The staff is friendly and helpful at Senior Suites of Belmont Cragin. The housekeeping is excellent. Never had a family issue. They don't provide meals here, so there's nothing to rate for meals and dining. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The apartment and core maintenance have been fine. Overall the quality of the staff is good, although the staff is running two buildings simultaneously, which puts a little bit of a strain on them and stretches them thin. The support staff is fantastic. It's management in particular that is stretched a little thin, but It doesn't seem to be causing an excessive deficit here.

Management is great. Keep building safe for residents inside and out. Grounds are kept very nice. Coffee is made for use every morning. Residents are nice. Overall I am satisfied with the choice that my husband and I made.

It's a decent place to live if you're looking for affordable senior living. The price is reasonable. Cleanliness could be much better. The carpet is terrible and needs to be cleaned. We've asked repeatedly for that, and the manager says her hands are tied as far as prioritizing that. But communication from the staff has been good, and they're friendly.

They try to meet our wants and needs within a reasonable amount of time and it appears to be working with over 90 residents it can't be easy to make everyone happy. We go out to eat to a place of our choosing once a month. They let us have activities within reason and we play games and they ask us what we would like to do. I appreciate that.

Management is understaffed and that has been my biggest concern. If they were fully staffed, I believe the facility and experience would be better. Not having any type of food service is a negative. Lastly, I don't think families get the true value from the cost the residents are paying.
