Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour but it just did not have exactly what we were looking for

We have not had experience with this community passed moving our loved one in, but we picked Renaissance on Peachtree because the community itself is beautiful

They had ton of activities. I initially picked this place because, of the amount of activities, in which they offered a wide variety. The beauty and maintenance of the grounds are good. It is close proximity to the hospital. They offer gradual needs for aging residents. They offer not just independent living, but also assisted living and memory care. Overall, it has been a good experience and is the right place for my loved one. A place for mom was a really good resource, Thank You!!

It's a good place as long as the person living there is sociable and somewhat willing to be involved in the activities. They have a lot of good things, but unfortunately my loved one doesn't put himself out there - which is completely on him. There are always activities going on. Everybody seems very attentive and nice. The facility is very nice and has a lovely courtyard where the residents can sit outside. And there are plenty of common rooms.

What we really like about Camellia Walk is the staff - we find them to be very loving and caring towards our loved one, they tell her all the time how much they loved her. They have made a really good effort to build a bond with her which we appreciate. We really like the med techs as well. What really sold it for us is that we received an all inclusive price so we knew each month what we were paying and that there would be no hidden feeds. It is not a locked facility which has been a positive because our loved one and the other residents can sit outside on the front porch. However they could work to improve the activities a little more - sometimes the residents seem a little bored.

We have loved the experience with the community. In fact we have moved a second family member into the community. The family doesn't have an actual contact phone number to reach the memory care team directly. The only number I have is the main number, and then the front desk, has to reach someone in memory care to check on my loved one. The Director of Memory Care is very good at responding to texts or calls made by the family. There are a lot of activities available for the residents. However, I am unsure if the staff is encouraging the residents to participate in the activities. There is a website for the family to review what our loved one has been doing in the community for activities. Overall this has been a very good experience for us. There are two entrée choices for the residents for meals. Also, the community has an always available menu for the residents to order off of. Some of the staff haven't known about the always available menu, and they haven't been offering this to my loved one.

My father really likes it here. He likes the people and his apartment a lot. There are a lot of turnover issues with the staff - a lot of people are quitting recently, but that has been our only complaint. Moving here changed his life and our life for the better. I would definitely recommend Spring Hills Cherry Hill.

The rooms are nice and the meals are very good. The administration listens to issues. The medical services need some improvement. If your loved one needs medical services, it is not always completed as ordered. If they are ill, medical services not available so they will be sent to ER if family doesn't get involved. Maybe this is normal in Assisted Living. Vital signs may not be taken. Staff don't wear name tags so residents don't remember the staff names and there are many different staff. Staff shortages are a reality. I'm only aware of these issues through my Mom who is a resident and my sister who has been dealing with the facility since my Mom's admission. My Mom complains the common areas and dining room is cold and she has told them about this. My Mom does enjoy the activities especially bingo and the weekly rides. We also found out there is a charge for administering medication. We had thought it was included. They have been flexible in adjusting shower day for my Mom. I need to add I have had no contact with administration or staff when I had visits with my Mom. I'm sure my sister may have additional feedback. Most of this stuff is pretty common with assisted living. My biggest concern is my Mom needed a nebulizer treatment for a cold and it was not carried out as ordered by the doctor. I'm sure it is difficult to find and keep good staff.

We toured Liberty Heights and the guide gave us a good tour. The community we chose was the right size, but Liberty Heights felt a little spread out. So, for socialization and community cohesiveness, the other community was better. At Liberty Heights, the people felt more segregated in terms of the different groups of people and how it was spread out. I didn't feel that it would have lend itself to a lot, socially. We chose another community because Liberty Heights was also a little dated. It was clean and nice, but it was definitely built in the 80s. So it was a little dated in terms of décor and its condition.

Overall it has been a good experience, although things often get misplaced. The common areas are always very clean, but cleaning of his room is mediocre, and the bedding is often dirty. He's on a gluten free diet, which they take very seriously. If they're not sure if he can have something they call me to ask. But the options are not very exciting for him. They have activities and are good about prompting him to participate. I see a lot of staff there. Some days everything is pretty much taken care of, and other days I end up having to do a lot for him.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They seem to be paying a good and appropriate amount of attention to my mom and her needs. I would recommend them without hesitation for other families and their loved ones.

Make a short story long, this all happened very quickly as my father had an accident. He was the main caretaker of my mother when this happened. Had searched several facilities and found the Wellington to be the best out of those. The only issue with preventing from receiving a 5 overall is because Covid has kept surging and causing issues with staffing at times. But overall has been good experience. Parents are as happy as could be given the situation moving into this facility from living in their home for a very long period of time.

Beautiful place but the pricing was just too much.

Staff has quite a bit of turnover and constantly having change in staff and reorganization. Activities they do have but have not been able to participate much, did go to the Fourth of July Cookout though.

When I moved in three months ago, I found the other residents were friendly and willing opened their arms to greet new folks. Ii have made so many new friends. There are a wide range of activities to participate in including bridge, chess and checkers, gardens to plant, and assorted social events and outings—definitely a place called home.

Prairie Green was an excellent place. We were really happy with it. The staff were very nice to work with, and they were so helpful. None of us (our family or Prairie Green) realized how much care our loved one needed until he got there, but they really stepped up and were able to provide more care for him than I think they usually do. And they took good care of him. He would tell me that the food was good. And they brought this meals up to him since he couldn't make it down to the dining room. Overall we were very happy with them and would recommend them to other families.

It is an okay experience that we have had with the community. The staffing numbers overall could be improved to assist with the care of the residents. The communication has good with the staff.
