My sister and I toured The Woodmark and were very impressed. We didn't realize that they have been around over 18 years. They have an excellent reputation in Albuquerque, we have two friends that have their parents living at The Woodmark and are very satisfied. Our tour was really thorough and informative. We toured a few other places in Albuquerque including a new community and we would rather our mom move into an established place instead of a new place. Just because the place is new doesn't mean they have good care!! Mom will be moving in by the end of this month.

The place is great. I think they are doing a great job there. The facility is nice. The staff is friendly. The food is good and it is just a great place.

I haven't been there that long. Everything seems to be going great at this time. Great staff!

This is the best place ever.

My father has been a patient in the memory care unit at Mangrove Bay, Jupiter, Fl. I would like to commend Jinah, Kathy, Michelle and the entire staff for taking such good care of him. Thank you all for your fine work and excellent support.

We are very pleased with Garden Way. My mother was a resident of Garden Way (then Bently House) in 2006/2007. We were able to decorate her apartment with furniture from her house.. The staff was always very caring and attentive. They tried very hard to make her feel at home and loved. I have 3 other siblings and they also feel the same. One or more of us were at Garden Way on a daily basis so we were always aware of the good job that they did. Now my mother-in-law has been a resident of Garden Way since August of 2014 and the same good level of care continues for her also. My husband was told by a previous nursing home who provided therapy that his mom would never walk again because of her dementia. But within less than a month at Garden Way she was up and walking. We will continue to recommend Garden Way.

I cannot express my gratitude to all of the wonderful people who cared for my grandma, Irene [removed], at Marquis House. Her viewing was last night and I was totally blown away by the wonderful ladies who came to pay their respect. I am so thankful that she had people who loved her during her final moments of life. The fact that off duty staff came to say their goodbyes just shows how caring and wonderful the staff is at Marquis House. Grandma considered all of you her friends. May God Bless all of you for what you did for her for the past 4 years. It was greatly appreciated!!

Things are going vey well, no complaints. My Dad seems to be very happy there. So far, my Dad has been there about five weeks. We had to wait to get in until he got a report from his doctor. He seems to be adjusting very well. I think he is doing better than he was at home. It is a good environment. He is eating very nutritious meals and there are a lot of activities to keep him stimulated. I think that that improves quality of life. Everyone who has been there to visit him has been impressed with the facility.

I love it all there. There is nothing they could improve. The staff is phenomenal there. The front staff is helpful as well.

They need more staff to monitor patients.

The friendliness and personal connection at the Renaissance are outstanding. All the staff stop to greet my mother by name as she walks through the halls. The waiters in the dining room are pleasant and very patient. The manager walks around frequently and is open and responsive. In the years my mother has been there she needs more care but still takes part in activities every day. If you walk into the dinner area on any day, you will hear a lively buzz of conversation -- even at tables with people who are very frail. Three nights/week there is a happy hour before dinner and there, also, people enjoy talking with each other, and mixing. The social interaction really makes a difference. I was present when my mother came back from the hospital and she was welcomed so warmly by everybody. Another important service that has been very helpful is arranging for doctor's appointments, including transportation and someone to go with my mother. These arrangements cannot be spontaneous -- they must be planned but they make a big difference. My mother is very happy at the Renaissance and I think they have helped her stay connected.

They offer a lot of activities but my grandmother did not participate. They have been doing a great job. We had to call hospice in last week and they have been working very well with them. The staff has been great and always go above and beyond for us.

My mom has only been there for a week. So far I can not think of anything that the facility could really improve.

I have been living at Mangrove Bay now 4 years. I feel safe, and happy living here at Mangrove Bay. Staff is extremely courteous and attentive. I find the transportation to be more then adequate for all my needs and doctors appointments, shopping and entertainment needs. Happy hour is fun. Dining Staff is attentive since we all come from different backgrounds it hard to please all of diverse taste, but no doubt they try to please.

They made it very personable for us and the Benton House of Johns Creek just has a very homey atmosphere about the place. The staff workers were very accommodating. I was just very pleased with the entire experience.

It has only been a month, but Somers Place has been absolutely amazing for my young sister with dementia. My sister is only 58 and with no medical issues other than dementia, is constantly moving and restless. Somers Place gives her the room to constantly move and they just roll with it. They prefer not to slow her down with medication because of the risks that would add such as falling. They allow my sister to help by pushing other residents around in wheelchairs, sweeping the floor, serving food, etc. Somers Place is truly the best place on Earth for my sister, and I am so grateful to A Place For Mom for finding it for us.

My parents moved into Mangrove Bay when my father needed it and my mother was not quite ready for it. It was not long before they both realized that Mangrove Bay was more like a home with an extremely nice and friendly staff, multiple activities and transportation allowing them to retain their independence, and an atmosphere more like home with the freedom to use common areas like in their house. In addition, the food is very good and socializing was easy as residents are out of their apartments routinely. I cannot say enough nice things about Mangrove Bay, especially after visiting other local facilities first.

We moved our mother into Logan last week and were so impressed with the facility, the staff and the management. Our sincere thanks to Brenda, Jamie, Brian and Leigh for making her move a pleasant one not only for her but for our family. We know that mom is safe now and will have the best of care. The facility is clean, the food is great and the team members are very caring to the residents.

I think the place is excellent. I think they could use a few more staff members, sometimes it takes a little longer than what we would like. They keep the facility up, and they keep the place clean. The food is very good, they have breakfast, and two lunch services and two dinner services. They give you a regular menu with three to four choices. They were right on the money with the pricing, it's not called assisted living, it's supported living.
