My family did a lot of research and a few visits with Mom trying to find the right place for Mom. We really found the perfect place for her when we visited Armbrook Village in Westfield. She has now been there a month and a half and Mom has adjusted beautifully and is so happy at Armbrook. It truly is an amazing place. I can't believe how happy everyone there is from senior residents to all their staff and Dr. [name removed] who sees patients in their rooms. Even employees who come in and hang pictures or set up her TV just love Armbrook. The young staff hustle about the dining room aware of who needs help deciding what to order, who they should offer to have their meat cut for them, etc. Residents approach both myself and my Mom inquiring on how she is adjusting and offer suggestions such as "I think she will like exercise class" or just complimenting her sweater, her sneakers or otherwise welcoming her to the community. I have caught myself wondering how all the residents could be so happy - do they screen out grouchy or negative clients? Then I realize it is just that they alleviate the stress of aging and memory loss by providing residents with what they need. They go above and beyond planning activities that will be meaningful, fun and enriching. I was fighting back tears when my Mom said to me "Everyone is so nice here, some people need more than me and some need less, but we are all here getting what we need". As she visited other places, she always looked at residents hoping to feel many people were more at her level of need and she truly finds that at Armbrook. She gets 3 meals a day which not only alleviates the stress of meal prep and shopping, but also provides built-in social opportunity. Mom enjoys the meals and that she can make choices every day. We are so happy she has adjusted so nicely to the community at Armbrook. Come in and visit and you will experience a very happy place with great programming and options for residents.

The Atria is a perfect place for my mother. She needs help with her daily routine, taking her medications and personal hygiene. Atria staff does all that and more. She has constant interaction, there is always something going on. There is also activities for families too. Pizza for a cause, Chili Pepper Cook - off, and many more. Plus she is treated with respect and dignity.

The staff is exceedingly friendly and always smile and say hello. I'm a frequent visitor there and the community is very welcoming. The rooms are clean. The nurses know the latest about my loved one without having to look at a chart.

This is a great place to live! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would give my personal living space a top rating and would recommend it to everyone!

Atria is a wonderful community for seniors. It is cheerful and the staff are very friendly.

My mother has lived at Atria Farmington for the past 18 months. The care provided by her aides and nurses is wonderful. The caring attentive staff easily adapt to the various needs of the residents. The atmosphere is positive and relaxed. The dining room flexibility allows meals to be enjoyed according to each resident's own time schedule. The outdoor patios provide enjoyable relaxing settings for the residents to socialize.

My dad is a resident. The facility is top shelf. People (employees) are very nice, professional. Fortunate that we chose Heights for my dad.

Rabbi [Name removed] at H.C. for over 20 years and spoke to my attorney [name removed] and elder law attorney. Both the Rabbi and staff at Hawthorne took me here. I had 4 interviews with the assistant directory [name removed] they had certain standards you have to have. I told Kathy that I was legally blind. She said 'we will assist you when you ask for it." 3 meals a day with choices, great activities, clean apartment once a week. " [Name removed] is wonderful and his staff members are great. We always have wonderful programs.

If you are looking for a place for a loved one with dementia, Armbrook Village’s “Connected Life” program is very much worth considering. The Connected Life program was set up to facilitate well organized shared experiences for its members in day-to-day activities. The first thing you will notice is how effectively program leaders treat group members as the adults they are and are entitled to be treated. [name removed] (Program Director) and [name removed] run the program. They have an intuitive way of choreographing program components so that the member’s day is well planned, but respectful of the individual’s need for occasional quiet time. You will also notice that group members appear to be enjoying what they are doing. This is no accident. They are. The program consistently lets group members feel successful in what they do. They go from one scheduled segment of the day to another with positive feelings about what they have been able to do. They also are led to have positive feelings about themselves and others in the group. The program name itself – “connected” – tells the story. Group members end up connected to the group and become bonded to each other, while at the same time feeling integrated into the larger life of Armbrook Village and other residents who are not part of the group itself. The program may not be for everyone; but if you feel that this brief description might possibly be a good fit for your loved one, it’s definitely a place to explore.

Staff is very pleasant, building and grounds are well maintained, many activities for the seniors living there. There dining menu has many choices, Their nursing staff are very attentive. Overall, a wonderful place to live their golden years!

My dad has perked right up since moving to Atria. The admissions staff went out of their way to help him feel welcome. "Everyone knows my name", he says. He's 91 year old.

My mom lives in LG for two years. Since being there she is healthier than ever! The staff is second to none. they are kind and helpful and listen to her concerns. The food is excellent, and always a variety to choose from. I can't say enough positive things about the facility. I would recommend it to anyone.

I think Atria is a great place to live it's very clean and there is lots of activities to do there and I would recommend this place to everyone... PS. (The staff is the best, very friendly and helpful)

This community was a wonderful place for my mom. She went from being alone most days at home to having people and help around her all of the time. The staff is so helpful. She came "alive" after being here only a short time. I only wish we could have gotten her here sooner so she could have enjoyed it longer.

We looked very carefully at many sites for my mom as it became clear Alzheimers was setting in. Our entire family is so happy that we found and chose Armbrook. Their super-friendly, family-like feel is wonderful, the programming is ideal for my mom - keeping her engaged in cheerful, engaging activities, and their unending positivity maintains her dignity as her mental control fades. It's been simply wonderful.

Moving our mom here to Armbrook village turned out to be the best move we could have made. They take very good care of her and all the staff is on top of her needs and well fair. Keeping her safe, cared for and happy. the dementia memory support program keeps mom stimulated and engaged. We are very very happy with all aspects of Armbrook village Westfield. My mom has lived at Armbrook Village in the Compass Memory Care area. I could not have found a more perfect place for her to live. She is happy there and the programs are well suited for her. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I would not hesitate telling anyone to stop by and take a tour.

Methuen Village is a very well run and maintained assisted living and memory care facility. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and nicely laid out. Best of all, the staff's performance is just stellar. Everyone is friendly, competent and genuinely concerned with the well being of their residents. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Compass on the Bay and there staff have been a blessing in my mother's life and in our lives. My mother is so happy to be part of their Community. Compass just had a celebration luncheon for my mother. All her kids and spouses, aunts and uncle attended. The staff was amazing at making us all feel welcome and provided a wonderful lunch and an award plaque for my mother. She was thrilled!!!
