Beautiful. Clean. Rooms very nice. Very friendly. Compared to the 5 other locations I have toured [Removed] so far asked many questions in regards to my mom as a person in order to get to know her. They are very close by. I preferred the Studio over the one bedroom. One bedroom has full kitchen which is not necessary for mom. Close to grandchildren too. Will wait for them to contact me to discuss financing and evaluation. Met with Erio 9am 3 7. Liked that he made the effort to speak w nursing due to my concern they would except mom her level of care. Evaluation set for this Thursday 3 10 at 10am. I called and canceled moms evaluation for tomorrow. The 2nd one she had today did not go well. I was not there. So to give her me a rest I canceled and will call Monday to reschedule or not Ill call either way.

Everyone here has gone out of their way to make my aunt feel at home. She has made friends and enjoys the extra activities that are so thoughtfully provided. Any time we pass a staff member they say hello to my Aunt by name... She just beams!

Over all of this and facilities have been outstanding. Our initial experience followed a small fire sprinkler incident which involves some construction in the first few weeks. Everything has been restored in the facility is first rate. The staff is very accommodating and responsive. My parents are very happy there and there is a nurse on duty 24 hours a day.

My Aunt currently resides at Lindsay Place and the experience we've had there has been nothing but positive. Since she moved in, she has participated in many activities which is what we've looked forward to for her. She's even gone on a few bus trips. She seems to enjoy the food, and the community is always nice and clean. As a family we are able to communicate with the staff via email and they always respond within 24 hours. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the place in general. I would recommend.

The people at Mangrove Bay are what makes the place the place for Mom !!! From the first day I found everyone there an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nancy,Diane,Michelle and all the other staff just made you feel like you were home and were very sincere in their efforts. I would highly recommend Mangrove Bay to anyone wanting a truly resort style place for their family members to live. Russ

My step mother is doing very well at Logan Place we are very pleased with our choice to move her here. Everything has been a positive experience for us to far and she seems to enjoy to community. She has par taken in the activities they have there and she has been able to make new friends as well. Over all everything is and the staff is friendly and helpful to my step mother.

My dear friend lived at Mangrove Bay for eight years until she recently passed away. I would highly recommend Mangrove Bay as the staff was excellent. They were always caring and kind, treated my friend with respect and dignity and always addressed my concerns promptly. The community is immaculate. The staff tries very hard to get all residents involved in their many activities even those who were reluctant like my friend. Most of all the staff treated my friend like family which was so important as she declined mentally. Mangrove Bay is a choice you can make with peace of mind - they are highly experienced on every level of their resident's care.

Things are going very well since moving my father to The Woodmark at Uptown. He is adjusting well to being in their memory care. We are slowly introducing family members to visit him there. He is eating well and their meals are great. He is not a very outgoing person so he does not participate in the activities much at this time. He did enjoy getting his haircut there. He thinks the place is like a hotel. The staff is very cooperative, compassionate, helpful, informative and patient. My father says he still has his freedom there. There is always big smiles at the front desk when you walk in. Everyone is friendly. I am more than satisfied with this community. I would also like to add that my senior advisor with A Place For Mom, Brent, is wonderful and was very helpful and understanding and listened very well.

Marquis Gardens has been a fabulous placement for our 93 year old father. After total independent living at home and the picture of health, Dad had a minor stroke six months ago and could not continue to live independently. He is thriving at Marquis Gardens Place!!! The management and staff are so kind and friendly and are extremely proactive to Dad's needs. To quote my father, "They can't do enough for me." And by the way, he is so happy and secure. He has a beautiful apartment with a bedroom, bath, small galley kitchen and a nice size living space. Since my father owned a bakery business in Uniontown for 3 generations, he knows many of the staff and residents. My siblings and I can rest easy at night knowing he is in such a wonderful and caring home.

I have been a resident for 8 months now. Staff are very competent, caring, and efficient. My pet is welcome here. Mangrove Bay provides a pet walk. Landscaping is very pretty. People enjoy a happy time in the lounge, drinks are nicely served. Lots of activities are provided and trips are available to many interesting places. Transportation is available to Doctors, shopping, and individual needs. The Dining room is nicely appointed and the food nicely served. Sometimes the seating arrangements seem disorganized. Reservations are also needed for tables of four. I have made friends here. Overall I feel this is a very good place for me.

My mother fell in love with the Barrington of West as soon as she entered the lobby at Christmas time. The decorations are amazing and my mother loved them. Christmas was always her favorite time of the year. Prior to that she never talked about moving up to this area from her home in Florida. The staff at the Barrington of West Chester was so good to her and she was SO HAPPY here. I would recommend the Barrington of West Chester to anyone!! Mallory

My family moved my father to the Cincinnati area from Florida due to declining health; the Barrington of West Chester made him feel independent and good about himself. The staff were PHENOMENAL in all aspects - from the dining room to the concierge to the administration. Thank you Barrington of West Chester for all you did for my father. I would recommend anyone move to the BWC.

The staff is unbelievably compassionate, supportive, responsive and competent! They really are helpful. They also are thorough and follow up.

We are so very pleased about our choice to go with the Walden Place. They really look after everyone and they remind you when it's time to take your pills and they have great activities that are fun. Love it.

My dad was only there a short time, but they were extremely helpful and very attentive and responsive and very accommodating and very compassionate. They bent over backwards to make everything pleasant and easy as possible. I have nothing but great things to say about them.
