My grandmother is doing very well here. I know she is safe and in good hands. They have a lovely staff here, they are caring for her well. The community looks nice, everything is nice and clean. They offer many activities for the residents. The meals are nice, she is pleased with the food. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. I would recommend this community, it has worked out well.

Very nice facility with no large buy-in fee. Everyone is friendly and there are a lot of activities to choose from. The food is delicious and my parents are very happy there!

Good location, lots of programming, 2nd floor pool with activities deck.

Our tour was wonderful. We were impressed with Valarie and the residence.

My mom really enjoys the community and it has been a great experience so far. I really liked the layout of the community with shorter hallways to get to the rooms and elevator. Scott the admissions director was really great and knowledgeable. The move in coordinator made it very easy for my mom's transition into the community. They got her involved with the activities and other residents.

This community is very much a good fit for my mom. She has been involved with many activities they offer. She is satisfied with the meals that are served. The community is very clean and no concerns. Everything is going very good and my mom is doing fine here.

Courtyard Fountains is a beautiful community. It is very well kept and updated. The staff were welcoming and very easy to work with. They offer a huge activity list for the residents to enjoy. We really enjoyed taking the tour of this community!

The tour guide was very nice and showed us some activities that are offered. He was very accommodating and also did a follow up which we thought was nice. The community has a service elevator making it much easier for my husband and i to get around. I really like that they offer outside activities that we can participate in.

The community is nicely decorated and very inviting. I am very happy with the care my parents are receiving. The staff openly communicates with the family and they make it easy to speak with my loved ones. They offer many activities for the residents. My dad has enjoyed the ice cream socials. My mom has the opportunity to cook on Fridays and they share in a potluck. They also take my parents out shopping. I am very pleased with community!

Excellant community for loved ones . A clean community for my father. He does like alot of activities for him to participate in. It's good to know that he is happy at this community. I recommend it to others who are needing care for a loved one.

This is a clean community everywhere you go. My mom is doing good here. She likes the meals they make. There are some activities she participates in. I would recommend this nice community.

I have gained 20 pounds since moving into Walden Place. The food is healthy and tastes good. The staff are friendly and help me when I need it. They keep the community clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Caregivers are very friendly and work hard to make residents feel comfortable

Autumn Ridge was chosen because of the close proximity to our residence. Carolyn [Removed], Director of Community Relations, was extremely helpful in the initial transition. After settling in, RN Jennifer [Removed] was most helpful and efficient in solving the situations unique to my wife. The Staff I find to be caring and considerate. The food is both nourishing and tasty. We were able to "personalize" the private room for my wife with many possessions from home. Considering the circumstances, I hope I am doing what's best for my wife.

The food at this community is excellent it is like a top notch restaurant. Courtyard Fountains is a clean community. They offer activities, however my Mother in law does not yet participate in any. I would recommend this community.

All of the directors, administrative individual and the staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful. Everyone seems to really enjoy their job and genuinely be concerned about the residents and families. It is a beautiful campus.

Really nice Staff and Residents. Very well maintained. They love what they do and it really shows.

I love the concierge help I get here. If anything is needed you simply call them and they add it to their "To Do list". They are very quick and usually get it done within 24 hours. My apartment has plenty of space and I opted out of the cleaning and meals. They have plenty of activities like exercises, movies, sing-a-longs and outings like baseball games and a trip to the candy factory. I would absolutely recommend this community.

The Breakers facility and the Breakers staff have both been flat out wonderful. We could not be more pleased.

The staff in the dining room are exceedingly courteous and efficient. Service is provided with a smile; Our comfort in dining is their prime goal. They will fulfill any of your dietary requests if at all possible. The Chef is a gem. I have been a resident at Lincolnwood Place for over a year and half and never regretted my decision to make Lincolnwood Place my home.
