My apartment is nice inside. There is many safety issues. They don't paint that often, and a few tenants had issues. You need cameras these days. Please let every Senior know to get some kind of camera for their safety. Peace is what most Seniors need.

They couldn't keep a director. Not aware of who their client is....disabilities, medical, former employment. Activity coordinator who talks to all the residents, food service needs to be provided as an option. Too much smoking in building. If they match the need of the client, then sure I would recommend them to others.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The apartments are fine. I would refer this facility. They always call me back, when I have questions or concerns.

I got everything that I was looking for and I got everything that I asked for. So far, I think it's a safe place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and kind.

we did a virtual tour with this community and it was ok. The staff was nice but the building was older and the apartments were out of date.

[name removed] showed me around, there was no activity due to covid. The units he showed me were very basic, not what I had in mind for my living needs.

The building was set further behind Autumn Green at Midway. It seemed gloomy and close to a railway. The unit was nice but too small for my needs.

Before covid they had a lot of activities, but once the pandemic hit they have to shut down all the activities. They could improve on cleaning the outside of the building better, and the person that runs the facility could be a little more friendly. The maintenance team and staff members are very friendly, but the one who runs it can be a little challenging.

There's a train that's right next to the building. It comes often, and at times when I'm trying to fall asleep. It's so loud it's like the horn is blaring to wake us up. It causes me many times to lose my train of thought. The building is nice. But I've had problems getting ahold of the office with issues. I've had some billing issues related to when and how rent is due. And I've had issues with home care being able to be let in because there was no one at the office. The maintenance man is really friendly. He noticed my stove needed replacing and offered to order a new one. I have some great neighbors too, very sharing and caring. I feel like we were put here to help one another, and we tend to look out for one another. I was also pleased that Senior Suites organized a Covid vaccination event in the building. And at times they provide food for us in the lobby, like canned goods or vegetables. Recently I saw a sign about a community garden inviting residents to help out.

The community is an older community and may not fit someone younger. If you are older I would recommend the community. It's a safe community

The apartments are okay, we do think they need to update the carpet, it is a little old and has dirt stains. Unfortunately at the moment we would not recommend this community to others.

I had a positive response from [name removed]. After numerous attempts to get a vanity replaced (since Feb). I discussed the issue with [name removed] and she scheduled the appt. the same week. My loved one's neighbor's apartment flooded twice damaging the Vanity and carpet in the apt leaving an odor. I had cleaned the carpet but the odor still lingers. [name removed] is a good leader that gets things done, however this issue took 7 months.

I thought it was a good location. The only thing that I had concern was that they don't go by your income.

[name removed] is very nice. She listens to the tenents and works with every one.

I would like to say, the last 5 years not been well. It’s super to be affordable living it is not, every year they raise a rent. We are on a fixed income, so that leaves us with less money every year. We have not had are apt painted in 12 years. We have to pay for rug cleaning. Its take we live in a condo and have to pay for anything done to are apartment, I don’t think that is fair.

Older building. Area was too congested. Day of my visit, many streets blocked off to traffic. Area is affected when anything is going on in down town area. Parking limited on streets. Also have to wait until parking in building is available and suite is available with shower and tub. Not for me. Will continue to look.

I toured this community when looking for a place for my mother. I wasn't here for very long because I didn't feel the environment was a good fit for my mother.The staff was okay but we ended up choosing another community in the area.

A resident of the past 5 years. I have not had any problem with the staff or with any maintenance issues that were addressed promptly.
