We tried several places and Brookstone hands down. The best!! They always had her in the common area or dining room or activities or caring for her in her room. They really truly cared for her! She was always taken well cared for. Baths, feedings, movement and circulation and excellent management!!! From the time you walk through the doors the workers are so helpful and kind!!! All the way up till the night when she passed!

My mom fell in love with the place, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I now do not worry about her being alone, she is getting involved in events making new friends and I have seen her laughter again.

Mitchell Manor has been a safe haven for my friend who needed to move from her home. It has only been over 2 months since she arrived but she is actively engaged and interacts with others. There is so much to keep residents busy if that’s what they want or they can keep to themselves when that’s their desire. The staff could not be more caring and supportive. No one wants to go into memory care or assisted living if they don’t have to, but Meadowmere and Mitchell Manor are 5-star just as they promote themselves to be.

My father has only been at Park Summit for a few months but so far I have been very impressed. When we first visited and he first moved in, everyone was so nice and I figured that was part of the sales pitch. Since he has moved in we have consistently experienced the highest level of customer service. He has had some issues that have required extra attention, and they have never once given us the feeling that they are annoyed by it or that it is problematic. The facility is great and currently undergoing renovations to modernize. The food is good we have joined him in the dining room expecting hospital quality food but have been pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to recommend this faculty to family and friends

I really enjoy living here at Oak Terrance. I love all the activities they have especially painting. I love to paint and enjoy doing this with my friends. My husband and I have made friends and enjoy doing activities and meals with the Kempens.

It's home for mom. She lived there for 85 of the first 86 years of her life, and she wanted to return when she was 95. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff members at Brookdale Barberton are extremely friendly! We are unable to rate the activities but overall we were very happy with the facility and staff. We would recommend this community to others and have recommended them to others

Lots of activities. Staff very caring and responsive. Facilities were clean and I appreciated the variety of ways the staff tried to engage the residents. Music,games,stories, visiting artists, etc. Residents were allowed to participate or not depending on their abilities or interests.

I'm very happy here at Oak Hill Terrace. I have made so many friends here. The staff is kind and helpful. [Facility removed] worked with me to get stronger. I enjoyed going to exercise every morning plus the activities are very enjoyable.

My family is out of state. We all together thought it was time that I live in a spot where the day-to-day would be easier. I’m glad I did!! The food is good, the people are nice. They keep the day interesting.

My mother had a wonderful experience from the minute she walked through the door. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. My mother was reluctant to consider assisted living until she toured the facility, had lunch in the dining room and met with both staff members and some residents. She made the decision, “this is where I want to live “. My wife and I felt so comfortable with her decision. We could rest easy knowing she was happy, well cared for and was enjoying her social life. We would enthusiastically recommend Tuscany Villas to anyone considering an assisted living facility.

They are easy to work with, communication was great! The community seems clean as a whole. Could probably use new kitchen supplies as some plastic wear looks old and dingy. But the community areas always look and feel clean! Staff seem super kind and helpful. Always greeting my family when we come in. The care my grandmother receives is wonderful. Meals are "ok" she says. Nothing special but good variety. She does says it's kind of hard to find a group of people to sit with as people are particular with who/where they sit. She commented on someone telling her "that's my seat" when at bingo once. But the staff stepped in and told the other woman to find somewhere else to go. She hasn't gotten into the activities all that much yet, however the ones she has done she liked. She did comment on the church services and said they're more on sided than the other. She wasn't upset but seemed unsure about how to take that. One of the cheaper places in town. We can't complain.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to move my father into Magnolia Springs Louisville three months ago. From the beginning, he felt right at home thanks to the warm, welcoming community & the incredible amenities. The restaurant serves delicious & healthy meals and he’s enjoyed participating in social activities that add so much to his quality of life. The facility itself is upscale, comfortable, spotless, modern, and bright, and truly feels like a community of residents, staff, and family. The staff members are friendly, genuinely caring, and always available to assist, which makes all the difference in feeling confident about this choice. This is truly high-quality senior living at a less-than-expected cost. Our trust was further confirmed when my father-in-law also decided to make it his new home. Knowing they’re in such capable, compassionate hands brings us tremendous peace of mind. I can’t recommend Magnolia Springs Louisville enough—exceptional experience!

The staff are very friendly. They know each of the residents by name. The meals on main floor are very tasty. The 3rd floor dining room food is rather bland. There are lots of fun things to participate in. We most definitely recommend this community to other families.
