The care has been excellent and the staff has been great to work with. The overall responsiveness to my mother's needs has exceeded our expectations. The transition has been eased by their focus on keeping her engaged and comfortable at the same time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of senior care for their family member.

After our father passed away and mom had a terrible fall, we knew mom needed extra care and found it at The Chelsea at Marlboro. We knew we finally found the place that would suit Mom's needs and give her the loving care she deserved. The facility is bright. and cheerful. Every area is fully rugged and spotless and gives the appearance, as my mom still says " a luxury hotel". I refer the staff to as God's angels on earth. It takes a special person to show the love and care the staff here shows the residents. The Chelsea has assembled one of the best groups of people imaginable. Eventually, Mom's memory was failing, and no longer suited for assisted living care. The Chelsea has an area called The Cottage which is dedicated to residents who need special attention. After one week, mom was like another person. The outcome has been nothing short of a miracle. Mom's total disposition on life has changed and her smile is back once again. You owe your loved one a tour of Chelsea.

I've had the opportunity to evaluate other communities, and this is the best community for my loved one by far. It feels like they live on a cruise ship. My loved one loves it here, and never asks to go home. If my loved one needs anything, there is always an attendant available to assist with the care of the residents. This is the top of the list of any recommendations I would make for communities. The table is always set. The community is always cheerful. There is a lot of joy here.

Searching for an assisted living home for your loved one(s) can be daunting. Neville Place at Fresh Pond in Cambridge MA felt right from day one to today, six years later. The level of care has been consistently excellent. The staff’s daily commitment to help residents, including my sister, is real. Sherry W

The community is very clean, and our loved one seems to really like the meals just fine. The activities are just starting to open back up. One thing we really like about this community is the location, its right next to a nice shopping area.

We chose Heights Crossing mostly because of the location of the facility, it was close to our work place so we could visit often. The room sizes at the facility were large and spacious. They had plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I thought the staff members were incredibly attentive and I would highly recommend to others looking. One thing that is written in the contract that I would point out is that they do charge you for last months rent, my loved one passed away and we did not get that money back.

It is a really nice community. The only downfall was it was too far for the family to visit.

We chose Atria Ridgefield because it was convenient and close to home, the price was fair, and the staff members were very accommodating. My mom really enjoyed the food. They were wonderful and I had no complaints while she was here, she just needed more help than they were able to to provide. I would recommend them to others looking.

We toured The Solana Marlboro and we really liked this facility, it was nice. The reason we did not choose it was because it was too large and we were looking for a smaller, homey facility.

The staff is very helpful and responsive and knowledgeable about memory care. They educate us about memory care and help ease our minds. Communication is good between the staff and our family and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose this facility because I like the surroundings and the staff members seemed very friendly, I was overall impressed. They do have 3 courtyards so you can go outside when it is nice and visit with your loved ones. They have been good with communication if anything comes up they call me and if I contact them they are timely with their response time. They seem to offer a lot of activities, they have a calendar full of things to do everyday. He does not eat a whole lot but I do know they have a good variety on the menu. I would recommend to others and already have.

The apts are huge and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They check on your loved one every hour and they are good with the residence. I would recommend this community to others

I m very pleased with this community. My loved one is happy to be here and visiting with other residents. The staff is wonderful. During the lock down there were some residents who were social eaters. The community was able to use proper social distancing and brought others together. This allowed the residents to eat more.

What stood out to us at first was that it felt like a family environment, the staff is incredibly friendly. The community itself looks very nice, it does not look institutional. Our loved one really loves the food. The rooms are renovated and modern as well as private. They have all the necessary amenities.

I have both of my parents in this community and have had continuous peace of mind. Great people, attention, and pride in what they do!

During Covid shutdown at the retirement community where mom was residing I noticed a significant progression of her dementia due to isolation and lack of stimulation. She has been living at Atria of Ridgefield in Life Guidance since they opened in July. Now she is cared for by wonderful, dedicated professionals 24/7 and able to safely socialize and participate in many activities tailored to her interests.

Our family has been fortunate to have an organization in Atria that understands the complexity and emotional ties to our homes and family. Having few options to give our mom the attention and care she requires, we were lucky to have met the sales team at just the right time. I would strongly recommend a walk around the properties before making any final decision on any residence. The director and staff are always available and fuss in a manner that makes us comfortable with the care at Atria Ridgefield. Considering the cost and expense of living alone and being concerned about the health and well-being of a loved one, think of Atria for safety and love of home and friendships.
