There is new management that is changing at the moment right now. They are still transitioning at the time and by [date removed] they will be completely under the new company. They plan to keep as many of the staff as they can and so far it seems that it is going that way. They had a meeting with the executives and I was impressed but I am still waiting to see. All the right things were said and they had a lot of answers but I just have to see. A few days after my loved one moved in they had a positive covid case and because of the concern of spreading covid i did not go into the building until there was no covid in the building. I feel like there is a lax attitude about wearing mask in memory care. I spoke with the executive director and they got a sign up about mask but I feel like as healthcare workers they should be more careful. I know that not everyone is not vaccinated but you cant be careful enough.

This is a good option for your loved one. The staff are friendly and attentive to the residents. We have been happy that we made this selection for our loved one. There should be more options available for the residents who have dietary restrictions. Other than this my loved one is enjoying the food, and it looks plentiful.

This is a great community. They are short staffed. It can be difficult to get in touch with the staff. Overall it is a wonderful experience. It has been hard to get a care plan for my loved ones, from the staff.

We had a really good tour with North Shore Place, it just did not fit our needs and what we were looking for.

Our loved one does not see the sales team much, but the day to day staff members are so friendly. They recently had to shut down the dining service due to covid, but they did a stellar job delivering the meals to the residents during those two weeks.

My overall experience was good, they were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. I only had one concern and that was when the chef had MRSA but was still there cooking.

Pet friendly love walking my dog around the community. Love my unit. Loved the pre-arranged outings, shopping trips etc..

Very good care, staff is generally attentive and personable. Office staff is good [name removed] is outstanding. A great person [name removed] is a nice addition. Staff and housekeeping inadequate on weekends.

Excellent staff attentive to resident, very caring, keep sponsor informed of residents health. Food look satisfactory (although during Covid I haven't sampled any food) Only negative feature is that hallway carpet and wall paint is tired needs updating.

Overall good housekeeping could be a little better.

We chose The Sheridan at Tyler Creek because we needed to find a place quickly for a temporary stay and they had availability. We took a tour and we really liked the apartment itself and the administration described it we thought it would be a great fit. Even though it was assisted care, they did provide a little bit of skilled nursing care. The only complaint we had was with the cleaning staff, the not do a very good job cleaning the bathrooms. Overall it is a very nice place and I would recommend them.

My wife has done extremely well at Bayshore and has made many friends. I am quite pleased.

They are happy now and we are to but there were some bumps in the road in the beginning. The on boarding process and the initial move in did not go smoothly, but all is well now. When we took the tour our mother immediately fell in love with the aesthetics and the really love the food.

My in-laws love their large unit with lots of storage compared to most communities. However they have been highly disappointed by the quality/variety of meals and the community is understaffed especially in housekeeping and maintenance. Same front desk staff are not attentive (check-in, security) and there are issues with community/resident communications.

The community was okay but it was not really what I was looking for for my loved one and the location was further out. It was not a bad tour just not what I was really looking for.

Overall most of our expiernces , my father has only been at the facility less than 4 months , has been satisfactory . Front desk awesome ,your staff that I have been in contact with are great, but some things we have not been happy with , I have been concerned that laundry is not what I expected. When we toured Woodbourne , his laundry was to be done twice a week but only his , but laundry isnt being done clothes, blankets and sheets are missing.

The overall upkeep of the grounds and the facility is very nice. They have it nicely decorated for Halloween right now. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The care is good as well. There are hiccups, like with anything else, but overall they seem to be attentive to the residents and try to make the residents as comfortable as possible.

This was a nice community.

We love the community, the layout, and it's not too big. We love the nurses aides, they are kind and positive. My loved one raves about the food. The staff assign seats in the dining room for the residents. This allows residents time to socialize during meals. There seems to be less directed activities by the community, and more by the residents. They are also looking for a new Executive Director.

This is a nice looking community, but don't expect the costs to be what they say they are. The fee starts as a flat rate, and then it goes up based on the individual's care needs. The price point compared to the competition is better, along with the community. There was several leadership staff changes right after my loved one moved in, and this lead to chaos for my loved one and myself. The people that are here now, they try to be proactive.
