Cinco Ranch was just what I was looking for. My mother has become too much to remain at home so I had to find a place for her. Between the staff and other residents I think she will feel comfortable and fit right in. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was good. I can rest easy knowing my mother is in a place where I feel she is safe and being well taken care of.

We chose Discovery Village Vero Beach because of the affordability, the location, and the option to have 3 daily meals. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. This is just what my mom was looking for!

This has become my new "home" and I couldn't be happier. Food is good. Friendly people, clean and lots to keep me busy with new friends. A great place to live.

I would recommend leisure park five star living to anyone. I was very hesitant about placing my aunt in a facility, but I chose the right one and she is very happy there. She feels very secure and I am at peace because I know there’s someone there to watch her 24 seven.

After looking at several Assisted Living facilities in Broward County for my mom, 5 Star Premier was definitely a top notch Great Place to Be!!! The staff are caring, knowledgeable, professional and know all the residents by name. If there is a concern, they call me immediately. When I reach that stage in my life, I hope to reside there as well!!! Peggy Cannis

During a recent hurricane, Coral Oaks accommodated everyone for a meal. Maintenance is speedy. Cleanliness abounds with walls and carpets being hygienic constantly. Meals are four star. My one bedroom with its powder room is great for privacy. I would posit that CO receives a high five all around

The staff at this place is excellent. They sincerely care about their residents. My wife has no complaints about the meals, in fact she brags about them stating they are well balanced The housekeeping services are above average. The staff always shows concern about the residents. The residents all appear happy and very friendly with each other. I am glad that this place exists. I thought I would have no choice but to place my spouse in a nursing home. This placement was the hardest thing I have ever done so I am being as honest as possible in this review. The administrator and facility nurse are well suited for the job and it shows in their every day performance.

We could not speak more highly about the wonderful staff at Myrtle Grove. Everyone is so helpful and so friendly.

I would give it a 5 overall! I have friend who have family there as well and they approve as well. Over all they are very on top of stuff. She likes the food and she is fussy, the facility is well kept. They have nice staff. We chose it because of location and word of mouth.

Mom needed a great place to stay. She worked hard and raised my brother and I. I wanted to find a place that I would liked to live if it was me. The gardens has surpassed all of my expectations and Mom loves it! The staff is amazing and caring, her room is sunny and welcoming and she loves the food! She said she couldn’t be happier!

I would do it again given the opportunity. When I went to tour people was very friendly. The place was neat and clean.

From the first day I moved into 5 Star I've been very happy as all the staff and all the aides were very pleasant and helpful. There's a very happy and positive environment towards the residents. This is the place to be when you decide to live in a senior community. I look forward to every day with the many activities to partake in.

It is so much better than my previous top two. It. Seems like I would like to hug Almost everyone. Probably the dining is # 1. It seems that everyone wants to help you . I visited many homes, but this place seems to be far better. I think the workers are trained to treat us so well. Even my health is better. That is amazing for my being 92. I think God every day for being here. They have asked me to lead a Bible study for the Memory Care section! And the residents there appreciate me so much! No one else ever visits them.

The overall experience has been very good so far. We like the size of the community and the people are nice. We would recommend this community to other families to others who may need a place for their loved ones

[name removed] and the rest of the staff were responsive, supportive, and extremely flexible. Our move in was chaotic for several reasons, and we were able to work with them on every issue we had. Our mom has been greeted by staff and other residents since move-in day, and she has made many new friends quickly. She has been there two months and tells everyone she could not have found a better place to live!

The Forum makes the transition to independent living so easy for the residents and their family members! Almost immediately my parents were participating in all kinds of activities and events and continue to tell me how nice everyone is. I’ve joined them for dinner and found the atmosphere and food quite enjoyable.

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease in 2018. I had just retired and my brothers were working part time, so it was up to me to monitor mom’s health changes. We tried in home help, Memory Day Care, and finally in 2023 we placed her in a memory care facility. At first it seemed fine; the apartment was new and the food was excellent but not being familiar with things like care givers with attitude and typical problem areas such as laundry and personal items disappearing, my comfort level began to change. When they sent my mom by ambulance to hospital and said “don’t come back” that was the last straw. We found a new location and had to wait 2 weeks to move in but it was worth it! The management staff was miraculous; they met my mom at the front door, welcomed her and kindly walked her to her room. The care givers are kind and know the right way to care for patients with this horrible disease. My mom is now calm and happy. I can’t say enough good things about Bedford Estates!

We used Five Star for respite care as we needed 2 weeks to reorganize our house for my husband’s mother to move in. Staff was friendly and respite care apartment was very nice. Dining room was excellent and we were able to eat with her as well. Activities looked stimulating but she chose not to participate.

Calusa Harbour was a miracle that came out of the blue at the last minute (literally). Everyone was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind in getting my mother moved in fast (less than two weeks). The place is extremely clean, mom says the food is excellent and she also enjoys the activities. The people who work there are super nice and very helpful with anything you need. And, it’s a beautiful location, right on the river. I am at peace knowing my mom is in such a great place, truly.

We looked at several places for my brother in law. Leisure Park is clean, the people that work there are friendly, they go out of their way to help the residents. The residents themselves are friendly and welcoming. It is a good fit for him, and allows him to transition as he needs more care.
