I was in a tight timeline situation and [name removed] went above and beyond to get my mom in a safe environment immediately. He even gave us a fully furnished room until we are able to get my moms stuff relocated. He was very thorough going over paperwork every step of the way with no hidden information on what is offered and what it costs. I feel this place is genuine in wanting to provide the best care and environment possible for our loved ones and the entire staff has been wonderful in our transition to my moms new home.

I took my mom to see this place, and wow! It was outstanding! [name removed] was just a delight and was so kind. She had an answer for every question we had. We explained that we were keeping options open for in the future, but after this your Mom is thinking that future plans maybe happening now!

Everyone there is phenomenal. [name removed] and [name removed] are just amazing people. The activities director (also named [name removed]) is also lovely. She makes sure that the residents are happy! I just adore this place and all who work there.

I toured this facility and it was really nice! The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed to be genuinely happy. It was very clean. I appreciated that they encouraged me to come tour during meal or activity time so that I could see some resident interaction. I thought that was great! We definitely considered this place, however they didn't have availability for the type of room that my loved one needed. But again, great place!

The staff is wonderful. They're very, very caring, and any kind of medical issue is promptly taken care of. It has been a very good experience for our family.

The grounds, which connect to fresh pond reservoir provide wonderful daily walking opportunities for my mom for whom being outdoors and moving through the world is of huge importance. City living would be anathema to her so finding an assisted living center in this woods-water-walking trails environment in urban Cambridge, just 10 minutes from my home was a great fit for us. Director and staff are friendly and atmosphere is non-institutional. They describe their approach as "apartments with services ". Guests are welcome to stay overnight in residents' apartments. All these things were important to us.

The community is like going into a restart, you feel like you are in the lodge. The staff and residents are very friendly and will come up to you and say hello.

Clean, cozy, comfortable residence. Healthy choice eating experience with the Mediterranean diet. The staff is friendly and caring. Many of them have been at Cornerstone for years, which is nice for the residents. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is an awesome place! Great caring people. The community is super clean and updated. Affordable so more time at the community depending on the finances.

Farmington Station has really done a good job and been very responsive whenever my mother or her children have needed anything. We wish there was a similar quality facility down by my brothers in Madison CT and we haven't found anything that comes close to Farmington Station.

My brother was warmly welcomed at Standish Village! While there, he received excellent care! The staff and the residents are among the friendliest people I have ever met! It is an absolutely wonderful community!

I loved the Arbors at Stoughton. The staff were very caring and attentive to my parents. The facility was beautiful and clean. I'm a nurse - so I'm picky - and I highly recommend them to other families in need of memory care.

My first impression was the marketing folks were friendly and very accommodating The maintenance department will respond quickly to any contact

It has been a good experience so far

Went for a tour about 2 weeks ago, what a wonderful experience. Everyone was so happy, talkative, and willing to share how they feel about the staff and the services they receive. Pleased with everything that we will be moving our mom in hoping by November before the winter. We feel this is the best assisted living we have seen out of the 8 we toured.

5 stars for everything. Food is great, they are supportive, she is really happy there, they work w you, great place

It's a physically beautiful space. It's a very new facility. It's a really pretty, and beautiful building.

All staff at CCSR are truly caring, compassionate and thoughtful. Meals and activities are panned mindfully with the residents’ needs and interests taken into careful consideration. Resident requests for help are quickly honored. The facility and grounds are well maintained and decorated in a classy and cheerful manner. The staff clearly value communication with residents and families. From the time we first toured to this very moment I could not say one negative thing about CCSR. I feel blessed to have found this amazing new hone for my mom.

I recently toured the Arbors at Stoughton with two friends who accompanied me on this difficult task. [name removed] who was our tour guide made this emotional time a very comforting and compassionate experience. I was able to see patients interacting with staff and another group working on a group project. I was able to asses the care my husband would be receiving from this skilled staff. I left their feeling my spouse would be happy and well cared for at the Arbors.

Our loved one has since based but during her stay at Concord Place it was a wonderful experience. Being on the memory care side she received so much individual attention and care. The program director [name removed] was worth his weight in gold, if he saw our loved one was stressing out he would take her away, redirect her and calm her down. When our loved one was on hospice at the hospital the director of residents came to the hospital to check in. The staff were all extremely passionate and all around it was a great experience.
