I have no complaints. They do a good job here taking care of our needs. I don't know Gigi, but Linda, Tim and Kendall always take care of any needs I should have. The building and grounds are always in good shape.

Great neighbors, quiet, stores for shopping, diverse restaurants, parks and activities to keep you busy. The most important thing is the wonderful staff we have. Always available if something is wrong, the problem is corrected immediately. There is nothing else I can say, but I love it here.

The rooms were very nice and airy. I liked the fact that there was a motion detector in the bathroom and that if you aren't up and about by 10 a.m., you will check. This is close to transportation, as I do not drive. Leron was very helpful and professional.

The location was great and initially I really wanted my mom to be at this Senior Suites because the location meant there would be lots of things around that she could get to but another Senior Suites location had a much more professional staff so we went with that one.

It's very clean and most of the staff is pretty friendly. My mom seems to like everybody. Overall I'd say they're friendly and professional. The cost is something that is difficult. The cost could be a little lower but I think that she likes where she is. She feels safe there and that kind of balances it out. The care seems good. They respond to her requests in a timely manor. My mom is in her upper 80 so she doesn't do a whole lot with the activities but she does go on the grocery trips and she sits out in the activity area. I think she enjoys that. There are not washers and dryers on the first floor. That is definitely something that needs to be addressed. They are on every other floor. There are elevators but it would be more convenient if there were washers and dryers on the first floor.
