Love to see the associates engage in the provided activities with the residents. They always do it with a smile on their face, always making sure the residents feel a part of the activity.

I've seen such a transformation in the community in the last year with regard to the overall appearance and care in the community. I have worked with the community for about 5 years, they are now one of the best.

My wife, who has been a resident at The Village at Valley Creek for eight months, is happy, well cared for, and is treated like I would want to be treated. Even so, I wondered how her caregivers would respond to a medical emergency. One weekend I got to observe exactly that, when a resident, who was in the living room at the time, appeared to have what I would call a seizure. The caregivers, obviously trained for such an event, responded immediately and confident. The appropriate caregiver took charge, recorded vital signs, etc. and issued clear instructions to subordinates. An ambulance arrived just a few minutes later, and the resident was off to the hospital. I was impressed. The caregivers' response to the medical emergency clearly met or exceeded my expectations. Fortunately, the patient made what appeared to be a full recovery, and was back at The Village at Valley Creek, when I visited two days later.

This review is written with over four years experience of having parents at this facility. They truly did treat my parents as their family. We visited a number of assisted living facilities and they all looked nice. The key is the staff, and this is where they really shine. A number of the staff were there for all the years my parents had their apartment. My parents have both passed now, but I can truly say their last years where the best they could be, given their condition.

Really loved the atmosphere and layout. The only one that had so many outdoor areas that my sister-in-law could enjoy. Staff were caring and friendly. We've decided to go with this Memory Care Center

We were very impressed with Cedar Crest because of the 24/7 nursing, low staff turnover, activities, housekeeping, laundry set up, friendliness of staff and for what is included in everyday resident care to name a few. It will definitely be on the top of our list if we need to move my mom again.

Beautiful. Although we were unable to place my uncle here it is a beautiful place. [name removed] was very friendly and caring. She helped us in many ways with ideas to find somewhere else for my uncle and gave us advice of what else we could do. She's a very caring person.

Both my DAD and IN-LAWS are residents at 5-Star Senior Living in Teaneck NJ. They couldn't be happier! From our initial visit with [name removed] (outstanding), Sales & Marketing Executive, it was clear that 5-Star was different than other 6 or 7 Senior Residences that we had toured in NJ. The 5-Star management team all have incredible tenure -- almost all have tenure of 12 + years. This is one of 5-Star's distinguishing benefits! It comes through in the "warmth" of 5-Star and how the residents are treated. The 5-Star team really cares about the residents and their quality of life. LOTS of activities, very clean, good food and extremely friendly atmosphere. Good value and discount for Veterans. We, the family, have complete peace of mind and comfort knowing that our parents are in such a special place!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You can stop looking!!

visit [time and date removed]. [name removed] was very nice. Memory care center was somewhat sad and had the escape artist that we got to witness. Older center, smaller facility than others.

From entering till you go to bed at night help is provided if you need it. Dinning employees are not only friendly, helpful and happy. House cleaning personal very professional. We know people that are sorry they didn't come here. Great - clean beautiful! Please overlook my corrections. (I'm German)

I love Magnolia Springs, it's a beautiful place and they take such good care of my mother. Would suggest to anyone!

Outstanding staff and facility at Magnolia Springs Lexington!

Extremely responsive and courteous staff make this an ideal place for my elderly mother. The facilities are spacious and beautiful. The food is great. Most of all, I know that mom is safe and well cared for. I cant say enough about how positive our experience at Magnolia Springs has been.

Staff was extremely responsive as we moved our Dad into his new fabulous home. We are very grateful for their unending attention to detail. The facility has an uplifting "feel" to it. Lots of room for walking and socializing, but still warm and homey.

So glad we chose this place for my mom. She has loved it since day one. Everyone is so helpful and nice. The food is a 5 star. Would recommend to anyone.
