My loved one is currently a resident at Anchor Bay at Pocasset. So far my family is very happy. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend Anchor Bay at Pocasset to others.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. We thought that Dad would really like it there, but he had a turn for the worse; when that happened though, the care team increased the level of care to match his needs, and we definitely appreciated that

I highly recommend Anchor Bay Assisted living. The staff are very conscientious. The residents are friendly. The community spaces are bright and the activities are designed to capture a broad audience.

Although everything has been great, it is quite expensive and was recently notified of an increase. The facility is very nice and very clean. Staff is wonderful and quite friendly/helpful!

We chose Armbrook Village because of the convenient location and the solid reputation that they have around town. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. Mom is very happy there!

They have been great to us, and I highly recommend Standish. Our friends are joking that we need to reserve a wing for the near future! The rooms I experienced are bright and quite large. Staff, from roomside, dining room, and management were extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband had to move from Assisted Living to Memory Care, and his room and staff were equally inviting. I visit every day, so I definitely trust my observation.

Place was perfect for my dad. They were very attentive yet respected his desire not to participate in group activities.

Place is a good place for your parents or loved ones. Clean , great activities, still not a fan of 8% increase but I do realize prices are up everywhere

The food is very good the staff is premium level of caring they go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel like home and try to create a family culture.

It's costly, no doubts about it. Be prepared. My F-I-L passed away suddenly 6 weeks after moving in but the care he received there made his last days more comfortable. The staff was so kind to him.

My Mom is 90 years old and lived independently in a beautiful condo. She is very social and is active in her church and the senior center, but became depressed this winter because of the isolation, despite multiple weekly visits from my sister and me. She was losing weight rapidly. We visited Anchor Bay and she liked the community, but she still refused to move. [name removed], from Anchor Bay was very helpful and sent my Mom the monthly activities calendar and kept in touch with me, too, but was not pushy. [name removed] notified my Mom of an available apartment. She liked the apartment, but still needed some convincing before she agreed to move to AB. Within a few weeks of moving to AB, my Mom has become the happy, social woman that I have missed! She has made so many new friends & helpful staff and is often so busy with the activities at AB. She has regained all the weight she lost and is going to exercise class daily. She is living independently and thriving at Anchor Bay!

Everything from the move in process was the best!! The room was ready, the movers were attentive, and the staff was extremely welcoming! And still are, even after one year. Everyone is remembered by their first name and they know who the relative is and where they my be (in their room, in such and such activity, or just chilling outside). Highly recommended. Mom loves it there!

I am grateful to all the hardworking folks at Standish Village who have created such a wonderful community right in Lower Mills. My mother moved into the assisted living side about 5 weeks ago. Her quality of life has improved dramatically since then. I feel so comforted and relieved knowing that my mother is not only safe and comfortable, but thriving and enjoying every single day. My mother keeps calling to share all of the fun experiences she is having and new people she is meeting. At this point, I have met and interacted with quite a few Standish Village employees during my visits to see my mother. Every single person has been kind and welcoming. It is clear Standish Village values all of its employees, which is reflected in how supportive and fun the atmosphere is for the residents. The location in Lower Mills is also a major feature with its nice shops and restaurants, and great options for outdoor walks. We are lucky to have this great place so closeby!

From the first day we were welcomed for our tour , my mom felt like she was home. The kindness we were greeted with that day continues, and we knew we had made right choice. There was no better feeling than that!

I would recommend they include Farmington Station in the places they look at. We are using it for respite care. A driver for us to go there was that they do not have minimum stay requirements for respite care. Most other places we talked to do. Also there cost is reasonable in comparison.

We picked this community because of the spacious room, and they offer bus trips and restaurants trips available once per week.

We had to place a family friend into assisted living very unexpectedly. From the tour, financial, accessories, and coordination of him to move in everyone has been professional, honest, and caring. The facility is clean and the staff have been wonderful.

Very pretty place. Large and airy. Staff is very friendly. Very expensive but seems to be in line with other facilities.

[names removed] were great to work with. Very responsive, helpful and empathetic. Flexible with their time and very thoughtful in their interactions.

A beautiful community with a great team! The apartments are spacious and some even have balconies or patios. They have a greenhouse and fun activities to do every day. They are near a nature preserve and are tucked back into the setting with trees all around; many opportunities for bird watching!
