We chose Methuen Village because it was most affordable and the location. It was in between distance for all of the siblings. It was easy to get to for everybody. They did the Mediterranean diet here so it was very healthy, overall the food was pretty good. One thing he really liked was they would bring in entertainment for the residents. he always looked forward to that. My father thinks that they needed more activities geared for men, he was not into gardening or painting or things like that. My sister and I were here 2-3 times a week so we got to know the staff members very well. We had good experiences with them for the most part. They always really tried with my father and were very kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend the facility.

I would tell my friends that we want to move in and it is awesome. The food is great, we haven't eaten there in a bit due to COVID. The activities include: exercise groups, theater, art classes, card games, and outings to go shopping. They even have transportation for shopping in the area. They have monthly concerts. The family is able to come and listen to the concerts with their loved ones, this was prior to COVID. The shopping area is less that a mile away from this community. It is a beautiful community and the people are very friendly.

They have done really well with the Covid-19 pandemic and have done a really good job with keeping families up to date on what's doing on. They took precautions early on and stepped up to make sure they were protecting the residents. A little bit of staff turnover recently. We always found the community to be very clean when we visit. They are very conscientious about serving well balanced meals. Overall, we would recommend Nashoba Park to others!

In my mother's apartment specifically, we thought they could have done a better with cleaning the floors and the bathroom. Overall, however, the community was pretty clean. In the memory care side, they do a good job with getting to know the residents' habits really well, like their likes and dislikes. They could do better with personal hygiene with my mother. There are some small things that they won't do that are difficult for her to do on her own. When the community went on lock down as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we asked how they were going to handle my mother's personal needs since outside professionals were not allowed in anymore. All the directors at the community stepped up themselves and offered assistance to the residents, as opposed to sitting aside and managing the process from afar.

Location was a big factor for us. It was important for my mom to be near family.The community layout is great. The nursing staff is really good, some of the care staff is not as engaged. The food and outdoor space are good. They have changed management since we moved in and that was a smooth transition.

We had a relationship with Methuen Village before my mother moved in. She did respite stays there when we went on vacation. She got to know them and they got to know her so when she moved in it made the transition much easier. I don't have a lot to compare it to but in looking at other communities I feel they are a good value. They are very accommodating.

Loved the facility. The person we met with was very helpful and informative. Appreciate the approach to treatment of residents, nutrition, entertainment and activities. Entry fee seems high and additional person fee is roughly 2x other communities.

A very nice property, beautifully decorated. I was less impressed with the staff I met and would prefer things like med tracking were done via some technology. Still, had I not seen [removed] first, I’d probably have been more impressed.

The person who showed us round didn't seem to want to sell the place rather to share what it had to offer openly. Lovely location next to a reservation, great staff, food looks good, quite a few activities each day. Downside was you have to organize nurse/doctor, there are limits to care they can provide (which may mean another move) and that the place doesn't cater for any other faith than Christians. This is in our short-list.

This is a very beautiful community and the staff here did a wonderful job showing us around they took their time and answered all our questions. There are a lot of different amenities offered to the residents here and the grounds are very nice. My mom did feel that the community was not as big as some we had seen and that the apartments were not as large as what she was looking for. But we would definitely recommend scheduling a tour and having a look at this community.

Atria has a very caring staff. We had a few kinks at the beginning, but everything is being taken care of.

I had a good tour of this community. Everyone was friendly to my family, and I. The community looked nice, and clean from what I was shown. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. The experience was a nice one, and my tour went well overall of this community.

Mom had been in an extremely nice community but she needed to be more independent so we moved her here and that was the best choice for her. it's a smaller community which is nice and it gives off a homier feel to it. She is getting out more and doing more acitivies. I haven't' asked her about the food but I am assuming she likes it since she is gaining weight. The staff is wonderful very friendly.

The Arbor was a typical tour, they pointed out the highlights and answered any questions that I had. The facility was clean and maintained well, but we found another community that fit my loved ones needs better.
