Nice size rooms. Didn’t like that you walked directly into the common areas. Liked the enclosed courtyard.

I had to place a loved one in a safe home for her own well-being. She could no longer really take care of her everyday needs, the simplest things became a real challenge to get done. She needed help and it was hard to watch her diminish each day and see her frustration when things went wrong. To see a person change right there in front of you was heart breaking and I couldn't let it go on like that anymore. I got in touch with A place for Mom. After talking to them I contacted the Dr.and explained to him what I was seeing and he checked her over and agreed with me that she needed help. We got the name's of local facilities and started looking at what they had to meet the needs of Mom. After some discussion we decided to use McCullough House. The move in process was well orchestrated and the staff was right there to help with everything. When I moved Mom's personal from her house to McCullough House, they unloaded the van and straight to work setting up her room. I could not have asked for a better team of people who treated me so kind, "What a great team of caring individual's" I was so pleased with the way the people pulled together and I offer a heart felt gratitude to each and everyone of these kind, caring loving people. The place is beautiful and well kept. Mom was very calm and did what she was asked to do, it went so well. I had to leave shortly after she was settled in as best as could be expected considering being aflected with Alzheimer's disease, but all said and done she was nice to everyone. We sat on a couch and talk about her being there and not in her house and she would ask me about when she was going to her her house. I explained to her that she had to wait and see what her Dr.had planned she said she had see him. I soon had to go. She hugged me and was taken to the dinning room for dinner. This is a beautiful home. I haven't had a lot of time there yet, but my first impression is a good one. If you have someone you love that needs a caring, loving place, I can say at this time I'm quite taken by the overall idea of McCullough House. Best regards to you all.

My wife and I have lived here for over a year and found that there are many perks that we did not realize were here. For instance,when the weather is bad,the expansive work out center has wonderful work out sessions and many machines. I use the treadmill three times a week. We have also enjoyed the stretch classes and the sun deck is great for outdoor walking when weather won't permit a walk to the nearby beach which is a 6 minute walk away. My wife and I facilitate a Veteran's group to help them with benefits they are not aware of and to provide support and contacts. After we lived here for two weeks, I asked my wife what she likes the best about The Breakers and she said "the people".

Clearly, the focus here is attention to everyone personally and with genuine intentions to help. The facility is wonderful and serene. Very peaceful.

Overall our experience with Lowrie Place was a good one. It's a clean, nice looking facility, and the staff is friendly and professional. It took a bit of effort to get our loved one settled at the right level of care, but they took good care of her overall. I do think they could use a few more aides on staff, however.

Posh building with friendly, helpful liaison. Pros: Close to where I live, roomy units, well maintained building, ALF on site, community very active in self-governance. Cons: High rise building, w/ not standard in units, pricey.

Yes things are going well at Spring Hills and we do not have any complaints so far. Overall, this has been a good experience.

It's been lovely so far. I would give them a four out of five. There have been a few issues, but I think those are more specific to us, rather than an issue with the community. There haven't been any problems with food, or cleanliness, or being understaffed, or any of those things.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

They're working on improving the property. They are always doing something with the activities. They need to improve on the dining services. When you bring a guest you have to pay for the additional guest. If you miss a meal you do not get credit for missing the meals. There was a problem with the silverware and we had to use plastic ware.

I think they have paid good attention to Mom, but they modernize the facility some. The staff is great, but it seems to be short staffed. They are caring, but seem stressed and stretched.

Good facility and lots of activities for both assisted living and memory care. Staffing at night in memory care unit seemed a little low. No enhanced license, so not an option at this time.

The Woodmark at Uptown as far as I am concerned, it is excellent. The food is good. The people take good care of him. It is expensive, but I am getting my moneys worth. I never tell them in advance that I am coming and every time, it is always clean and taken care of. The staff is very friendly and professional there. I am very pleased with this facility.

I think that the experience was good. I wouldn't say there is anything they can improve on other than that they probably need to improve their relations after someone signs up, the difference between being a prospect and a resident.

I was scared to death moving my parents in there, but they are very happy and very content. I asked them once recently if they wanted to come to my home for dinner and they declined saying they would rather stay there - which means they are doing very well and are very happy with the place. It really is a great place!

It is satisfying to know that my Dad is at a facility where the staff is so nice and caring. The staff could definitely improve upon their communication with each other. No one seems to know what the other is doing. This caused a little confusion with my Dad, but overall a great place.

As far as I know it has been great at The Woodmark at Uptown. So far I am very pleased. All of the staff take good care of everything that happens. I have no complaints at this point. The facility is wonderful and so far everything is going well.

Mom was only at Benton House of Johns Creek for 4 or 5 days. It was a good experience while she was there. It was pricey. Everything went well though. I have no complaints about her stay at this facility.

They were great from the very beginning. They explained everything and worked with us for the move-in and they made accommodations for us. Overall it was a really pleasant experience with Lincolnwood Place.

Beautiful community. Has several activities on my mom,s wish list--daily exercise, great outdoor s pace. All residents praised the food. Met the chef. All residents spoke highly of the place. Spoke with several staff... All seemed to love their jobs.
