Mom was only at Benton House of Johns Creek for 4 or 5 days. It was a good experience while she was there. It was pricey. Everything went well though. I have no complaints about her stay at this facility.

They were great from the very beginning. They explained everything and worked with us for the move-in and they made accommodations for us. Overall it was a really pleasant experience with Lincolnwood Place.

Beautiful community. Has several activities on my mom,s wish list--daily exercise, great outdoor s pace. All residents praised the food. Met the chef. All residents spoke highly of the place. Spoke with several staff... All seemed to love their jobs.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community that was located closer to family, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

When touring the memory care facility at Brookdale Montgomery the staff didn't help someone that was crying uncontrollably. Instead they just continued on with the tour. This really upset me. The staff in personal care is awesome. I went to take my dad out day while there and went to the front door, there was no one at the front desk. I could have taken several residents out and no one would know. They need to work on security there. The residents there helped me find dads room instead of the staff. The marketing person is unbelievable, I cannot say enough good about her. I do wish they took Medicaid. If money weren't an issue I would choose Brookdale Montgomery in a heart beat.

At Brookdale Lisle our experience has been pretty good so far. Mom and Dad have not been there too long but so far so good. The move in coordinator was not too friendly. Other than things are just fine.

I just recently moved in to The Breakers at Edgewater Beach a couple weeks ago, so far my experience with them has been very good. They have been excellent and I cannot complain at all. I got a really good deal and have been pleased. My only complaint is that their pool is in need of some repairs, and that was one of the main things I was looking forward to. I am not sure when it will be available for use. Other than that I have no complaints at all. They have been very good.

I had scheduled an appointment with someone who told me he was the director. He quoted us a price of $3750. He also told my dad that he had to apply immediately in order for the VA to process his application for Time and Attendance which is a benefit for veterans. My dad wrote a check for have a month's rent plus their one time fee that is equal to one month's rent. Afterwards when we talked to Lowrie Place, we spoke with someone else who said she was the Director and what the first quy told us was completely incorrect. The rent was several hundred dollars higher and the application to the VA had nothing to do with what he told us. He was just a person who the corporation sent out to several sites. The real Director did negotiate with corporate for us to get refunded for some of the discrepancies, but our rent is still at the higher rate.

I think the staff is very helpful. It is a good value for the money. We were very new to this process. They were informative in helping us make a decision. I think that was very important. They communicate any issues in a timely manner. My father in law says the food has been fine. Everything has been going well. I would recommend the Woodbourne Place to anyone. They were very helpful and friendly.

It is a nice place. The accommodations are very nice. The staff seems good, though I think they are understaffed. Prior to my dad going there we had a caretaker come in and take care of him but we see him now and we are paying more money and he's not clean, not shaven, and he looks disheveled. He is healthy, but he needs help with his hygiene and getting dressed, but when we go to see him we are disappointed.

They have done a nice job trying to acclimate my mom. I feel that she is really coming around and all the people are really friendly. She has to wear a Responder and sometimes it takes them a little too long to respond. I'm not sure if they could have fixed this, but that would be only negative.

The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly. We did not select it initially, but it is high on my list if I need to place another loved one in assisted living!

I toured here when I was looking into options. I really liked Evergreen, but it was a little big. I was concerned that my mom would get overwhelmed. Kathleen was nice, I liked her, but ultimately this wasn't the right choice for mom.

My parents have been at Mangrove Bay Assisted Living for three years. Our family has been impressed with the facility and the excellent staff. They work as an effective team who are focused primarily on the residents! The facility is clean and the staff are super friendly and anxious to please. I looked at many places before making this decision and while all facilities in the area are expensive, Mangrove goes above and beyond to make it feel as much like home as possible. There are always activities and special events going on to keep residents involved and entertained!

Under new management, so things are looking up. My mother is happier than she has been in years.

Overall things have gone well at LakeSide, our experience has been a positive one! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility is well kept and clean. My only complaint is that there was a bit of confusion about my loved ones hearing aid when she moved in, which I thought they could have been more proactive about. But we got is straightened out and now everything is going well!

It's very nice. The food could be better. I think they could step it up on the food. My loved one has a lot there to do. We like the place. My main concern would be the food. The care is pretty good. The facility is very nice and clean. Everyone there is really friendly and caring. The staff has been helpful. We are really pleased with the Brookdale Lisle. It has been a pretty good experience. I would recommend.

Overall I think Brookdale Montgomery does a very good job in terms of the care they offer and the amenities they offer the residents. The staff here is friendly and professional, and the care that they provide is top notch. However, I was a little wary of their a la carte pricing for their care services. The price we are paying now is reasonable, but it has the potential to get very very expensive, and I've already seen our charges increase in the short time my loved one has been here.
