Our family had an in person tour and it was okay, but they really talked up their swimming area. If you are a memory care patient it is not easily accessible, it is between two buildings and you have to walk through the garage and we just did not like that.

Our family had an in person tour and for some reason we just did not get the feeling this was the right place. I liked it more then some of my other family members.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a very nice facility, but their accommodations were more like basic services and not something we were looking for.

The staff overall the people that are there are really good. My loved one is there too and he is loving it the meals are great. They have activities like bingo, horse racing, periodically people come in for entertainment and also dominoes for the residents to play. Compared to other places we visited I feel that we are getting good care and a bang for our buck.

Our family had an in person tour and Village Shores is close to a lot of natural areas which we thought was nice, but we just did not resonate with it.

The community is kept very neat and clean and my loved one really likes the food. They do a great job taking care of my loved one. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Very personal tour guide and will work with you and adapt to your loved. The respite care is on the second floor which I did not particularly like but she said she would work with me if that was a deal breaker. The residents are so friendly here. One resident greeted me and gave me her room number to give to my Mom. They provide a necklace for your loved one to contact them if they need assistance. They have lots of activities and the menu is very nice with a salad bar every day. Minimum respite care if 7 days.

It's been a great community. We've been very happy with the services there and the staff. Make sure you join the activities and meet the other residents, because that makes your experience so much better. They have lots to do for the residents here. It's very clean. I've never noticed any dirt or trash in the hallways or outside areas. And the buildings look brand new. They're newly redone, and it's just really well done.

Lots of enthusiasm in this building - from the staff and the residents. The place is quite large and their common areas are spread around so it felt like more freedom; instead of going to the same room every day. Having a fitness plan and a trainer included is huge (Use It or Lose It) as is the variety of activities and outings which family can sign up for their (maybe resistent) senior. Just had a renovation so it's fresh and clean!

I liked it very much. My parents will struggle with the fact that there is no laundry in the unit, and that it is a fairly urban location (which I find beneficial).

The community is above average. It's like a nice hotel and it's beautiful. I would definitely recommend this community to others. Communication was very good between the staff and our family. They kept us well informed.

I love the staff. They're very friendly and helpful, and they know the residents by first name. They get to know everyone face to face, which is nice. I have a couple of the nurses on speed dial. They call me once a week and ask if I want to schedule a haircut, or let me know my friend needs this or that. They keep me very informed about what's going on. They run a pretty tight ship!

Make sure you understand the billing and how much the community costs. The staff and the residence are very nice and my loved one is happy here. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Summit Place because of the convenient location. The apartment sizes here are decent, they could improve the layouts though. The staff members here are very friendly and they have been good with communication. Overall we have been pleased and we are excited for things to start opening back up.

We chose this facility because of the location it was in and it just seemed like a nice place when we went to visit. They do also offer memory care here in case he ever needed it he wouldn't have to move. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Brightondale at the time because the lady that was helping me with everything was very friendly and accommodating, more so than the others. My mom has a smaller apartment and it is quite nice, it is a great size for her. I have talked to other residents there as well and they rave about their apartments. It also looks like they have great activities provided for the residents, we just haven't been able to experience all of it yet. I would tell others to make sure to check into the nursing side. They have Life Stark for nursing and it is expensive, so make sure just to check into that and determine how much care your loved one needs and be diligent about watching the charges. Overall it is a great place and I would recommend.

We chose Parkshore Senior Campus because we had a lot of personal references. The room sizes here are very nice and spacious. We have heard the food is very good, they are chef prepared meals. I would recommend to others looking.

I looked at Summit Place a year before mom moved in, I was impressed with the people I dealt with, at Summit Place she is not just a number. They were so helpful with helping my mom adjust. My mom suffers from depression and anxiety so it was a hard process. Every member of the staff down to the kitchen staff were so helpful to make this move successful. They do not cater to limited diets but do always have Salmon and Chicken as a dinner options.

Might be just right for resale or short term. Choir, dancing, church should to our church, workout area and warm pool. Memory care was decorated like nursing home and didn't smell great.
