The people here are so nice.It's been very good for me during this time in my life. They do a very good job of taking care of us. I went on the shopping trips a couple times. It was nice they offer the service and the driver [Removed] is a very nice guy, I like him. I have no criticism or bad things to say about the place, they are very good to me.

Everything went good while my mom was there. They were great to my mom. The staff took very good care of my mom. The community was clean and neat. The food was good it just did not end up working out for us.

Very impressive community. Everyone was very kind, and my tour went very well. The community looked great. You can tell they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are nice activities offered. The residents were very cheerful. It was pleasant experience.

The administrative staff could improve on their bedside manner. We have had numerous disagreements about the care of my loved one. They seem unprofessional and that it is more about money than the residents. The caregivers that work with my loved one are great. The community is beautiful. They offer a lot of wonderful things. I would move in if I could

Lots of community gathering areas throughout the building some with full kitchens for group cooking or family gatherings to warm up a meal. Tables great for playing cards etc. Staff very friendly. Residents are happy there. downside: resident rooms seem a bit small. ok for 1 person but not so much for a couple. No transportation to churches, no transportation provided for doctor visits.

My mom took a tour of this commpunity. The staff was nice and the community was well taken care of. We did not move in here.

The community appeared to be well maintained, everything was nice and clean. It was a very nice tour. This is a good community.

We enjoyed the tour of Armbrook Village. The staff were friendly and were able to address all of my concerns. The community was very well kept and clean throughout. The community is very nice and was a good option for our loved one.

I toured this community for my mother, it was a pleasant tour. From what I saw everything looked nice and clean. It appeared to be a well maintained community. The staff was kind and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. It was a nice tour.

My mom seems very happy. I was concerned about her finding her way to the dining room. She had only been there for a few days and she was told that she could find her way. It isn't a clear path but she did it. She is enjoying the meal.

The community looks great and they keep the place very nice and clean. The staff is helpful, they are doing a good job caring for my mother. There are activities for her when she is ready to participate. She says the food is okay. She is still adjusting and the staff has been great with helping her to adjust.

Visited Neville place. Will revisit with Margaret next couple of weeks. Location convenient. Faculty good staff good residents that I met love it

Everything is going great so far. The staff is friendly and very caring for the residents. The offer a lot of activities where everyone can participate. The food is good and the facility is always clean.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think this felt quite as "homey" as some others that we toured. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

This is a nice, clean facility. It has a very at home feel and atmosphere and everyone is so kind. The food is even good here. The staff really seems to want to help and that is a plus.

New, clean, lovely facility. Draw back of memory unit is the price. They do have PACE program but income over the [removed] mthly limit. Based on savings could only be there 1 year max.

New resident with advancing Alzheimer's is afraid to shower. They have not showered her in over a week and also had not seen physical therapy since admission. These two issues are not being addressed. The staff is blaming the primary physician for not doing the referral for PT but not fixing the problem without the family getting involved. The family had to call the doctor again. If BU is involved with the Alzheimer's care than why can't they get her in the shower? That is one of the reasons she is there. They are supposed to be qualified to deal with a frightened Alzheimer's patient and still be able to complete activities of daily living. Maybe they prematurely admitted this resident if they do not have the qualified staff. Falling and bruises on her arms have also been an issue. Fell at least three times in the first week.

I think the Methuen Village is very clean. The staff is engaging. Overall, it has been good for him. He gets to be in a socializing environment. He seems to like it, although he does talk about leaving every other day. The people are nice. It's a good place. It's a nice community. I can't rate the care services because he doesn't use it. It is not applicable.

I really like the facility, storage is a big problem, but I'm sure there are ways around that.

So far we're very happy with this community. We wanted a smaller sized community so that Dad and the staff could get to know each other more personally, learn names, etc. So far the staff have been great, very friendly and personable. There's a bit of room for improvement when it comes to some of the smaller details, and the food could always be better. But overall we're very pleased, and Dad seems well taken care of.
