My experience at Anchor Bay has been nothing but excellent. Staff is so friendly and caring for my brother who has returned after a stay in hospital and nursing home. I have just placed my 97 year old Dad with Anchor Bay. From the day of the first call, to his admission - I have met the most professional, supportive, caring, welcoming , funny people I have ever met. and having a bit of "funny" is important in this process. Everyone knows my dad - all of the staff, nurses, nurse assistants, activity aka "cruise" directors, CNAs, "helpers" , custodians, electricians, plumbers, elevator techs, assistants of all kinds, the decorators, the chefs, the fun makers, everyone - I cannot say enough. You have created a world of wonder for these residents and I thank you for it - my family thanks you for it - from the bottom of our hearts.

Moving into Anchor Bay East Providence was made so much easier by [name removed] and her staff. I was made welcome from day one. The facility is beautiful and the food wonderful. Everyone there seems to really enjoy either residing there or working there.

Moving here has been a great experience. The staff is helpful and my studio apartment just what I need. Enjoying the lovely food and meeting my neighbors.

We had a very nice tour with Methuen Village and thought it was a great place, but unfortunately they did not have any availability in memory care and that was what we were looking for.

My father is so pleased with his move. As this was a difficult decision, everyone at Anchor Bay made it easier and joyful. Amazing staff and leadership. Thank you to everyone.!

Our mom moved to The Chelsea at Marlboro a few months ago and her experience has been terrific! We are so happy that the staff has made her really feel like she has a new home. Her apartment is clean and spacious. She enjoys the meals and the activities. We feel comfortable knowing that if we are not around, our mom is well taken care of.

My dear Mother who will be 98 in May 2022 has been a resident at Chelsea at Solana at Marlboro for 2 years and my brother and I couldnt be happier with the care she receives; the staff always makes an extra effort to let us know how she is doing and when we visit they are always friendly and the place is always clean

We interviewed 5 homes and knew immediately after meeting [name removed] that this was the right place. We saw the residents playing games, conversing and out and about. We had our loved one go. She had been originally depressed an unwilling to attend socials. The facility was so positive and knew how to get her active with a soft touch vs being pushy that she eventually started getting active in the community events. They have happy hour, bingo, cards, games, shows. Every employee we met, was caring, understanding, and helpful. I was shocked and asked how this was and was told that most started with the facility first opening and they all had a community bond and respect for every position. The only area they could improve (nothing is perfect) on is their food. I was told it was only ok and needed some more wow. I know my review may sound like a commercial but, I truly feel the Chelsea Solana at Marlboro is awesome.

Our family had an in person tour and we would of chosen this community first because we liked the way their meal plans were set up, but unfortunately the apartments sizes were just a little to small for our loved one.

They are very responsive and caring at this community. They genuinely listen when there is any concern. They also get right back with any questions and have given us a lot of confidence that my loved one is really cared for.

I did not like this location of this community because it was near the train station. it gave me a little concern with safety. The community was very helpful during the tour as much info as i needed.

We had my 92-year-old father-in-law living with us as it became apparent that he was not doing well on his own at home. When we were looking for a place for respite care so we could go on vacation, Cornerstone had a very flexible policy that suited us well. He took a tour and said he would be happy to stay there for 2 weeks, but only while we were away. When we returned from our vacation, he liked it so much that he decided to stay! It's now been 4 months, and he still is very happy there. The staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone is focused on what is best for the residents, and they truly make him feel welcome and part of the Cornerstone family. He has much more freedom to decide what he wants to eat and to do than he did at our home, and we love the convenient location so we can visit frequently.

The aides are lovely and very caring. And they are really the best part of the place. It's a beautiful facility. You just don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. It's gorgeous, but it gives a kind of cold feeling. The food is just okay. Sometimes it's good, sometimes not. Our loved one complains about it but can be kind of picky. It looks good to me, but I haven't tried it. They have some activities, but not a lot.

This has been a blessing for my loved one and family. The staff is very friendly. The residents are treated with respect. Some of the activities available include movies, exercise groups, family dinners, and more for the resident to choose from.

We chose Anchor Bay because of the proximity as well as their quick response time. The staff were super helpful with getting everything set up and moved in. The room size for assisted living was on the smaller side, but it worked for what she needed at the time. I would recommend to others looking.

They will bring meals to my loved one if they can't make it to the dining room. The community is doing everything they can to assist in making my loved one feel comfortable here. I really like the community.
