mom daily and know my mom's state of physical health and mental state in dealing with daily life. They have a helpful perspective and understanding since they have so much experince with senior citizens. Since my mom's dementia is progressing I can not count on complete or accurate information from her. They do their best to try and keep it fun and interesting for their community, Fiesta drive by, hat and boa day, arts and crafts, puzzles out all the time, bingo. Before the lockdown they had musicians, singers, and other entertainers. So much more than I could ever do at home with just us and a caregiver. My mom has a sense of independence, even though she could never live alone again. She loves not having to worry about meals, can go sit on a lovely patio but not have to care for the yard or plants, she has her own large private room and bath (no kitchen to burn anything up) with her own bedroom furniture and sitting area that someone else cleans for her weekly. She loves it! Tells me all the time I need to move there when I get old! Sodalis is my partner in taking care of my 89 year old mom, I could not do it without them!

We chose this community because they were able to offer respite and short term care for my dad. The caregivers were good, they were helpful, kind, and caring. The activities were okay, my dad didn't participate in many. I would recommend this community to other families.

My 91-year-old dad, a former robotics engineer and now a widower for 12 years, moved into Elmcroft of Carrollwood about six months ago after he had a bad fall at home and was no longer able to safely live alone. I live 6,000 miles away, so I can't care for him myself. Dad has been more than very happy at Elmcroft, and he's enjoying live in his new home as much as he can given the imposed social isolation during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. He tells me that the meals delivered to his apartment are tasty and skillfully customized to meet his dietary needs. The housekeeping is flawless, and the facility is beautifully maintained. All of the staff are supportive and attentive while remaining respectful of Dad's privacy. They pay attention his particular health issues, and they monitor him closely. They're particularly diligent with safety measures to prevent the coronavirus from entering their community (no cases so far among any of the residents). I feel comforted and secure that the Elmcroft team is taking such excellent care of my elderly dad. He's comforted and feels safe and secure to have such attentive support. The local leadership at Elmcroft of Carrollwood and all of the staff there are performing at state-of-the-art levels despite the formidable obstacles that come with the coronavirus pandemic. They're an outstanding team!

This place is beautiful and the staff is completely dedicated to making life as good as it can be for the residents. My sister hasn't been there long but already she is happier is gaining weight that she needed to gain, and is just thriving here.

Elmcroft of Victoria was very welcoming and encouraging during our time of need as we searched for a home for our Aunt. From the initial phone call, we already had our minds made up that this would be our first choice when the time comes. Kuddos to Elmcroft of Victoria for assisting families who are in their most vulnerable state.

The living conditions are great! Food is good as well as the ice cream machine! I enjoy checking the plants. Also, the staff is so cordial!

I have lived here over 4 years and I love it. The staff are wonderful and I love the activities.
