The staff at this community has been wonderful to my mother. They have been very helpful in helping her make the transition and adapting into her new living environment. I have no complaints about the meals and is looking forward to participating in the activity programs they have available throughout the day. Overall great experience and I have no complaints

We like this community a lot. The staff are always nice and caring to her needs. They offer good activities for her to participate. We would recommend the care of this community to other families. We like that the community is clean and enjoying when we visit.

This community did not have an opening when we were looking for a place. I know someone that has a loved one living here and they seem to like it. The community seems clean.

This looked like a clean community when we visited. The people we met were friendly and they offered some nice amenities. This community was just a little out of our price range.

We liked the tour here. the staff was able to answer the questions we had on the care that was given. We liked the menu that seemed appealing. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The Liberty Heights was a gated community and at the time of my tour, it was a higher level of care than my mother needed.

The staff at this community are nice, helpful, friendly and open to making improvements. They listen and take advice well. The food would be a seven or eight on a scale of one to ten. I think they could use a few more servers as sometimes the food is cold when you receive it. There is a new chef that is making some minor improvements and has even asked the resident for their opinions. They have great birthday parties. The community is immaculately clean. They have daily activities and I would recommend this community.

The owner of this service is excellent to work with. They made setting up the service easy and they explained everything up front. The caregivers that come out to the house have been good and on time. They help with dad's personnel needs and are a companion.

Great place to be because there are always new things to do

My mother seems to be settling in well since her move to this community. She is getting along with the residents and everyone has been very friendly. I have found the staff to be very nice. My mother is very happy with her apartment.

We toured this community when looking for my mother and it was a good impression. The reason why we didn't chose this community is because the residents didn't seem social and we didn't see any of the memory care residents. It gave me a strange vibe.

Everything went well went my tour of this community. It is a nice place. The staff was very kind, and helpful. All my questions were answered. It was a pretty nice experience.

We toured this community when looking for my parents. It was very nice and the staff was friendly and able to answer any questions we had. My parents decided not to move here because it was a little too high fort heir price range and they didn't like the lay out of the rooms. One thing that was aggravating was the community kept calling us after we toured.

So far we are pleased with my mother in laws move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. They have good staff here, they have been easy to work with, and helpful. There are activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. The meals are well balanced overall. It is a really nice community, and I would recommend it.

Park Place was an older community. It is a bit worn & needs to be updated. We didn't like the fact that the residents were assigned to separate small dining rooms throughout the facility. It was also a bit far from the area in which we live & we had other options in about the same price range much closer.

I am very pleased with the care this community has been providing my loved one. They have made sure to give them both great quality of care and are attentive to there needs. The residents also have been great at welcoming them and including them in there activities and events they have going on throughout the week. Overall no complaints and I am very excited to see what the future holds for them at this facility.

My mother is doing very well since her move here. The staff and residents are all very friendly, she has made a lot of new friends. They have daily activities from bingo, to exercise, to church. The place is clean and they serve 3 meals a day, we are happy with our choice!

The caregivers at this community seemed competent. The administration was pretty good. They seemed to always be on the same page and listened to you. Dad seemed to like the food and the community is well kept. They encouraged him to participate in some of the daily activities they offered. I would recommend this community.

The Canfeild place is a nice little place. I think it was a nice homey little place. I don't think the level of care was right for my mother in law. I did not see anything wrong with the place but it was just not what we were looking for.

The Canfield Place was not what we were looking for. The place was clean and everyone was very friendly, but it did not have a homey feel to it. We were looking for something that felt a little more like home.
