I love this place! After having been sorely disappointed (and even perhaps deceived) at two previous facilities, I believe I have finally found a place for my wife in which I can have complete confidence. I am not going to detail the failings of the other facilities here and now, but my wife's health and welfare were jeopardized there. I don't think they really cared about her at all just as long as they got paid on time. Their goal was to do no more than what was absolutely necessary. Cedar Ridge is different--my wife isn't just someone they have to take of--she is someone they WANT to take care of. DO consider ways to contact me for details--I have an obligation to warn others of the places they should avoid.

Ashwood Place has been such a blessing to our family. Everyone working there goes above and beyond to make everyday special for the residents. We are especially thankful to know that mom is eating well, resting well and is in a safe environment.

Level of care wasn’t high enough, but loved it

Very nice place, really glad they had immediate availability and took advantage of that. Staff and residents engaging, clean, bright, open feeling throughout the entire complex. Like the hometown feeling. Apt is perfectly located for my mom. Very happy she is moving in.

I love Magnolia Springs. The staff is caring and helpful. You’re not just a resident there. You’re family. The staff is also attentive to the family. They always take time to tell you how your loved one is doing and answer questions. They get everyone involved so that they aren’t just sitting in their rooms and stare at the walls. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Awesome. They have great staff that really take an interest in their clients. [Name removed] is wonderful and always has a smile on her face. [Name removed] is a great Director and goes the extra mile to do the right thing for her clients.

Myself and my husband and daughter fell in love with the great and friendly personnel. Also - the beautiful clean place. Everyday you feel like you're the only person that needs you. We will stay here till the Good Lord will take us home.

The smiles on the faces of all the staff at the Reserve are like a bright ray of sunshine! [Name removed], our Porter, starts off the day with a big wave! The girls in the office, [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are soooo very friendly and kind. They would do anything to help the residents here. [Name removed] may be one of the most talented maintenance man there is and has a really big heart! A very kind person. [Name removed] and [name removed] do a terrific job taking care of all our maintenance needs. [Name removed] is so friendly, she toots her car horn when we are walking in the community!!! Hopefully [name removed], Our Director, will stay FOREVER! She is awesome! The moral is so HIGH here because of her and the many wonderful people that live here. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to live here at the Reserve with all these wonderful people.

I visited magnolia springs and i loved my visit they have a great staff they wete very friendly and nice i would recommend them to anyone all tho have just recently expanded there nursing facility is great nice and very clean environment great job magnolia springs

My mother [Name removed], is at The Forum @ Deer Creek, and it's a wonderful place. The Staff is very caring, The Therapy Department is great. [Name removed], [Name removed] and [Name removed] from Therapy wonderful. [Name removed] , [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed],, Speech [Name removed] and [Name removed] and the head of the department [Name removed][Name removed] are all wonderful, patient caring and advocate for my mother. Dr. [Name removed] she is also knowledgeable, caring and very patient in answering any questions and or concerns I may have. Nursing is also great. I want to Thank [Name removed] for being my nursing aide and the Kitchen staff [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed] and [Name removed] for assisting with my mother's meal choice as well. [Name removed] she looks forward to seeing as her night-nurse. [Name removed], Unit Secretary, who is also on top of her appointments as well. This is the 2nd time my Mom has been there and I will recommend this Rehabilitation to everyone. The Director of Nursing [Name removed] and her Staff does a Great job of taking very good care of my mother. [Name removed] is also on top of her job as the Unit Manager.

My father was a resident for a year until his death. The staff was wonderful and always treated him with skill, kindness and respect. Even though it was a difficult decision to move him to assisted living, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. I will always be grateful to everyone at a Elmcroft. It is older and could use a facelift but the heart of the facility is golden. And my Dad loved the food??

We visit our friend in Hudson Creek almost weekly. He is always occupied with some sort of activity, surrounded by other residents and staff. The rooms are maintained beautifully, just like the common areas. The facility is attractive and clean. It always smells fresh and inviting.

The senior advisor I received listened to me and sent 3 facilities in 3 different towns and orchard Park in Kyle was perfect. My brother moved in January 11th and last week I was told he and the gentleman across from his room were best friends. I couldn’t ask for anything better than a good friend for him.

My mother moved to Magnolia Springs into Assisted Living due to moderate Alzheimer’s. She was confused and needed assistance with the transition. Magnolia Springs employs staff that genuinely care. They are well trained in handling dementia issues with compassion. I am writing this in February and my mother is improving due to reduced isolation, great activities, nutritious food, a sense of community and warm, inviting residents. I am so pleased with our decision to continue her life journey at Magnolia Springs! This community is very homey, clean, and thoughtfully planned. Highly recommend!

Mountview is clean and bright and welcoming. Residents look happy and engaged in activities. The staff seem friendly and caring, though quite often I get a busy signal when I call. There seems to be always something going on, with plenty of visitors coming in and out. They don't have a parking lot that I could see, but we have had luck finding parking on the street either right in front or on the side. Mom has two rooms, with two sliding doors opening to a large enclosed patio shared by the residents, and two front doors opening to the indoor hallway, and two bathrooms, and two walk-in closets! Mom is happy with the food, the exercise program, the entertainment, and the bingo.

In just a few weeks my mom will be celebrating two years as a resident at The Gardens at Westlake. I remember well the process of visiting area senior communities, evaluating her options and selecting the place where she felt most comfortable, most “at home.” When [name removed] showed us around on the day of our first visit, and we looked out over the beautiful natural wooded landscape, Mom and I turned to each other and exclaimed, “Oh my gosh, this looks just like home!” As the day went on, we began to appreciate the friendliness of the residents, the staff, the optimal size and the welcoming atmosphere in all the common areas. We left with an appreciation of the delicious meals, the attention to detail, and the fun and caring spirit that was a common thread among the staff we met. In the years since that day, we have come to know many of the staff well and consider them friends! We see the fun-loving spirit and creativity that goes into the special meals, the holiday events, the weekly excursions and activities for residents. We are delighted with the efforts of the head chef, [name removed], to provide delicious and nutritious meals and even go the extra mile when someone has a special request, as Mom did, for a certain kind of pie at Christmas. We appreciate the extra effort the entire staff displays to decorate the dining room for special meals, and the lobby for holidays. It didn’t take long for Mom begin speaking of [name removed] and [name removed], who wear many hats, as if they’d been long-time friends. Before long, Friday’s “Happy Hour” had become one of the high points of the week! What makes the Gardens at Westlake so unique and so desirable is hard to define, but a certain esprit de corps elevates the living experience here. And, as advertised, “This place feels like home!” This resident and her family members are grateful for the quality of life and the quality of care provided by the Gardens at Westlake!

My Mother was at Village Creek. I couldn't have picked a better place. The care she received was exceptional. The staff there became members of our family and were very helpful in teaching all of us ways to help us understand my Mother's needs.
